We recently completed a major remodel on our home and had such a great experience working with our contractor from start to finish. The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process truly exceeded our expectations. Remodeling can be stressful, but they made everything feel organized, smooth, and manageable. They were communicative, reliable, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. From design input to execution, everything was handled with care and craftsmanship. The team was respectful of our home, stayed on schedule as much as possible, and always kept us updated along the way. We are so happy with the final result and constantly receive compliments on the work that was done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented contractor for a remodel or renovation project.

My wife and wanted to add a 500 sq foot addition to our home in Monrovia. We interviewed about ten different contractors at the beginning of the process. The biggest obstacle with a lot of contractors is that many have a hard time communicating the process and all the steps involved. When Elon came for his initial consultation, my wife and I were really impressed with how well he walked us through the whole building process and what we needed to look out for. His explanation of the whole building and payment schedule convinced us to go with Romano Builders. During the building process, the high winds and fires hit. Thankfully we only had to evacuate for half a day. However, he winds did some serious damage to our water heater that was not related to the building process. As a result of the damage, we had no hot water and we would not be able to continue living in our home during the construction process. I was really impressed by how Eli, the owner of the company, came out and tried to fix the water heater himself. He spent a lot of time and effort when he didn't have to. Once he realized the water heater was permanently damaged, he rearranged the building process and preinstalled a new water heater into a temporary location so we would have hot water during the building process. We saved a ton of money because we didn't have to check into a hotel. Later, there was a problem with our AC. Once again, Eli came out and really got his hands dirty trying to solve the problem. My wife and I noticed that their main goal throughout the building process was to make us happy. They also are really good at the permitting process. For some reason, the City of Monrovia was really dragging their feet when it came to approving the plans. I went down and checked myself and they kept delaying the process because the plan checker quit. On the day they were supposed to approve the plans, the city once again extended their timeline another couple of weeks. Eli went down there and got the plans approved the same day. This made the project move more quickly. Part of the addition was a new bathroom. Their attention to detail really had an impact on the final result. The outcome was magnificent. Every contractor has to sub out certain jobs. I noticed that all the guys they work with are extremely meticulous. I can't recommend them enough. One final thing. We wanted to remain living in our home during the building process. Many contractors said no because it's a major inconvenience for them. Water and electricity must be turned on and off more frequently when the house is inhabited during the building process. Plus, they have to put up all these dust barriers they ordinarily wouldn't have to if the house was vacant. But Elon was very accommodating. I put in some pics of bathroom, dining room and living room area.

I've vetted over 15 construction companies. I checked reviews, I looked up their licenses. At the end of the day, you need to trust your gut. It was important to me that who I went with had workman's comp insurance, had their license for over 10 years, and had no complaints against their license. Talk to your friends or family and ask them how their experiences have been with GCs. It's usually not positive. It was basically impossible for me to get a recommendation, which is why I had to look on my own. So there's extra anxiety spending a lot of money with someone you've never worked with and someone who didn't come with a personal referral. Believe me, I went through A LOT of sleepless nights before I landed with Romano Builders. This project was 2 big jobs. An ADU remodel, from a previous garage. Also redoing our living room in the main house. The previous owner did some really shady work, that we ended up re-doing the right way so that it was permitted and safe. When I met Eli (owner of Romano Builders) originally, he seemed like a good guy and that he knew his stuff. He took his time to come out and look at my needs. He asked a lot of questions, reviewed our design plans. He provided a quote when he said he would. He wasn't the least expensive, and he wasn't the most expensive. Before I signed on with them, I also toured a couple of active jobsites and spoke with other home owners. They had nothing but good things to say about Eli or the quality of the work. We started work in April and wrapped up in October. We definitely had plenty of surprises along the way -- all of which were the very "interesting" ways that the previous owner decided to do things. Eli was always upfront and honest as we went, and always explained things to me in terms I could understand. His workers were all nice to deal with, and we never had any issue with one of them not respecting our home or our space. Overall, I am very pleased with the work. I would 100% recommend Romano Builders to anyone looking for home construction work. Not everything was perfect but we're human and when something wasn't to my liking they jumped on it right away. Also, they added a TON of value on several aspects of the projects along the way. If there was a small change or something that the plans slightly overlooked -- there was never any nickel or diming. Beyond overseeing the work at the house, Eli also worked closely with the city to handle all the inspections. He was at the jobsite every day without fail. Whenever I had a question, he was always just one call or text away. Always upbeat and nice too. You gotta remember whoever you go with, you're gonna deal with them A LOT -- if they are an a-hole, you're gonna be miserable for MONTHS. You will be very happy with the work from Romano. Go with Eli.

