We could not be happier with the house we recently purchased from Pacific Edge Builders. It is absolutely beautiful, and we are beyond thrilled with everything - the exceptional quality of construction, the impeccable design, the gorgeous finishes, the spacious layout, and the generous storage space. Thanks to Cody Johnson’s attention to detail, we frequently catch ourselves in awe of the tiniest details that maximize the experience of the house and the surrounding views. It is like he anticipated every need we would have while living in this home and took care of it well before we realized we’d want it! Additionally, they are extremely responsive to any follow up questions we’ve had. Cody Johnson, Pacific Edge founder, was involved in every step of a remodel next door to me. Although it was not my house I felt like I was part of it as we are in high density living in Newport Beach. Cody and his team took the time to come over and talk me through the remodel schedule so it would not be too much of an inconvenience. I have never had that type of experience with builders- ever. Their work is beautiful, they finished early, and his team were efficient and timely, They never worked over the time restrictions and even swept my steps every day before they left. .. I have had several friends visiting compliment his work on the new remodel. I would recommend Cody in a minute!

Cody with Pacific Edge was amazing to work with! He is persistent with his timeline and moves the trades along quickly but with attention to quality and detail. What a wonderful experience doing an addition with Pacific Edge Builders. They were very professional , knowlegeable, and timely. My project finished earlier than expected and the quality of the work was top notch. They met all the deadlines and budgets and I would definitely hire this company again for further construction projects.

Did everything they said and more. Very impressed with the finished product and their open communication throughout the process. Job had a few niche aspects that other contractors didn't want to dedicate time to solve. Cody spent the time to work through the nuances and the result was a design and finish work that exceeded our expectations. Best part of the process was I felt Cody was fair and honest from the initial bid through the last day of work. Would highly recommend.
