Royal Remodeling & Design

We recently completed a major remodel on our condo in Lido Key with Royal Remodeling and Design, and we couldn't be happier. Managing a project from Connecticut was daunting, but their team earned our trust immediately through outstanding communication and expert guidance. They excelled as our general contractor, working closely with all the various trades to ensure every detail was executed to a high standard. Their creative design insights were a game changer, and their Sarasota showroom was an invaluable resource for visualizing our project. Even when we threw some big last-minute changes their way, they stayed on schedule without compromising quality. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable—we highly recommend them for any remodeling needs.

We recently completed a full master bathroom remodel with Royal Remodeling & Design at our home in Venice Florida, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our project began with several meetings at their beautiful downtown Sarasota showroom. The team provided outstanding design ideas and guided us through selecting cabinets, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and all the finishing details. Their experience and attention to detail made the entire design process enjoyable. Demolition was completed in just one day. I honestly thought it would have taken me a week and several trips to the dump if I had done it myself. The crew completely stripped the bathroom down to the subfloor and wall studs while keeping everything organized and professional. The craftsmanship was exceptional. Andre, the tile installer, is a true craftsman. I’ve seen a lot of tile work over the years, but his precision, attention to detail, and pride in his work were truly impressive. The finished tile work is absolutely beautiful. Vik, the project manager, was professional, courteous, organized, and highly responsive throughout the entire remodel. He kept everything on schedule, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail was handled properly. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his priority. Every trade—from plumbing and electrical to tile installation and finish work—arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. The entire project was completed in just two weeks, finished on schedule and within our agreed budget. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom. Friends and neighbors have all commented on how beautiful it turned out. If you’re looking for a reliable general contractor in Sarasota or Venice Florida for a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, or complete home renovation, we highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail made this one of the best remodeling experiences we’ve ever had.

After meeting with several contractors for our remodel in Venice, Florida, what immediately stood out about Royal Remodeling & Design was their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Unlike others who quickly said something couldn’t be done, their attitude was always, “Let’s figure it out.” Our project involved moving walls, investigating structural and bearing walls, removing columns, a full kitchen remodel, interior and exterior painting, new flooring, doors, trim, baseboards, a new front door, and many upgrades throughout the home. Royal Remodeling & Design truly turned our vision into reality. One of the best parts of the experience was the design process at their showroom on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. Being able to see our project on a 3D screen and make changes as we went gave us confidence that everything would turn out exactly how we wanted it. Choosing cabinets, countertops, tile, wood plank flooring, and finishes in one place made the process incredibly convenient and stress-free. Once construction started, communication was excellent. We received regular updates, timelines, and everyone who worked on the home was professional, respectful, and pleasant to work with. Even when we asked for extra changes, the response was always, “No problem, we’ll take care of it.” The home was kept clean throughout the remodel, and we appreciated the thoughtful suggestions made along the way that improved other areas of the house we hadn’t even considered. Watching Royal Remodeling & Design transform our 1980s home into a beautiful modern space was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a remodeling general contractor in Sarasota County for a full home remodel, full condo remodel, kitchen remodel, or bathroom remodel, we highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to turning your vision into reality.

