I went to the San Diego Showroom and was thoroughly impressed with the array of products and services Patio Productions had available. I was a little nervous ordering online, so I emailed and heard back quickly from Joe. He took care of everything from start to finish including many questions and a few challenges. He was great and provided a very high level of customer service. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable! It looks like it will last forever. I ordered a patio table with chairs and when they came they were not as large as I thought (my fault, I didn't pay attention to demensions). When I went to return it and order a different one it got a little complicated due to the return policy. However after speaking to Ben a few times everything got worked out and I received the new table and chairs and ended up ordering several more items as well. I love my patio furniture! It's a great quality and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Ben for all your help. I would call you first before going anywhere in the future.

I was interested in custom fabrics for some patio furniture that I bought through this company. They were able to meet my request and expedited the order in a reasonable amount of time. They were patient with my myriad questions, which made me feel confident of my decision. We like our new porch lounging and dining furniture.

I've consulted with Ben and His team about unique and custom furniture and sources multiple times and am always impressed with the depth of knowledge and experience they have. Ben has actually been to the factories, he know every step of the production of his furniture and this enables him to get the most from his suppliers, and the best products, including custom work! they also understand the competitive nature of the market they're in and how to get the customer the best price humanly possible, in fact, I'm surprised they can get by with such low margins at all!

We had a fast track project that should have been called lightening fast! We were able to provide product pictures, product dimensions, and fabric options for our customers commercial grade requirements all from the web site. Our customer changed their minds over a dozen times and yet Patio Productions was not only able to keep up with the intensely rapid changes, but they provided our products WITHIN 72 HOURS to make our ship/sail date to arrive to our customer on time. AMAZING customer service, attention to detail and professionalism. I was extremely happy that I stumbled upon Patio Productions. They made us look good!

My fiance and I purchased beautiful patio furniture from Patio Productions when we made our move from San Diego, CA to Portland, OR. Our new house has an awesome backyard and we needed nice furniture to decorate. We got an awesome couch, love seat and coffee table set, as well as a 6 person dining set. The quality is fantastic, with super comfy cushions and a great look! We enjoyed the furniture all summer long, hosting BBQs and parties. We can't wait to use it all again this summer. I ordered a modern teak patio set from Patio Productions almost 2 years ago and continue to be very happy with its appearance, durability and functionality. My order experience was quick and smooth. The customer service staff was very helpful in assisting me to narrow down which set would fit my space and to choose throw pillows that would compliment my cushions.

I looked all over online and this was the only company I could find that would do custom Sunbrella cushions. I worked with Ben and he was great and helped me design my entire outdoor furniture area. The quality I found was far better than what I would buy at the big box stores locally and shipping times were reasonable.
