We hired RBuilder after meeting with several contractors. We knew in the first few minutes of meeting Ryan that we were going to go with RBuilder. He understood the scope of what we wanted to do and was able to provide us with a line by line estimate, which was something other builders weren't willing to do. I think the things that stand out to us about RBuilder is the communication and the quality of work. Ryan, Alex and team spent so many hours with us outside of working hours to ensure we were on the same page. Not only that, but Ryan and Alex are just good people. Ryan's attention to detail, some may say, is a fault. We ran into a snafu with our pavers when the pattern wasn't set correctly. We hadn't noticed, but Ryan did, and even when the paver guys refused to fix it, maintained his integrity and let us know what was going on. We did design ourselves, and Ryan an Alex really provided great insight into products and ideas, many that we ended up going with. We have had several people stop to admire our porch since it's been done, and inquire who did it! We are so happy with the work that we plan to have RBuilder do more work in the future for us. RBuilder is a highly effective team of professionals that committed to our full house build due to a fire that destroyed our home, during COVID no less. In a highly stressful full house project that took just over a year they performed like the professionals they are. In dealing with insurance agents and all subcontractors from framing, asbestos removal, roofing, electrical, stone and tile, flooring, plumbing, painting and their own brand of finishing work that tops the market in jointing, mounting and finishing work like none I have seen. I will forever be in their debt for the excellent work and high quality of every element. Alex with her paper work and billing detail, notifications, spreadsheet and book with all my contracts, inspection reports, warranties in one binder and Ryan and his team in reviewing major decisions quickly and moving fast to jump on any detail that needed to meet highest quality. All during the highest time of cost changes due to supply chain issues and lumber costs. I can't say enough and Jon and I walk through and around the property and just say how great it is to live in this forever home. Ask me to see what this couple did for us. After interviewing several contractors, we chose to work with RBuilder Construction for a complete interior remodel. This was a pretty good sized project for us - kitchen remodel, two bathroom remodels, new flooring, doors and windows throughout, as well as, a full re-wire and re-pipe. Ryan, the owner is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. His attention to detail is unmatched; putting it mildly -- our expectations were high and this remodel was no exception. RBuilder and his team of in-house employees and subcontractors far exceeded our vision, everyone was respectful of us and our home throughout the project. Even though we did not live there during construction and the project was a jobsite, it was always left neat and clean. Communication was seamless, Ryan and team were always available to answer any and all questions whether it was design, materials, timing, unforeseen issues/items or financials. We got to a point where we 100% trusted Ryan to make decisions on our behalf, for example the stone countertop layout, the grain flows through from countertop to wall (backsplash) and is beautifully placed. We absolutely love our new space and would recommend RBuilder to anyone who wants work done the right way!

Ryan has done several remodels for us, and we intend to hire him for future jobs. He is efficient and has good ideas that are both esthetic and cost effective.

Our experience with R Builder was a very positive one. We were very happy with the high quality work and professionalism that Ryan provided. We had our kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled, one of which he turned the shower into a walk in shower and added a door leading to our back yard deck that he built. We also had exterior siding repaired and replaced and two beautiful IPE decks built with awesome arbors with metal powder coated posts. We first used RBuilder construction in 2013 for a kitchen remodel, we were so pleased with the results that we used them again in 2015 for a kitchen in another home and in 2016 for a master bathroom renovation. Ryan is very knowledgeable about materials and finishes and where to source the perfect product. Our projects were all completed in a timely manner and with our budget in mind. We still get compliments about our kitchen and bathroom and how beautiful they are. Ryan and his team were very easy to work with and kept in communication throughout the projects.