Royal Remodeling & Design Our experience with Royal Remodeling & Design was exceptional from our very first interaction. My wife and I were evaluating several Sarasota-area contractors for a complete kitchen remodel. We began with a shortlist of companies, but as we progressed through the selection process, several were eliminated for various reasons. We discovered Royal Remodeling & Design through a Google search and decided to stop by their Main Street showroom without an appointment. From the moment we walked in, Stan welcomed us as though we were repeat customers. He spent nearly an hour answering our questions, discussing our project, and helping us understand the remodeling process. We told him ours was not a large kitchen, although we wanted a complete renovation. Stan assured us no job was too small for them. By the end of that meeting, we had scheduled a visit to our condo for Stan to see it first-hand. After seeing our existing kitchen, Stan developed an initial design for us to review. We requested several changes that differed from his original vision. Rather than trying to persuade us otherwise, Stan emphasized that it was our kitchen and that we were the ones who would be living with it. His philosophy was simple: he would design and build the kitchen that best suited our needs and preferences. We found that approach very reassuring. Once the design was finalized, we were introduced to Viktor, the project manager. His confidence, professionalism, and extensive experience immediately gave us peace of mind. As seasonal residents, we arranged for demolition and construction to begin after we returned north. Because we are very hands-on and engaged, entrusting a major renovation to a contractor while we were away felt somewhat uncomfortable at first. However, Viktor’s communication throughout the project was outstanding. He kept us informed with regular updates, shared progress photos, and scheduled FaceTime calls so we could see the work firsthand. The entire project was completed in approximately six weeks from start to finish. Throughout the process, nearly every conversation with Stan or Viktor ended with my wife and me saying the same thing: we had absolutely made the right decision in choosing Royal Remodeling & Design. We simply could not imagine receiving a higher level of service, professionalism, or craftsmanship. When we returned to see the completed kitchen, it was exactly as we had envisioned—and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. While our project may not have been as large or complex as some of the impressive renovations featured on Royal’s social media channels, we always felt like we were their most important client. That level of attention and care made a lasting impression. We wholeheartedly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design to anyone considering a remodeling project. We would not hesitate to work with them again. Michael & Julie Wallace

We chose Royal Remodeling & Design after a strong referral from a neighbor, and after completing two full bathroom remodels and a custom fireplace feature wall, it was absolutely the right decision. Going in, my main concerns were pricing and the quality of the trades, especially based on past experiences. Those concerns disappeared quickly. The craftsmanship was top-level across the board — tile installation, plumbing, electrical, and finishing were all done with precision. No crooked tiles, no shortcuts, just clean, high-quality work throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We had daily updates, and the project manager Viktor kept everything on track, always responsive and solution-oriented. The entire process was organized, smooth, and professionally managed. The results truly stand out. The fireplace creates a dramatic focal point the moment you walk into the room, with clean lines and precise execution. Both bathrooms have completely different styles and feel like stepping into a high-end spa. We selected Fabuwood cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, and custom tile, and the final outcome exceeded expectations. The crew was professional, respectful, on time, and kept the job site clean every day. Everything was done in the right sequence with strong attention to detail. What sets Royal Remodeling & Design apart is their professionalism, communication, and execution. If you’re looking for a general contractor in Sarasota for full bathroom remodels, with a true designer showroom in downtown Sarasota, this is the team to go with. Easily one of the best general contractors in the area. We’ve already received many compliments from friends and neighbors and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend.

When my wife and I began searching for a trustworthy, high-quality general contractor in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch for our complete home remodel, we were extremely cautious. We had previously made the mistake of hiring an unscrupulous company for our pool remodel and were determined not to repeat that experience. What we found with Royal Remodeling and Design was the exact opposite. From our very first in-home meeting with Stan and Lilly, we could immediately tell we were dealing with honest, straightforward professionals. That first impression never faded—if anything, it only grew stronger as the project progressed. From start to finish, their integrity, attention to detail, and communication were consistent and reassuring. Our remodel was extensive and included a complete kitchen remodel, full master bathroom redesign, renovation of three bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, family room, formal living room and dining room, along with under-floor re-plumbing. With a project of this size, there are many opportunities for problems, but nothing ever felt overwhelming or unresolved. Vik, the on-site project manager and co-owner, was exceptional. His response to nearly every question or request was, “Not a problem,” and he always meant it. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that we were completely satisfied. The quality of work—from cabinetry, countertops, tile installation, and wood plank flooring to the overall execution of the full home renovation—was excellent. Every employee and subcontractor involved was professional, skilled, and trustworthy. We were away from our home for much of the remodel and never once felt concerned about who was in our house or the work being done. Stan and Vik run Royal Remodeling and Design with honesty, integrity, strong values, and great communication. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering both a great result and a great experience. On top of that, they are simply enjoyable people to work with. If you are looking for one of the best general contractors in Sarasota or Lakewood Ranch for a full home remodel, kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, or high-quality craftsmanship you can trust, we highly recommend Royal Remodeling and Design. Walt and Wendy Lakewood Ranch, FL

