Working with Keith and Patty was a breeze. We bought a house they had already built, which we love, and we also had them do projects for us on the house to customize it to our liking. They were very conscientious about our time and getting the job done correctly. I would highly recommend.

We heard horror stories from many friends of the perils of dealing with contractors. Our experience was excellent from start to finish and beyond. Keith provides excellent nuts and bolts while Patty makes your house feel like a home with details from a woman's perception. We love our home. We moved in three years ago and Keith and Patty are still there when we need them to answer questions or help with any minor issues that come along. We rate River Rock Builders a 20 out of 10.

RiverRock Builders provided excellent assistance in helping us make sound decisions while renovating our home. The workmanship was excellent. We had a strict budget and they stayed on target. We could not be more pleased. Our work included concrete work, fencing, removing walls, updating bathrooms and kitchen.

Ryan, Keith and the crew over at River Rock Builders do exceptional work. I've been fortunate to photograph numerous projects of theirs. The home owners always rave about their professionalism, how flexible and easy they are to work with, and of course their work speaks for itself. They do a fantastic job!

I have engaged Rover Rock builders on 2 occasions for remodel work (once the kitchen with add on square footage, once the master bath), multiple times for home repair projects, and once for an out-of-town remodel design I would not hesitate to hire them again should I ever have a need. The responsiveness and attention to detail and quality is excellent. Estimates for both cost and schedule are great. My kitchen was finished within one week of the original estimate! River Rock was even able to resolve a leak in a roof addition (not their project) that had plagued us for years. I consider Keith and Patty (of River Rock) my builders for life!

Patty & Keith were a delight to work with. We hired them because of their Star Energy Building rating. We had custom plans and they met all our particular specifications. Patty is an incredible note taker and kept track of all the many details. They stayed with us until every item on the punch list was satisfied. The only negative I had is the length of time from start to finish, but we were not in a hurry. I will contact them first if I should ever build again!

We used River Rock Builders for our remodel and addition. Keith and Patty were able to design our layout based on things we wanted and suggested things that we didn't know about. Our open floor plan is perfect and very livable. They were involved throughout the entire project--constantly checking to make sure things were done correctly. They were always there to provide recommendations about lighting, appliances, cabinet layouts, etc. The project stayed on time, and the only delay was weather related! They were to help us stay within budget, and the original estimate was very close to final cost. We really enjoyed working with the Wingfields and highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend River Rock Builders. Keith and Patti are both very knowledgeable and pay attention to details. We especially liked their virtual house design computer program. This enabled us to see what the house might look like on a 3D computer platform before beginning construction. We appreciated the fact that their fee was a flat fee rather than a percentage of the overall construction cost. Keith oversaw the entire construction process and was accessible anytime we had questions or concerns. Keith and Patti always responded to any concerns we had and, more often than not, one of them was already aware of potential issues. The Wingfields are highly respected in the building and construction community and their excellent reputation is well deserved. If we are ever in a position to build a home again we would choose River Rock Builders to guide us through the process.

They are extremely professional and easy to work with. They listen to what the clients want and help them find solutions to fit the clients needs. Very knowledgable and proven track record of building amazing products. They are one of the only builders who still offer energy star qualified homes in the area which is a huge benefit for the consumer. They stand behind those work and are always available! Best builders I have worked for!

Keith and Patty were a pleasure to work with. They are extremely professional. Keith was open to any suggestions, requests, changes in plans, and was always able to figure out the best way to initiate them. The quality of their work is excellent, We were kept informed of deadlines and budgets, and they worked hard to keep us within the budget. We have built four homes and will use them again if we should decide to build again.