It was an unexpected surprise this past January when after several hours of a heavy rain, I discovered a quarter inch of water in my family room. There were multiple leak points from the sliding glass door frame of the as well as form several windows frames. After going through the usual administrative issues with the insurance company, the affected dry wall and insulation was removed. After that was done, the source of the problem became clear: the leaks were coming through multiple points of attachment of the patio cover to the outside wall of the family room. I then started to contact contractors to assess the damage and provide estimates for the project. At that time contractors were in high demand because of all the home remodeling that was initiated as we emerged from the pandemic. Most contractors were not interested since they were very busy. I finally was able to identify and interview several contractors who were potentially interested in the project. However, my initial impression was not favorable for a variety of reason, the most common being my concerns about their reliability. However, I was very fortunate to make contact with Alon Levine, one of the partners at Romano Builders, Inc. Alon promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up at my house the following day. His bid was quickly structured and we signed a contract soon thereafter; the scope of the contract included demolition /rebuilding and reattachment of a new patio cover, replacement of the sliding glass door, and drywall/painting of the damaged walls in the family room. Once the fabrication of the sliding glass door was completed, the project was initiated. During the project, I developed a good working relationship with Alon and I communicated with him regularly to give him updates of the project, allowing him to make appropriate adjustments with his work teams. This expedited the work plan process. What impressed me about Romano Builders was the experience and the responsiveness of the various work teams [sliding glass door installation, demolition, framing/revised design of the patio cover, stucco work, and painting]. I must make special mention of the work done by Miguel [painter] and Juan [framing]. I also want to recognize Eli, framing project manager, who suggested a new design for the patio cover with which I am very pleased. Finally, I want to recognize Angela and Jamie who provided the main communication channel keeping me informed of what team was coming when. They were very helpful in help create a custom work schedule to minimize disruption to my wife’s home business of career counseling. Overall, I can highly recommend Romano Builders, Inc. because of the quality of their work and their strict focus on customer needs.

Romano builders tiled my bathroom floor. Very professional and took pride in there work. They took there time and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Romano builders was able to remodel and deliver us the kitchen of our dreams and much more than what we thought we can get. The several meetings that we had prior the work, Eli and his foreman listened to us and observed all the information about what we want to get. After the meetings, they came up with a plan that included a 3D design of the new kitchen with so many details including colors, shapes etc.… the kitchen that we wanted was a modern kitchen, combining the modern and classic with new home automation features such as lighting switches that can be controlled from our IPhone and more…. In their work, they were able to take care of everything. I highly recommended them to every person I know who is interesting in creating a new kitchen, remodel a bathroom or even want a new house. Romano builders will deliver a great product such as ours.

Eli and the professional crew from Romano builders were hired by us and they completely transformed the look of our old kitchen! WE love the new kitchen and all the hardware and accessories that they add to it. The whole work is exactly as we wanted. We met with Eli and he understood pretty fast what our goals were, what our vision/style was and he was able to complete the kitchen in the time frame that he set as part of the preparations. The whole crew was professional while they made sure to leave the house in much better condition than it was before. We truly in love with everything they did and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking and search to update their kitchen.

Romano builders did an amazing job with our condo renovations. My wife and I worked with a project manager, Eli, who was very useful in coordinating by all aspects of the job, mainly because both my wife and I are working more than 40 minutes away from home 6 days a week. If we gone with individual companies for the paint, wood floors, carpenters, etc., the job would have taken a lot more of our time and probably lasted much longer. The reason why I am giving Romano builders this review is because they put the quality of work first above everything. At a certain point, the workers made a mistake in installing the floors, but rather than try to convince us that it’s ok, they immediately told us of the situation and then paid for new supplies themselves. They also went through extra measures to make sure the wood floor in the kitchen was perfect and that we are happy with how they look. There were a few delays during the remodeling, messes left behind during the day and few confusions about general issues, but I think this is normal and part of the remodeling process and seemed to be not bad at all compared to the stories I've heard from friends and relatives. Eli gave us a credit at the end of the remodeling because he wanted us to have the place cleaned up professionally by someone that we wanted (he offered us to bring someone but we wanted to bring them ourselves), so that by itself was a completely great gift that we got from Eli. The fact that the company valued the quality of the work and customer satisfaction so highly counts for a lot. I definitely recommend this company.