I am so pleased that I selected Royal Remodeling & Design for the complete renovation of my 50-year old condo on the island in Venice, FL. Stan and Vik were a seamless team to take my project from conception to completion. Royal’s employees and subcontractors are held to the same high standards. In addition to bringing an entire team of talented craftsmen to the project, Stan and Vik are great communicators and responded quickly to any questions I had during the process. I was always kept well informed about the status of the project and given ample time to make decisions that arose during the project. I highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design as a general contractor in Sarasota County for all remodeling needs.

My wife and I would like to share our sincere appreciation for the exceptional work Royal Remodeling & Design did on our home renovation. We first discovered Royal Remodeling & Design after seeing their work in Lakewood Ranch and we were immediately drawn to the creativity, craftsmanship and refinement of their projects. That gave us the confidence to trust them with transforming our kitchen, main living areas and bathrooms into a space that felt more open, dramatic and truly functional and they exceeded every expectation. From the beginning, Stan’s design vision stood out. Through thoughtful conversations, in-person and virtual meetings and detailed 2D and 3D design plans, he helped us clearly understand not only how our home would look, but how it would function. Visiting their downtown Sarasota showroom was an experience in itself — beautiful cabinet options, quartzite countertops, porcelain tile and premium finishes all thoughtfully presented, making decisions surprisingly enjoyable instead of stressful. Once the project began, Vik managed the day-to-day execution with remarkable professionalism. He was accessible, frequently on site, and always ahead of communication. Every trade Royal Remodeling & Design brought into our home worked with genuine kindness and professionalism. The demo crew was clean and polite, tile work was meticulously installed and beautifully executed, the quartzite fabrication and installation were done to perfection, the cabinetry and finishing carpentry brought the design together beautifully. Throughout the renovation, we were consistently informed, about schedule, inspections and timelines. It was clear, organized, and handled with a level of care that gave us complete peace of mind. Our home was respected, the site was kept clean and the process never felt chaotic. Today, our home feels completely transformed, more modern, more elegant, more luxurious, yet incredibly practical for everyday living. Royal Remodeling & Design delivered that rare combination of high-end design, craftsmanship, professional project management and a true premium client experience. We are deeply grateful and would confidently recommend Royal Remodeling & Design to anyone who values quality, professionalism and peace of mind when remodeling their home.

My experience with Royal Remodeling & Design was truly a godsend. From start to finish, this General Contractor delivered a level of professionalism, skill, and care that is rare to find. Every tradesman who came into my home took pride in their work, was courteous and treated my project like it was their own. The final result is absolutely stunning. One of the main reasons I chose Royal Remodeling & Design was the way they explained their full process from the beginning. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered clear options and then created a 3-D computer design showing different cabinet layouts, features and styles. I was adamant about having a spice rack and they fit it perfectly into the plan. Their showroom in Sarasota is beautiful, with a wide selection of cabinets, flooring, backsplash tile and more. Which made choosing materials easy and enjoyable. What started as a full kitchen remodel turned into even more work because of how great the team was. I had my old popcorn ceiling removed and replaced with a beautiful orange-peel finish. I also had new porcelain wood plank tile flooring installed, and the outcome is unbelievable. Everything looks modern, clean, and high-end. Project manager was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He had workers scheduled every single day so the job stayed on track and was completed on time. He stayed on top of everything and made the entire experience stress-free. Royal Remodeling & Design is truly a top-tier remodeling company in Sarasota. If you need a full kitchen remodel, flooring remodel, ceiling renovation, 3-D design, or any type of home renovation, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely refer them to my friends and family.

