We did not hire Cerami Builders, only because we decided not to do the project and ended up selling our house and moving. That said, Cerami is exceptional. Before we got any pricing he drove me around and showed me several of his projects. His crew has the same high standards that he has and he holds his crew to these high standards. I've seen almost two dozen architect designed remodels, additions by other local, high end builders and would say that Paul holds his own. In fact, I would say that while there are other great local builders, none surpass the quality that you get with Paul. There are lots of 90-95% builders who do really great work, but it's that last few percent that's hard to achieve and that's where even really high end builders fail. This is where Cerami shines. He understands detail and materials and is able to execute to that super high level which makes him stand alone. If you love your home and are the type of client that really wants the project to be the best that it can be then Cerami is the builder for you.

His crew also represents his values (honesty, integrity, dependability) and are highly skilled. Perfection is the goal for all! He uses high quality products and ensures your budget and outcome are what you desire. he built my home and I have hired him for many projects over the years, mostly recently, a kitchen remodel. His knowledge of the home and attention to detail to ensure the remodel fit the structure and style were the reasons I hired him. He and his crew are a pleasure to work with.