My experience with Romano Builders (crew and supervisor) was excellent. I purchased my home not a long time ago and I wanted to update some parts of it and to make it more functional and useful. Unfortunately my house needed so many things to be remodeled mainly to the living room and the kitchen. After a lot of research and hesitations I decided to contact Romano Builders and ask them to come over and give me a quote. I met with Eli and my first impression was that he can deliver the project. The price that I got for the work (Kitchen: which included all new cabinets, counter tops, paint -- bedroom: paint, new carpet, fix the closet and install new crown moldings all around) was reasonable so I decided to give them the job. Now when my project is complete, I can say that I am happy and very pleased with the final results of this work. Romano Builders completely remodeled my bedroom and kitchen. The work they did was extremely high and good quality and every time I have guests over I receive a new compliment at how great everything looks! Steve and Jacob from Romano builders accomplished the addition remodeling at my house. They made a 3 months renovation not only possible but beautiful! We are so impressed with the final results of the addition and renovation. From the bid process to the punch list, Romano builders workers were honest, professional, courteous, patient, flexible, communicative and respectful. I was extremely impressed with the organization, management and quality. Our weekly meetings with Jacob and Steve were very productive because there was open communication channel about the progress status of the work, selections of materials that needed to be purchased and solutions for problems. Our remodeling was a real collaboration. Jacob and his team helped us realize our vision step-by-step. We worked closely to design the kitchen, cabinets, bathrooms, family room and many other small details in the remodeling. Jacob always had great ideas that were spot-on and helped me make the appropriate selections. This caused the remodeling to be completed on time and on budget. All the additional work that we requested, was promptly researched, priced and presented to us for our approval. Not only was Romano builders team top-notch but the subcontractors that they hired had a similar demeanor, work ethic and work quality--truly outstanding. Even our neighbors (one of whom is a contractor) commented on the courteousness and respectfulness of the team and the high quality of their work. We did not have any complaints from our neighbors--only praise and requests for contact information. I can't thank Jacob, Shawn and the whole team enough for helping us realize our vision for our home. It has changed the way we live and we only regret that we did not do it sooner. I would not hesitate to hire Romano builders team again and in fact are planning to for phase II of our project.

We hired Romano Builders to do an entire kitchen remodel and enlarge our living room space to create an opened great room concept. From the onset, Steve was very responsive and provided a solid detailed quote, which was on the medium to high range compared to other bids we had received. From day one, his entire crew were prompt, hardworking, courteous, paid high attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves daily. We found their workmanship to be solid and were so pleased at how efficiently they completed everything. So much so that we added additional scope of relative size mid-construction, which they were able to easily incorporate within original construction timeframe at reasonable costs. Based on other friends' remodeling experiences (and nightmares), I think one of the hallmarks of a good contractor is not only quality, but also timeliness and knowing that your contractor will come when they say they will, and working continuously to get the job done versus juggling multiple projects and putting in a few hours here and there. While friends continually warned us that all remodel projects run over-schedule and over-budget with many contractor issues in between, our experience with Romano Builders was the BEST contractor experience that we could have hoped for. Steve and his crew are honest, have a lot of integrity and take great pride in their workmanship. Without reservation, we give Romano Builders our highest recommendation!!

Romano builders is a top notch construction company. They are high skilled and they helped me bring my house from the current status into the house of my dreams. Romano builders remodel houses and the final results are totally superb. My new kitchen is now a breathtaking space and everybody who visits, agrees. Here is summery of my experience with them: We moved to Glendale area from New York and after 6 months of searching for a house, we finally got our new home in a great location that required a lot of remodeling. The house is about 3300 sq. /ft . . . . and we wanted to remodel the entire house. We hired Eli and his people after we had several good meetings about what we would like to accomplish. All the old carpets were removed from the dining room area, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. In the kitchen we also removed all the hardwood and a under layer of old linoleum. The old kitchen cabinets including all the countertops were removed as well. After the various meetings that we had, we came to a conclusion that the new style and layout of all the cabinets for the kitchen and the dining room buffet. We also agreed to have a marble countertops and oak cabinets with glass openings on some of the upper doors. We bought all the stainless-steel appliances and Eli made sure that the cabinets and countertops were perfect (color wise) match to the new appliances. The entire house floor was covered with gorgeous dark red wood which provide a beautiful contrast to the oak cabinets in the kitchen. Eli was always available to us to answer all the questions and concerns that we had and he made sure that the quality control will remain in high levels. Eli’s crew were great as well and they are extremely professional and they do care that love each stage of the work. Whenever it will be time for us to remodeling the other half of the house, we will hire only Romano builders.