We love our home, but it is now getting close to 20 years old and getting a bit dated. We decided it was time to completely redo (down to the studs) our kitchen, wet bar, entertainment center, and fireplace. We hired our own designer, and she created a preliminary design so we would have an effective way to communicate what we wanted to our potential contractors. Next, we started interviewing contractors. We talked to contractor after contractor and could not find anyone we felt could do the job, we felt comfortable working with and were open to using our design. Finally, we met Stan from Royal Remodeling and Design. He was the first designer we spoke with who inspired our confidence, had great ideas to add to our design, and a realistic approach to the project. Stan was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful. He was able to expand the room around our central island, so now two or more people can easily work in the kitchen at once. He changed the cabinet sizes from custom to semi-custom, which had no impact on the finished product but saved us a significant amount of money. He provided us with a detailed design for the project. Having this detailed design was a key reason the project went so smoothly, and we were so pleased in the end. When it was time to start construction, Vic took over the project. Royal set up a group text, and we knew every day who was coming and when. We really appreciated Royal’s respect for our time and almost daily communication. Whenever any issue arose, we knew we could text Royal and they would be right on it. Vic was at our home most days and was on top of every aspect of the project. Simply great project management and quick problem solving. Royal had relationships with all the vendors we needed to work with for our appliance, tile, granite, and plumbing. We were able to make appointments with their vendors and get the help we needed to pick these out. From there, Royal took over and placed the orders and coordinated all the deliveries. One of the most crucial elements for us was having a dedicated team working on the project. The guys were great, and they all worked well together. The quality of their work was outstanding. Incredibly meticulous. They made many small customizations which took the entire project to the next level. We still cannot believe how beautiful everything came out. They came on time, worked in an unobtrusive manner, and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. They were respectful of our home, and us. This included the cabinets, tile work, wood working, painting, countertops, electrical, and plumbing. Due to the detailed design, talented team, great project management, and quality work, they were able to complete our project on time and on budget. I recommend Royal Remodel and Design without hesitation. We liked them so much we just hired them to remodel our laundry room!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Royal Remodeling & Design in Sarasota. I own a villa on Siesta Key, right by the beach, and I decided to do a full remodel while I was out of town. Naturally, I was nervous about being away during such a big project, but the team at Royal Remodeling completely put me at ease. Their communication was outstanding, every step of the way, I was updated by text or phone call, and any small issue that came up was immediately handled with a solution. I truly had nothing to worry about. The project itself included a complete kitchen remodel and full flooring throughout the entire villa. I picked everything out at their beautiful downtown Sarasota showroom, they had so many options to choose from. I went with Fabuwood cabinets, stunning Cambria quartz countertops, and tile wood plank flooring throughout the bedrooms, living room, family room, and kitchen. They also replaced all of my interior doors, trim, and baseboards, and finished everything off with a full interior paint job. The results were absolutely perfect, exactly what I had envisioned. Even when unexpected things came up, they not only solved them quickly, but never added extra or hidden fees. Everything was transparent, professional, and seamless from start to finish. I’ve always been skeptical about hiring remodeling contractors, but Royal Remodeling & Design completely changed my mind. They are the best contractor in Sarasota for kitchen remodels, flooring remodels, and full home or villa renovations. The quality of work is top-notch, the materials are beautiful, and the communication is second to none. I couldn’t be happier with how my Siesta Key villa turned out, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional remodeling company.

