It’s a pleasure to work with a person of genuine integrity who cares about their craftsmanship as well as their relationship with their clients. I’ve had the pleasure to collaborate with Luke and photograph his work. It’s been a great experience. Not just because his work is solid and beautiful, but his clients seem like family and you can tell they’re very proud of who they chose to build their home.

We have been working with Luke and Rangeline homes for a few years now. You will not find a more innovative, friendly, and professional team. Rangeline is the leader in how construction should be done.

I worked on a master bedroom bathroom remodel with Luke at Rangeline Homes for the better part of 2017. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him. He was very responsive to me and available on-site with hands-on contributions throughout the project. His team of contractors that he used were all very professional and did a great job. He kept me regularly informed of the project budget and anything that might impact the total cost we discussed well in advance.

Working with Luke and Rangeline Homes was a true joy. I was not able to be on site during the substantial renovation (1 year) he did for us, but his superb communication and careful work made the project proceed quickly and efficiently. Rangeline is a great company and Luke gets my highest recommendation.

We own a timber-frame post and beam home in Evergreen, CO. We wanted to remove the wall between our kitchen and family room to open the look up, and have space to add an island in the kitchen. The issue was a vaulted ceiling with a massive 20 foot vertical timber connecting to a horizontal timber (holding that section of our home up). This timber was right where the corner of our island would be. Luke Mann worked with our architect (Gerou & Assoc..who referred Luke to us)) and seamlessly worked together with us...to take out the wall and redo the post and beams location, to a new more beautiful design...without the timber in the way of an island. Other contractors said it could"t be done. Luke even had a really nice heavy metal brace for the timbers custom made in one day. He is the nicest, most incredible contractor I have ever worked with, plus open and honest. He and his crew were always positive, friendly, and worked very hard with no wasted time...down to fixing the drywall, and painting, and clean-up every day. Luke also kept in constant communication and has very fair pricing, I also highly recommend Melissa and Phil at Gerou & Assoc. Melissa is so creative and was willing to take on this small project quickly and at low cost!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rangeline Homes and their crew! The quality of work is EXEPTIONAL and the customer service is ABOVE-AND-BEYOND!!! Luke and his crew were pure joy to work with, always looking out for our best interest; they were fast and very professional; innovative and detailed oriented - incredible craftsmen. Luke and his crew actually made what is normally a stressful process, fun. We are so very grateful to RangelineHomes for creating our most beautiful forever home!

Luke Mann, President of Rangeline Homes, is not only a fine contractor - he is a man of the utmost integrity who gets the job done. He listens, gives excellent suggestions, coordinates sub-contractors and timelines, is attentive to detail and commitments, and in the end produces not just a house but a true home. He finished our little cabins on Murphy Gulch Rd. in the foothills to such a high level of quality that our friends rave about them when they visit.

We hired Luke in early spring 2014 to do our basement remodel, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. None of the typical contractor stereotypes apply — Luke is reliable, communicative, organized, punctual, patient, and he puts the homeowner’s happiness first. He is also friendly, flexible, creative, and has a great rapport with his sub-contractors. I cannot overstate the importance of this last point-- you might pay a bit more, but you can rest assured that subs show up when they're supposed to. Work got done, and the project moved along smoothly. Our project (like many, I assume) presented some unforeseen challenges, and Luke's understanding, flexibility and creativity helped ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Although Luke's bid was not the lowest, we chose him based on others' recommendations. Without a doubt, you get what you pay for when it comes to contractors. We will definitely be calling on Rangeline Homes the next time we do any building or remodeling.