We are starting our second stage of remodeling at our house after remodeling part of it last year. We searched a lot online and via friends or relatives to find the right contractor to help us with the remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms. We came across Romano builders and after our massive research about them, we decided to hire them and to go ahead with the remodeling. Now that the remodeling is completed, we can say that it doesn’t matter what challenge this company took on themselves, they always found the right resolution. The work that they did was without compare and it was done on time. They truly stand behind everything they said or did. Short after the remodeling was completed, we had a problem with the kitchen and when we called them, they came and fixed it in a short time. Romano Builders earned my trust and for any other remodeling that I will have, I will hire them for sure. Our remodeling project is now finished and we are enjoying each part of it. It is just how we wanted it.

We chose Romano builders to remodel our kitchen and dining room area. We met with Eli the contractor several times before I actually hired him for the job in order to discuss the design and made all the required changes until it was perfect and represent the kitchen that I wanted. Eli did for me a great design of the new future kitchen and that design was a great tool that helped me to see how will the new areas will look like before placing myself into such a big agreement. Choosing a design is the hardest part but from then on it was straight forward remodeling. My communication with Eli and the people that worked at my house was excellent during the whole time that they were at my house, mainly with Lori and the rest of the office staff that ensured everything was planned out accordingly.

I cannot recommend Eli and his professional staff highly enough! I asked Romano builders help about a 2 months before I wanted to have my house painting done. I was moving into a beautiful house that I just purchased, however, the house paint (brown all over the bedrooms, yellow walls and ceiling in the bathrooms and other colors in the rest of the house) made me cringe each time I saw the houses. The exterior paint of the house was even worse than the inside. My main goal was to really feel like my home with my own colors, during my meeting with Eli, he patiently answered all my questions and concerns about the paint problems and the conditions of the walls as well as he advised me and recommended me on which colors will work best in the house. I had a lot of questions and kept being indecisive about the colors I wanted. Eli spent a lot of time with me to not only understand what I wanted but to also send his recommendations since he has so many years of experience. I felt like I was his only client! Eli also advise me on how to get the most value for my money without sacrificing quality. On the starting day of work, his guys showed up on time and ready to start. Eli assigned to my house 3 teams of 2 painters each. They got to work immediately, and Eli did a walk through with me to confirm everything we had discussed. When the guys finished, I couldn't believe my eyes! The House had been transformed completely and looked exactly how I had wanted! All the walls were completely covered, smooth lines between the ceilings and walls, and the guys even touched up my baseboards and closets. My place looked brand new! On the other hand, the exterior walls were handled by 1 team of workers. They did an amazing work and Eli monitored the work on a daily basis to make sure it is exactly the way me and him agreed. I highly recommend Romano builders for your next job. Eli cares greatly about his customers and their needs, so you are guaranteed to get exactly what you want - and more!

For a while I wanted to renovate my kitchen and to replace all the appliances as well. My kitchen is pretty big and my original kitchen didn't have a good size island and the space was not maximized. I got a hold of Romano Builders via a neighbor that hired them in the past and he was very happy with them. I called and scheduled a meeting with him and during the meeting I explained Eli what I would like to have and what colors, styles and features I would like to have. Eli did for me a 3D design that included what I wanted and he was able to show me prices as well. The final meeting that we had before the work started, included all the details and work schedule of the renovation. At the house worked several teams of people and the work went according to the plan that we agreed by me and Eli During the renovation, Materials arrived to the house and Eli made sure to inform me with the deliveries and the progress of the work. The workers were nice and polite and I don’t recall anything wrong that I had with them. They worked full days and if I had a comment, they listened and heard what I have to say. Good company and great communication skills.

Our new kitchen remodeling was done by Eli and his workers. The new kitchen that we remodeled included basically everything from new cabinets to appliances. The work that they did took close to a month and during this time, Eli was the person that we dealt with. Eli met with us several times before we went ahead with the work and his experience came into place when he made sure to include all of our needs into the budget that we had. What we loved most was that Eli is very professional person that carry a lot of ideas and solutions to issues that we had during the remodeling. His workers came to work each day of the week and they did a great job by putting a lot of attention to the small details that required. The new kitchen came out the way we wanted it and we didn't have any problems with any of the people that worked at the house. Payments were made based on stages that were defined before and it helped us to see that we are paying for completions and not just because we need to pay.