We recently completed a full home remodel with Royal Remodeling & Design here in Sarasota Florida, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. When we first met Stan at our home, he came prepared with a wide range of design samples and ideas, walking us through every possibility. From that first meeting, my wife and I felt confident moving forward with Royal Remodeling & Design because of their professionalism, clear pricing, and the trust they inspired. Our project included a complete master bathroom remodel, a full kitchen transformation with beautiful Fabuwood cabinets and Cambria quartz countertops, and brand-new tile wood planks installed throughout the entire house. To open up the kitchen, walls were removed — including the back pantry area — giving us a spacious, modern layout that has completely changed how we enjoy our home. What stood out the most was the team’s professionalism and craftsmanship. During demolition and installation, the crew left our home spotless every single day. From removing walls and ceilings to rebuilding with brand-new materials, everything was done with care, precision, and attention to detail. Their work truly went above and beyond. Not only did Royal Remodeling & Design deliver exactly what was promised in the contract, but they also did more than expected — going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Today, we have a beautiful, modern home with a stunning master bathroom, an elegant kitchen, and flooring that ties the entire house together. We couldn’t be happier with the results. For anyone in Sarasota County looking for the best remodeling contractor, and showroom design center, we highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Their process made it simple and stress-free for us to choose the right cabinets, countertops, and tile. If anyone would like to see the results in person, we’d be more than happy to share our experience. Thank you to Stan, Viktor, and the entire Royal Remodeling & Design team for making this such a positive and unforgettable remodeling journey. — The Grozdic Family

When looking for a contractor for our kitchen and master bathroom remodel, I heavily relied on customer reviews to make a decision. Royal Remodeling & Design came highly recommended and after my initial meeting with Stan to discuss our project, I knew they were the team I wanted to work with. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, excellent craftsmanship, and a truly client-focused approach. Working with Stan on the design phase was collaborative and well-conceived as he took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered suggestions that made the final layout even better than we imagined. One of the things that stood out most was their robust project management process. Everything was clearly laid out from the start- timelines, budgets, and milestones were communicated upfront and adhered to throughout the project. We always knew what to expect and when, which made the entire experience feel organized and low-stress. Selecting cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and all the design elements was made incredibly easy thanks to their streamlined selection process and helpful design guidance. They offered a curated range of beautiful, high-quality options that suited our taste and budget. Communication was excellent every step of the way. A group text was established which resulted in prompt responses and total transparency. Vik and his entire crew were highly skilled, professional, punctual, respectful of our home and they cleaned up daily. We are very grateful to Royal Remodeling & Design for transforming our space and making the experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality remodeling work. Julie & Kurt Sullivan Lakewood Ranch, FL

Excellent Service and very friendly. Explained things thoroughly so we could understand every detail. Highly recommend.

We first met with Royal Remodeling & Design at their downtown Sarasota showroom, which impressed us with its extensive selection of cabinet styles, countertop materials, and tiles. The design process with Stan was thorough and collaborative, giving us confidence in their vision for our home. Working with Vik, who is not only the project manager but also a co-owner of Royal Remodeling & Design, was a true pleasure. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. All team members were professional, skilled craftsmen who maintained a clean work environment and showed respect for our home during the entire renovation. Royal completely transformed our home with a stunning open concept design by removing walls and re-configuring our layout. The kitchen renovation featuring Fabuwood cabinets and Cambria countertops exceeded our expectations. All three bathrooms--master, guest, and pool--were beautifully updated. The Italian wood plank tile flooring, molding, new doors, and fresh paint throughout gave the entire home a cohesive, brand-new feel. One of our favorite additions is the custom mudroom they built, which perfectly combines functionality and style. Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional experience and remarkable results that Royal Remodeling & Design delivered. We'll be enjoying our beautifully renovated home for many years to come and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, top-rated remodeling company in the Sarasota or Lakewood Ranch area.

