OUR HISTORY Landmark Builders was founded in 1977 by Roger Kepner, an adult education instructor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Previously based in Maplewood for 17 years, Landmark Builders moved in 2004 to its current location in St. Louis City. Today, Landmark Builders has 15 employees and our clientele are located primarily in the central corridor of metropolitan St. Louis. The company retains membership in the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce, the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and the National Association of Home Builders. In 2004, the Home Builders Association awarded Landmark Builders the “Thomas F. Aleto Award” for excellence in remodeling, and the “Hope and Homes Award” for dedication and leadership toward the construction of quality housing in 2005.