When we finally decided to do a complete kitchen remodeling, we spent a good amount of hours by looking up several construction companies online and reading/checking them online. After I completed my research, I left with several companies that stood out to me in terms of work completed and satisfaction. After talking with Romano Builders telling them that we want to obtain a quote for the kitchen remodeling, they sent Oren to our house to measure the space and to discuss with us about what our goals were. We then met Eli at the office to mainly talk about the design and type of finishes. We were very impressed with the quality of the cabinet doors and the overall quality. After receiving the estimate, we obtain few other estimates from other companies so we will know if the price was good or bad. Eli came to our house at least 4 times more following the estimate to discuss about additional design ideas. We were really impressed with some of his ideas including removing the soffits to increase the height of the cabinets, adding a wall of tile above the stove and having a double side island for storage space, and moving all electrical plugs/switches below the upper cabinets for a seamless backsplash. We decided to move forward with Romano Builders to do our kitchen design, and install. We were pleased each step of the remodeling. The design and engineering phases were great experiences because they had awesome ideas that increased the cabinet functionality. They were also very helpful with helping us choose all the hardware, colors, type of trims, and molding. Eli was great along the way helping us coordinate and schedule all the deliveries. Jose was the main installer. He had great attention to small details and he made sure that everything will be no less than perfect. Eli was in contact with us often to make sure that everything is going good and he was always available for us. After the kitchen was complete, we had some issues with the cabinets. Eli took cate of it immediately and fixed all the problems. We were impressed on how he handled the problems and fixed them it in a timely manner. The final touch up repairs were completed a week after the work was finally done. Eli called us few days before to schedule that and to make sure we were happy and to inform us that if we need any adjustment or repair…. Just to let him know and he will take care of that right away. Overall excellent customer service, outstanding product, beautiful kitchen... We could not be any happier with the final product!!!

We have worked with Romano builders in the past. This time we hired them on a project that included expanding the back of the house. The project included a new laundry room, 2 bathrooms and a new bedroom. We are happy with the work that they did. The work was done on time (based on the scheduled) and they completed it a little bit before the schedule. The price for this work was good compare to the quality of the work. The care from the supervisor (Eli) to the small details was outstanding and we felt that we had the company full devotion. Romano builders tried their best to speed up the remodeling so they will complete it on time and because the workers couldn’t work for few days due to deliveries of some materials and some permits issues. Everyone at Romano builders’ customer service is very nice and Eli's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie. Over all would strongly recommend Romano builders for bigger projects.

After my research for a good company to remodel my kitchen and to replace the floor at the dining room area, i decided to hire this company for the job. My decision was made after my meetings with several contractors and compare what they offered me. David from Romano Builders, was able to give me the most things in the estimate and my meeting with him showed me that he can do the job on the best side without me worried about if he will completed it or not. After my meeting with him and reviewing all the documents, David start to plan and setup a schedule time frame for the work. The workers start to show up at the house and preforming what they need to do while David is monitoring the work on a daily basis. The remodeling took close to a month and i don't recall any problem during the work. I noticed that the workers arrive each day and that the materials are being delivered to the house. David and his office staff used to inform me about any delivery that should arrived and he also joined me to select the final materials such as Faucet, tiles, lights, floor etc.... This remodeling project was as easy as it could be for me. David heard all my comments and some of them he even adopted and made sure that the workers will implement them.

After interviewing 4 different landscape design companies, we chose Romano Builders Build to do a complete makeover of our entire front and backyard. We are extremely thrilled with the results and our space has been transformed. The designer that working with Steve, David and his entire crew did an amazing job. The project was a little bit extensive because it included the removal of few trees, plants, grass and some rocks in the front and back, concrete and wood deck removal, We needed to pour a new concrete patio, running a new line of gas for a fire pit and BBQ, a custom concrete counter and built-in bench, a natural sandbox built with boulders and logs, and installation of all plants. It took almost 3 months to completely finish this back yard and front yard project, but now our yard is an amazing spot at the house that we enjoy with our friends, family, and children. I have read some comments about so many additional fees that usually been added to any estimate such as design consultation fee, but we felt it was worth the cost even though Steve didn’t charge us much for it anyway. We didn't see it as a fee just to get an estimate. It was an actual design session where the designer gave us so many useful tips, ideas and designs advice mainly for our back yard space. We could have taken those tips and implemented them ourselves, but we liked those ideas so much that it was one of the main reasons why we hired them to create our landscape design and implement it.