Our home was severely damaged in Hurricane Ian and we hired Royal Remodeling & Design to do our repair work...The knowledge, design expertise, compassion, communication, and skill of their entire company, crew, and subcontractors they affiliate with, in my opinion, are unparalleled in their segment of the market. First and foremost, they showed integrity, Stan and Vic were upfront with us as they had jobs in progress that also were damaged from the storm, which setback the timeline on the finish date of those jobs, but they were committed to what they had agreed to do for those customers. Once those jobs were completed, they then were able to prioritize our home as it was unlivable and given our large family and multiple pets, we did not have a desirable living situation away from our home. From the time we started working with Royal Remodel and Design, through the completion of the job, I’ve never heard of a construction project going so smoothly. Almost our entire home was gutted out, and with Royal Remodel and Design’s help, we moved walls around and redesigned the layout of the interior of our home. The new layout could not have turned out better, our home has been transformed into what feels like a custom-built space, designed just for our family (which I guess it really is), and we couldn’t imagine it any other way now. They also had a vast array of products to go through and assisted as we picked out all new Idea Ceramica flooring, Fabuwood Allure Galaxy cabinets, Pompeii countertops, and so on. The end result turned out absolutely stunning, and our home now looks like it belongs in a designer magazine. I’m not lying when I say, every person who steps across the threshold of our front door immediately gasps and exclaims “WOW, I can’t believe the transformation!” Or, if they’ve never been to our home it’s, “Oh my, your home is beautiful!” That’s obviously not the reason we wanted our house remodeled by Royal Remodel and Design, but that is the type of result you’ll get if you hire them.

We are not new to the home construction process. We have designed and custom built two homes in Idaho. After moving to Florida, we purchased an older home that needed a remodel. We naively thought it would be easy. We were in for a rude awakening. Thankfully, we discovered Royal Remodeling after dealing with several scammers and contractors with shotty work ethics. Royal Remodeling has completed two major projects for us. We hired them in September 2023 to remodel our kitchen, fireplace, laundry room, and guest bathroom. In October 2025, we had them back to do a full remodel of our master bathroom and the rest of the floors in our house. As expected, they did a beautiful job again. Stan and Lily were our designers. Vic was the foreman on the project. Their main work crew was made up of pleasant and professional European craftsmen. It was a pleasure to be a Royal Remodeling customer. You will not go wrong in trusting these great folks to remodel your house. They are the real deal!

After 60 years of marriage and helping four children and their families along the way, we decided that we would do something really "first class" for ourselves in our home. We had purchased a home in Sarasota in 1999 and had done little to upgrade our house. We finally decided to have our kitchen, living room and dining room updated. I looked at several sources and considered a few options. When I called Royal Remodeling & Design, I was so impressed by Stan, Natalie, Vic and Natasha, that I didn't consider anyone else. The design was imaginative and modern. This process was professional, completely detailed in goals and how we could achieve our redesign objective. We knew what the results would be before the project ever began! Stan and Vic, were terrific to work with, keeping us informed every step of the way. There were no surprises along the way as this major "facelift" progressed. The crew doing the work were as professional and detailed as one could expect. More importantly, they followed up on the details that make a good remodel great. The project was completed on time, the results being quite stunning and transformative. We are proud of the results and would highly recommend Royal Remodeling and Design to anyone who would have a remodeling project of full condo or home remodel in mind in Sarasota Florida. We’ve been wanting to do a total house remodel (except kitchen) for a couple of years. Our master bathroom was in total shambles, water damage, how our vanity was still standing is beyond me. For two years I’ve been calling contractors to no avail either they wouldn’t call back or didn’t want to come to the house to do an estimate just wanted to know what my budget was. Then I contacted Royal Remodeling & Design! Stan called me back same day! Made an appointment, came to the house got a feel for what we wanted & put together a budget! It was heaven sent! New master bathroom with walk-in shower, glass shower doors, timber shaker cabinets with Cambria quartz countertops, floor to ceiling tile. Updated guest bathroom, new tile floor through the house all new doors, trim & baseboards and get rid of the popcorn ceiling and new paint. Royal Remodeling & Design team put together a design and budget to fit our needs. As we were going to be out of state during the project I was a little nervous about not being hands on. Well, Victor the project manager put my worries to rest. He was always a phone call or text away. Sent weekly progress reports and when decisions need to be made done all via phone, text or FaceTime. Now that our project is complete I would like to thank Stan, Lili, Viktor, Andrey, Sasha and the whole Royal Remodeling & Design Team for a job well done! Thank you for a smooth remodeling project with no drama! Job well done! We love our new home!!!

