“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. “My project was a full bath renovation. Nilson and his team were great. The initital response, quote, etc. was timely and he was was able to schedule the work almost right away. The demo was extensive and his team did a great job minimizing the dirt/dust. He found a few things after the demo that needed to be addressed (plumbing and electrical needed to be moved) and he just took care of it -- he didn't change the estimate or tack on any additional cost. I also changed my mind on the light/fan I had chosen -- he took care of that too with no extra cost. He had a VERY competitive quote and I was a little worried the quality of the work might not be the best but there was nothing -- literally nothing that wasn't top notch. He and his team are really great at what they do. I would definitely work with him again.”