We hired Romano Builders a new look for our outdoor project. The project that we wanted to do included hardscape work, fencing & gates, water feature, lighting and landscaping. Before meeting with Eli (the supervisor), we met with another landscape company person who was going to charge about 2.5 times more than Romano Builders. During the remodeling process, Eli, was a pleasant person to deal with. We appreciated his honesty, low pressure approach, originality and desire. The main positive thing that we appreciated was that Eli worked within our budget & he respected that we really needed to stick with our limits. Other than designing the overall look, Romano Builders also designed and built our lovely water feature. They created a calming water feature in which was once just a cross yard. We had several meetings with Eli about this landscape project and sometimes we wanted to make additional changes to the plan. If Eli thought that A suggestion would be an improvement, than he told us. If he thought we were making a wrong decision, he will respectfully clarified why he thought it wouldn't work. What we appreciated throughout this project was the high quality of skills and obligations to customer service and satisfaction from Eli and his entire working crew. When it comes to subcontractors, each of Eli recommendations about any sub-contractor (I.e., paver contractor, fencing & gates) ended in a high quality people and product. Eli own crew built such a unique and beautiful water feature. They cautiously choosing rocks and designing the feature's look. All the involved workers on our project, took such pride in their workmanship. We are extremely happy. We strongly recommend Eli and Romano Builders for any outdoor work.

Romano Builders was hired by us to remodel the kitchen. The work was handled and managed by Eli and his team of workers from the company. At first, we started with a design of the kitchen and what type of materials we should use. Eli have a lot of experience with this type of projects and that helped us a lot and save a tons of time. When the project started, Eli made it so easy and detailed about each stage of the work. During the remodeling, we asked Eli to give us another estimate for the master bathroom and to see if we can implement that as well in the same work. Eli was able to do that and because his workers were at the house working, he was able to give us additional discount which made it more worth to do. After 4 weeks of intensive remodeling, the project was completed and the results came out better than we thought.

We hired Romano Builders to do a remodel our kitchen. David was the main contact and he was excellent in responding to any of our phone calls and texts. He provided us with an estimate that was comparable to rest of the 3 additional estimates that we got as well. David includes his 2 supervisors arrived to the house and provided us with so many ideas for a better layout, which included moving one window to a central location in the wall. The following day we noticed that there was a problem with that same window that required us to either leave the window, or to move the electrical panel and at the same time, to increase the total watts. David recommended us to increase the watts of the panel so it will help us in the future so we did took his advice and replaced it. There were few additional issues that also came up during the remodeling and David address them to us quickly. One of them was the uneven paint and a water leak from the kitchen faucet. Close to the end of the kitchen remodeling, we had a problem with the grout that start to come off and we informed David about it and we asked him to fix it. David did send someone over within a few days to regroup the area. After that issue that David made sure to fix immediately, we were able to use the kitchen and to enjoy the great design and implementation of the new kitchen. The workers did a great job and they worked pretty fast so it will be completed according to the original plan.

David and Lori from Romano Builders including the staff were very professional and efficient during the whole remodeling at the house. The selection of all the final materials and items was pretty hard and difficult. With the help of David, We felt that we it was a huge help. Romano Builders is the exact opposite of a never ending horror scenario with any other contractor, where everything keep taking longer and costs prices keep on adding up. When we signed the written contract with David, he went over and over thru all the details, explained everything and making sure we understood it without rush. More than that, David was helpful and very useful when it comes to pick the right materials. Patty from the office was very responsive and helpful too. David stopped by the house very frequently to make sure that the work was done in a good workman. The quality of the work was perfect, they were clean and timely. All the tasks were lined up and scheduled ahead of time. We didn't feel that anytime was wasted. The work was done right on schedule. We will be contacting them for our next remodeling project in the near future.

After we moved in to the new house, we wanted to implement our original plan that we had before we purchased it. Our plan was to remodel the existing kitchen. We wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and the breakfast/dining room area. While doing that, Lori gave us an idea to add a window that will face the back yard and will bring light into the area. On top of that we replaced all the existing floor and installed new wood floor. The project went too fast and thank to Lori, the work was ended without any major problem or issue. At the first meeting, Lori was with us for 4 hours almost and he brought with him a 3D design for us (after her guy came over and measured everything and took some pictures). This design helped us a lot through the process. It was also a huge tool when we needed to select colors, shapes and look. Thank you for all your patience! This project was handled promptly and professionally. LU was very concise, making my experience from Romano Builders renewed my confidence in general contractors-- his team is absolutely amazing!!! Here's about our experience with David and his workers. I purchased a home and when I moved into the home, the kitchen was the main space at the house that I wanted to remodel. More than that, the master bedroom at the house turned out to have numerous issues that needed me to remodel it as well. That was the time when I started shopping around for a general contractor that can do it. My plan was to search and ask people that I know if they know any one and to search online for a contractor that will be responsible and reliable. Then, to meet with each one of them and try to compare apple to apple so I will know what I get myself into. After meeting with several companies and one man construction companies, I decided to go with a friend recommendation... Romano Builders. The first weekend that David came to the house, he brought with him many samples of work that he did in the past for others and few samples of materials such as cabinets, paint color combinations etc.… The first meeting was very good and productive. David explained me his general idea of things that he would like to do and as part of his estimate, he will make me a 3D design of the new kitchen so I will have a close idea of how the new one will look like. During all my meetings with David, I didn’t have the feeling that he is trying to push the sale or to add me items that I don’t need o asked for. After 2 additional meetings, we wrapped the deal and David provided me with a work schedule so will be on top of the things and I will know what will be done and when. The kitchen work started after a week and during that week, bulk items start to arrive the house. David and his office staff organized the deliveries and they actually made sure that no delays will happened with them. Work went as scheduled and the workers worked fast and clean. The new kitchen was completed after 3 weeks of heavy work and the last payments proved me that no hidden charges were added to the final bill as David promised me. Good work results, Great people to deal and work with and reliable as well.

