So happy we chose Ridge to remodel the main floor of our house which included moving the kitchen and converting our porch into liveable space. My family recently worked with Ridge Construction on a whole-house makeover, converting a 1950s rambler with a tuck under garage to an open, well-lit mid-century modern home with a 2-car garage. The process was exceptionally smooth from opening contract bid to inspection approval. Mark and Rob are frequently on-site, very responsive and friendly, and outstanding professional communicators. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they are extremely helpful and organized in making item selections during the project. Ridge Construction did a great job with our house remodel. They paid attention to the little details thar make our new addition feel seemless with the original part of the house. Ridge Construction converted our 1960’s split level home into a Craftsman style home. Their bid for the project was much more competitive than their competition and the flexibility they allowed us was par none. This was quite a large project but was completed without delays and within the original budget. Best of all, they were responsive and communicated well from beginning to end. Hello, my wife and I hired Ridge Construction to build our new house in Minneapolis. Of all the decisions one has to make in building a house, who you choose as the contractor is the biggest decision, and for us, it was the best decision we made. We could not have been more pleased with Ridge Construction. As a smaller company owned by two brothers, they were at our site everyday and did an outstanding job communicating with us. They returned phone calls and emails promptly, were always professional and understanding of our concerns, and the project was on budget. They updated us regularly regarding the budget, weekly progress of the project, if there were any problems or areas of concern and often gave us great cost savings recommendations. Many of the subcontractors (and others who we hired independently like our architect and designer) told us privately that Ridge Construction is far more professional and committed to delivering value to their customers than most in the industry. Aside from all of this professionally, the two owners of Ridge - Mark and Rob - are also really pleasant and community minded people which mattered to my wife and I. We are honored to give them our highest recommendation.

We would highly recommend Ridge Construction for any project. We bought a new Craftsman-style home that Ridge Construction built in 2011 on an open lot in Minneapolis. The house was beautifully designed and fit the neighborhood perfectly. The building materials and workmanship was first rate, from the custom copper hood over the fireplace to the oak floors and dark kitchen cabinetry. As part of our purchase agreement, Ridge Construction finished the basement. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and Rob Michals, the brothers who founded Ridge Construction. They were quick to respond to any questions or requests, and the great pride they take in their work was evident at every step of construction. The house is a gem and four years later we could not be happier with our home.
