Founded in 1995 by an award winning architect, Paragon has become established as a builder of some of the finest homes in the Grand Strand area. Paragon operates as an independent custom construction subsidiary of the SGA | NarmourWright Design Group, and specializes in the construction and renovation of homes, multi-family residences and commercial facilities. Since 1997, the firm has successfully completed projects throughout the South Carolina Low Country in style and cost. Our understanding of design and building bring together unique expertise in process, and an ability to deliver homes of beauty, durability and timelessness. Because of its unique relationship with SGA | NarmourWright Design, along with other leading residential architects in South Carolina, Paragon has the ability to seamlessly merge the design process with construction to enhance quality, achieve simplicity, and assure accountability.

Paragon construction did a fantastic job building an oceanfront home for me on a challenging lot. The quality of the custom construction, upgraded features and responsiveness of the contractor was all top shelf. They provided a detailed spreadsheet with line item cost estimates for all aspects of the construction process at the beginning of the job and subsequent spreadsheets detailing progress and costs. We felt fully informed during the entire construction process. After construction, punch list items were addressed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company

Paragon Custom Construction did an outstanding job building our home. It was our fifth custom home, and this project was by far our best experience. Paragon hired quality subcontractors and made sure their work was done to specification. We were kept informed of their progress with frequent emails including pictures and phone calls. Our home was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. We recommend highly.