Our master bath needed us to do a complete remodeling to it. We have friends who had used Romano Builders in the past and they were very happy with the final project that they did for them. When Lori came over to the house on the day and time that we scheduled ahead with the office, he was very prompt, full of ideas, straight to the point and very well-mannered. We explained him our visions and goals of what we would like to achieve in the master bathroom and he listened to us and provided us with his ideas that improved out vision which made him very helpful and productive to this project in addition to his suggestions and experience to help us complete our design. On the start day of the work, we were noticed and impressed with all the care and attentions to all the details that the work required and they used to protect and guard the other areas of our home. All the areas were covers with tarps for the floors, dust barriers and covers for their shoes. All the workers were considerate and valued our privacy. The work was done and completed on time and mainly within the agreed budget and this is on top of the work quality. We were mainly delighted in the way they addressed worries, replied so many questions and most importantly kept the work area spotless and neat. We will certainly use Romano Builders again. David and his workers from Romano Builders did a fantastic renovation by tearing down the old bathroom and rebuilt it again! My main tip is that if you are looking for a contractor that pride himself on attention to detail, professionalism, and greatness, David and Romano Builders is the company for you. Romano Builders just completed renovation on my bathroom and small part of the kitchen at my home and it couldn't have been done better by any other company. David, ensured that all the work will be of the best quality and to the highest standards. Michael the main person who did the work with additional workers here is such a great asset to the company. David ensured that all the subcontractors (Electrician and plumber) will also do the best job and when they didn't he ensured they redid the work. Michael was relentless in showing up every day and working hard to complete the job with the best quality work. Not only would I recommend this company to others I would definitely go back to this company if I ever need a professional remodel again. I can't say enough about Romano Builders. Honest, hardworking, and attention to detail.

After a while of extensive research in finding for the right contractor or construction company to upgrade our kitchen, we decided based on several reasons to go with Romano Builders and we are so glad we did. The reasons that made us hiring this company were: -We felt during the meetings that this company is honest, reliable, focus on making the best decisions for the clients and mainly their passion about what they do and provide. Although the results of the remodeling that was done by Romano Builders has far exceeded our expectations and goals. Zvi's professionalism and experience among with his artistic vision was truly amazing. From the moment of listening to what we really want to achieve to the end of the remodeling of the kitchen – not even one item was left uncovered. My favorite feature in the new kitchen is definitely the breakfast area with the gorgeous energy efficient windows including the seating area that overlooks our pool and back yard area. We really could go on and on with lots of more details and explanations about the attention to detail and amazing design that was done completely by this company, but we rather leave it for others. Romano Builders did a fairly extensive renovation of our Los Angeles home. The work included adding a powder room, removing old built-in cabinets, adding a built-in bookcase in the living room, extending one wall and shortening another wall, installing new heating/air conditioning, recessed lighting, plus new wood floors in several rooms. Plus a lot of other enhancements. We've moved several times over the years and done a lot of renovations for each one of the new homes we moved into. This time, when we purchased our new home, we hired Romano Builders to perform several remodeling parts at the new home and this time was one of the easiest and less complicated one with the least exhausting so far. Eli who was the main person that we talked and worked with, was thorough in his estimate and always made sure to document any task for the remodeling and made sure we will approve it and any additional work that we want on our part. Jacob was the hands-on guy. He knew what to do and he among his professional crew did quality work and was responsive to our needs. Before the remodeling, we called them for little projects and they've always stepped up to help, even though the projects were small and not profitable for them. On top of Jacob and Eli, the whole team of workers were a pleasure to work with. During this remodeling, Eli and Jacob did a great work by remodeling our Master bedroom, Kitchen and bedrooms. By this saying, we must mention that the kitchen included all the appliances, counter tops, floor, paint, plumbing and lighting. In the bedrooms, they did not only the bedroom itself, but the bathrooms and the closets too. Finally, we felt the costs were quite reasonable relative to the work involved. We would definitely use Romano Builders again if/when the need were to arise.