We worked with 3 different contractors to get bids on a full remodel of our bathroom. We were immediately most confident with Royal. Stan was able to describe in detail what they needed to do and the process they would follow. We waited for the other bids and Royal was neither the most expensive nor the cheapest but selecting Royal was an easy decision for us. We also added to our original scope and Stan was very accommodating in helping us include the additional work. Stan invited us to the showroom to select our cabinets, tile and countertops. Lilia also joined us and both Stan and Lilia offered sound advice and were very patient as we looked at many combinations. They also provided partner suppliers who helped us pick our fixtures. Stan brought Vik our project manager to our site to confirm the design. Vik was very knowledgeable and provided an overall plan. Once work began we never had a delay or a day without activity except when we requested no work due to travel or other conflicts. Vik was on site frequently and always easily accessible and responsive. Stan and Vik had also assured us that the workers they would assign were skilled and had extensive experience. That became obvious to us once work began. From the tear down through to final painting and finish each team or person was exceptionally skilled and very courteous. Each day the teams cleaned before they left. Vik provided excellent overall coordination and the team worked very well together. We are thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Royal.

Royal Remodeling & Design transformed our condo into a dream home! From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch remodeling company in Sarasota!

We are Very satisfied with our total master bath renovation, workmanship and project management. Plan to use them again for kitchen.

As an Interior Designer I knew trying to do a whole house renovation in Sarasota Florida from long distance would be difficult. I would need to find a quality contractor, reliable, honest and with some taste. I found all this and more with Royal Remodeling & Design. Stan started the process by carefully listening to our needs and goals and producing computer designs of our kitchen and bathrooms that clearly defined the project. Their showroom on Main Street downtown Sarasota allowed us to pick out all finishes at once including cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile wood planks and other products to making sure the colors and textures flowed. He worked with us to find the perfect tile backsplash and fit in desired kitchen appliances. Vik, our project manager on the job, was patient, efficient and very detail oriented. Their subs and employes were all perfect craftsmen and we never doubted the quality of construction. Vik made sure we were aware of any problems and also made sure they were resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our “new” home and our time trusting Royal Remodeling & Design. We highly recommend them.

Royal Remodeling & Design Guest Bath 2024 We recently contracted with Royal Remodel to update our 1980’s guest bathroom and are delighted with our choice of contractors. Although we kept the original footprint of the room, it now feels much more open and spacious. It is like our own little spa room. Stan and Vic were very helpful in selection of materials and execution of the project with the eye of an artist. Every member of their team took pride in their work and was willing to listen to our input and questions. Communication regarding the project was excellent. We always knew what to expect and who would be coming to the house. Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum and the area was always cleaned when the days work was completed. We would definitely contact Royal Remodeling & Design for future projects and highly recommend them with 5 stars

Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. Stan was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. Vic managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Royal Remodeling and Design was amazing to work with from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry right away and listened to our needs. Stan and Lilly really helped show the vision in the design process and set clear expectations through and though. Vik was an amazing Project Manager. His team was very clean, polite and on time. Vik stuck to the timeline and budget and completed the project right on time. We could not be more happy with the outcome. Beautiful Fabuwood Cabinets, and Cambria Quartz countertops. porcelain wood plank flooring throughout. Custom banquet bench and even custom wall mounted lighting. We would absolutely hire this team again for another project. One of the better contractor experiences we’ve ever had.

