PLATFORM architecture + design

We have worked with Jesse under Constriction Management scenario through complex Phasing plans, challenging budgets and design. His firm has acted with the utmost professionalism and experience. He and his team have been and absolute pleasure to work with. Streamlined processes, organization and most importantly awesome designs! I would recommend Platform Architecture to anyone considering any type of project!

We began this project as general contractor working with our client to create a design build patio enclosure for a local restaurant. We hired Platform architecture + design to provide a concept design and construction drawings for the project. Platform was able to quickly generate a design based off of a conceptual sketch which satisfied all of the client's requirements and added a number of attractive features to the structure. The project is now moving forward with construction and everyone is excited to see the end result. The drawings and renderings were created on schedule and within the budget proposed by Platform. I have no reservations recommending Jesse and Platform architecture + design for future work and I hope that I can work with Jesse on future projects.

Jesse has played a huge and integral role in the design of a new sauna concept with me. His creativity and organization bring a high level of quality to my project and make him wonderful to work with. I am excited to work with him on the next design and look forward to seeing his upcoming work on other projects. Highly recommended.

We worked with Jesse Garlick on a tight budget, small but challenging experimental Off-the-Grid Cross Laminated structure in Washington state. As the owner and General Contractor Jesse had to keep all the balls in the air -not an easy act. It was refreshing to see the architect (and engineer!) put on tool pouches and jump into the hands on construction process. Jesse was solutions oriented and open to suggestion and ideas all while vigorously defending the "Intent" of his design. He put together a team that was truly dedicated to integrated Project delivery This was a fun project for our team at Nicola Logworks and we are looking forward to more.
