Pete was awesome!! We had a wonderful experience building our house and highly recommend him as a general contractor. Pete is super friendly, down to earth, approachable and honest. He had our best interest from the beginning, making every effort to satisy our wishes while honoring our budget, and with skyrocketing prices during the pandemic. Pete was accommodating with last minute changes and to my husband doing some of the carpentry to save us money. His subs did top notch job and in a timely manner because they enjoy working for him. This was extra impressive and a huge asset while building during Covid! We absolutely love our new home and now consider Pete a good friend, further testament to his character. Pete Eastwood with Silver Mountain Construction, LLC, recently finished building a new home for us close to Purgatory Lake. Pete is ethical and honest. He offers suggestions on types of materials to pick out for your project, while always having your budget in mind. Pete made the building process go smoothly and we never had to worry about if work was getting done. Pete was diligent about keeping us informed of construction progress and routinely sent pictures; as we are located in another state. The quality and detail of his work is outstanding, including his exceptional attention to the finishing touches of the home. Pete excels in working to please his clients. Our home was built on a very difficult lot, and Pete did an extraordinary job in working to place our house, in the best location available, taking advantage of the scenic views. Pete helped design the road going up to our house, our septic system, installation of a well, and oversaw extensive excavation on the lot, including blasting; and coordinating with Architects and Building Officials. This was not an easy task. Pete worked during the 416 Fire, where our geographic area was closed for a couple of weeks, and also in one of the heaviest snow seasons during the Spring of 2019; he is very dedicated to his projects and does everything he can to keep timelines on track. My husband is an Architect, and Pete was great in working with him (as Architects have very high expectations). Even with accelerating costs of construction materials, due to increased tariffs; Pete was able to finish our job under budget - which is huge! The process of building a new home can be overwhelming - but having Peter and his crew there to answer our questions and anticipate our needs made the process enjoyable. He was patient with our questions and was always there to make suggestions and guide us in our decision making when we got stuck. We hired Pete Eastwood and his team in 2010 to replace several windows in our house. We were impressed with his work and reliability. We then decided to reside our home with hardi-plank. We gradually tackled this project over the next five years with Pete's help. During fall 2015, we completed the siding work while also rebuilding our front porch. We have been most impressed with Pete's knowledge and work ethic all the way along.

Pete was great to work with. It was nice to know that he always had your best interest at heart and worked hard to give us what we wanted. Most importantly, I completely trust Pete and always knew that he was being truthful and also honest with his billing. His subs were always here on the days they were schedule (that is uncommon in this town). He let us design our own home, pick out and order the fixtures, paint ourselves to save money, and he made things look like what I wanted from pictures. We love our home.

Peter Eastwood, owner of Silver Mountain Construction is the finest example of INTEGRITY we have seen in a long time. We contracted him to build a new home from the ground up including a well and Septic system in a rural area. He coordinated subcontractors as well as working hands on to complete our beautiful home in a reasonable amount of time and money including working through one of the coldest winters in a long time. All of this was done while we were living 1000 miles away, with frequent emails, pictures and phone calls. Everything from the placement of the house on the lot to the color of the shingles to the finishing touches was done expertly and to our expectations. Even now after a couple of months of moving in, Pete continues to make sure every detail is taken care of and we can only give him TOP MARKS for all his efforts. THANK YOU PETE!

Peter Eastwood and his key technicians replaced our wood deck and top rail with compression molded composite Envision decking. Several rafters needed to be replaced because of a poor installation done by the original installer (Walter Barszcz of CBS Construction).
