I bought a condo in RVA and had it gutted. I had a vision of urban industrial loft chic and CCI helped me reach my goal. I am absolutely thrilled. I had definite desires to incorporate ideas (some very unique) regarding the loft style feel, high gloss touch cabinets, unique lighted counters, walls with pocket doors & sliding doors without the barnyard door feel, ceiling soffit design touches ....to name a few. Rob helped me flush/figure out design ideas, then implemented each one with smashing success. I am thrilled CCI was able to take me on as a client for the 4+ month project. I feel totally modernized here with amazing natural light throughout the condo.

Rob Wright's concern for high quality craftsmanship and honesty is evident in his choice of staff and subcontractors. We valued his creative, tasteful design suggestions, such as hand-built wooden-framed storm windows to go over the original windows of our 1895 Fan District house. We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..
