I am an interior designer and I worked with Redhill Painting for a project in San Francisco. Redhill was tasked with painting the interior and exterior of a traditional Nob Hill Victorian. I enjoyed working with Philip and his crew. Philip was easy to work with—professional, responsive, and hard working. The crew was thorough from prep and cleaning to finishing touches. They also worked efficiently, completing the project on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Redhill to others.

The Redhill painting team did an outstanding job on patching and painting the Living Room, Bedrooms and Kitchen. The house is over 100 years old and need some cosmetic work on my very irregular plaster walls before painting. I am extremely satisfied with their skills and professional ability. The cost for each project was very reasonable and completed in a few days. Now I am getting ready for them to paint the exterior.

Phillip and Redhill Painting are a class act. Their bid for the quality of work was competitive. They did a thorough job of prepping, painting and cleaning up. We chose Redhill Painting after interviewing various competitors and had a fantastic experience with Philip and his team. We worked together choosing colors for the inside of our 4 level home and Philip made it as stress free as possible during the process which inevitably involved us changing our minds or the color palate as we moved through the house. Philip kept in touch daily, using stopping by every morning to check on the progress and be available for questions, and we really appreciated the flexibility, good humor and professionalism of all his team. I used Red Hill to paint my interior hallway. Our home is an 1892 Victorian, so the crew had to deal with a 24 foot ceiling (parlor floor to ceiling of bedroom floor hall) and a paint scheme with 4 colors: (1) all picture rails, rubbing strakes, baseboards, door and window casings, base blocks, corner blocks, and sill; (2) anaglypta; (3) wall body; and (4) walls above the picture rail and ceilings. Philip was on the jobsite nearly every day to ensure the foreman and crew had all the supplies and tools to do the job. The crew was extremely careful with masking and sealing door openings, covering the floors, and masking windows to avoid overspray or spills. The entire crew was polite and pleasant to have inside our home. Philip's labor estimate was pretty much spot on. In an old house, there are always a few surprises, but he and his crew were able to find a way to achieve my goals. I did ask for an add-on to the scope of work that was accommodate with a small addition to the agreed price. This was pretty much a no-hassle job: they began work when promised, kept to the proposed schedule, and completed on-time and on-budget. I will definitely consider Red Hill for any future painting projects.

Redhill Painting painted our last three homes and we highly recommend them! They are professional and offer a complete range of services from advice on paint color/finish to painting walls, or more innovative surfaces like chalkboards and white boards. I was getting my entire home painted this year. Philip and his team were not only extremely professional but he explained the differences between the different types of paint, what to use for walls vs. doors vs. kitchens etc. He also gave his professional opinion on durability vs. cost of the different paint brands - all information I didn't know until I talked with Philip. I am a custom cabinetmaker and I have worked with RedHill Painting on a variety of projects over the last 2+ years. Whether they are painting MY cabinetry itself or coordinating other painting around my work, it has always been a pleasure to collaborate with Philip and his crew. Communication between sub-contractors is at times challenging, but I have always been made to feel as though my work is as much a priority for RedHill as it is for me...and that results in the best possible product for the client (our ultimate goal!).