We live in an home that need to have so many updates and changes, some of the changes demanding some big renovations we are so happy that we actually did it and with a great company!. We started with our initial meeting like in any other project. Zvi and Eli that came to the meeting, set themselves apart from the rest of the other contractors that we met as well. Zvi was the main person that spent the required time walking around our kitchen, taking measurements and further doing his due diligence to see if the wall that we wanted to remove would be potentially load bearing or not. The entire kitchen design was his idea. The kitchen have a unique set up, so it was not easy to figure out all the details specially where the fridge, oven and the other appliances can go, and Zvi came up with few beautiful plans and ideas for us. Beyond that first day and seriously every meeting from that point was above and beyond. He literally spend over 3 hours with us at the tile store just to help us with the new back splash, which we would have never gone in that direction, and it's my favorite feature in the kitchen. There isn't any person that doesn't come in and immediately give comments on how amazing our back splash is. All thanks to Zvi and Romano Builders. Furthermore, every one of the actual workers that worked at the house, was respectful and friendly. It was a joy rather than nerve racking to have all these strangers in our house. They were very respectful of dust and dirt, especially knowing we have two small children. The entire process was exceptional, from communication, to constant updates, to the overall outcome. Lastly and really so important is that from the moment we signed the contract for this project, we know how much it would cost us, we did not spend one single cent above what was negotiated and this was a huge plus for us. Even the estimated numbers he gave us that was our responsibility (tile, etc.) he was very accurate on that as well making it nice that even in this large renovation that included a wall removal there was never a time he came back telling us something wasn't going to cost more. The quality of their work is exceptional, and their professionalism is top notch. I cannot say enough about how great they are. I highly recommend them for your next remodel.

We’ve hired Romano Builders as our contractor for room addition and the renovation of our kitchen and bedrooms project in our house. Since this is the first time we personally got involved in a project remodeling this size that included so many things to consider and plan. The help that I got from Eli and his team of workers was beyond my imagination and it included so many ideas, features and solutions. It was pretty scary to go ahead with this because I heard so many stories and nightmares stories about others that wanted to do remodeling projects and the contractor that they hired either left in the middle OR took the money and just left without do anything or mostly stories where at the end of the project, the final bill went up so much that caused the work to be just not worth it and unable to finish the project in time. But during the meetings with Eli from Romano Builders before the project, he provided me with a detailed list of all possible costs according to our wish list and how long it will take to complete the construction. I have to say that they were both pretty accurate except there was a week delay on the construction caused by the city Inspector and all the bureaucracy that involved in such work. It was really nothing considering it was originally projected as a 24 weeks project. Although, it was a long project, but I have to admit it was a pleasant experience, especially the result turned out before than I expected.

ROMANO builders recently remodeled most of our home. The remodeling that they did included: - The kitchen – Floor, Island, Counter tops, Back splash, Outlets & lights, Cabinets, Sink and appliances. - 3 Bathrooms which one of them was the master bathroom, half bathroom and another bathroom. - Dining area and living room area – this was the smallest section of the remodeling because it includes new floor, paint and crown molding all around. We honestly can’t say enough good words about the work that they did and the way it look now after the work was completed. They absolutely went over and beyond our expectations with their knowledge and expertise during this work that took close to 3 months. Their expertise and quality was excellent. Our new house was built in 1980’s and the previous owner didn’t do any major remodeling since the time he got the house. The style that we wanted was modern styled interior. That apparently, was no problem what so ever. ROMANO builders’ staff and mainly Zvi, was more than able to deliver the kitchen of our dreams. Zvi and the people that did the actual work, created a living environment that matched exactly to our lifestyle and taste much to that of what we experience when we go and visit other places mainly on trips. The construction staff was impressive, hardworking people, honest and mainly polite, concise and efficient. We absolutely love the new kitchen, bathrooms and living areas and our master suite was an unexpected delight as well… We truly enjoy it every day. The project that was designed and complete by Romano Builders contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with David and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Romano Builders were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. We are pleased with the final project and would certainly work with Romano Builders again.