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional full bathroom remodel carried out by Stan, Vik and Royal Remodeling & Design team. From the initial design phase at their showroom in downtown Sarasota on Main Street to the final result, every step was handled seamlessly and with utmost professionalism. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. In moments of tough decisions, the team consistently provided effective solutions. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design for comprehensive remodeling services, including full bathroom, kitchen, condo, and home projects. Without a doubt, they will be our first choice for our next project.

My wife and i being Canadian own a 2nd home in Sarasota since 2010. We have decided to renovate our home in June of 2023. We looked at several design companies to do a full kitchen remodel and new porcelain tile wood plank flooring throughout the house and other minor things. We wanted to pick a company that was reliable, trust worthy, has great credibility and most important that we are comfortable working with the company. It was important that they would be able to work independently and take care of the property for us while we were not at the house. I’m a custom builder, developer and a tract builder in Canada for 45 years. I have built and renovated many homes through my company in Canada. We also have a large property management company. So picking a company in Florida that would meet our expectations and standards is very important to me and my wife. I am still engaged in my business with my 3 kids all working in our company, we are a family business. We picked Royal Remodeling & Design because they are a family business and they have all the commitment, dedication, social skills and understanding on being responsible, by doing high quality work with best costumer service. Royal Remodeling & Design just completed the renovations in our Sarasota home in September. With the deadline as expected and their work was exceptional. They were always keeping us informed via emails, FaceTimes, text and were always available immediately by phone while we were back in Canada. We never had to come to Florida to check on the work they were doing. They had their dustless demo crew, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, painters, cabinet installers do exceptional work. Once completed they moved everything back in proper order and everything was spotless. We are very pleased and satisfied with Stan, Vik and all Royal Remolding & Design team. We will definitely work with them again on our future projects. Thank you Vince and Danna

We are not new to the home construction process. We have designed and custom built two homes in another state. After moving to Florida and purchasing an older home that needed a remodel and we thought - oh this should be easy! We were in for a rude awakening. We suffered through a "professional designer" who took over 7 months to get plans together and then they were not even what we asked for. We wasted thousands of dollars and two years of our lives looking for contractors, designers, anyone reliable and trustworthy to help us. We quickly learned this state is riddled with shady and untrustworthy contractors and that "lower price" usually means RUN the other way! Before we found Stan and his team - we thought we found a contractor who gave us a fake license number, took our deposit and ran! Finally, I ran across Royal Remodeling and Design. We were nervous of course, after getting screwed over by numerous other people. Let me tell you - this company is the REAL DEAL. We are absolutely thrilled. They showed up to the minute, on time. They were very communicative and we knew what was happening every day. The workmanship was excellent. Stan even designed our kitchen and bathroom right in his showroom! No need to waste thousands on a "designer" who uses old school paper and pencil and takes months. We had our floors done, full kitchen remodel, fireplace remodel, laundry room and bathroom. They were done in LESS time than we anticipated ( unheard of). We plan to hire them again for another project in the near future. You can find "cheap" and waste thousands in shoddy work, takes three times as long to get done or you are being scammed by someone working without proper licensing. Stan and his team are highly professional. We will never use anyone else. Everything turned out gorgeous. Thank you to everyone, Stan, Vic, the entire team. We love you guys!

We have hired Royal Remodel & Design twice now. The first time was when needed to renovate our newly purchased outdated condo in Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club in Sarasota. We interviewed five contractors and chose Royal Remodeling & Design because we thought Stan had the best ideas and the most enthusiasm. Once it was decided to hire Royal the process was easy to get started. Within a weeks’ time we met Stan at his downtown Sarasota showroom where he showed us our kitchen and bathroom designs on a computer program that made it easier to visualize. Once final changes were made we quickly got to picking out things we needed for our project. It was very convenient to have everything to choose from right there in the showroom. Kitchen Cabinetry and hardware, Cambria Quartz, Tile for backsplashes, showers and flooring. We especially liked the selection available for tile wood plank flooring. Once construction started the crew headed up by Project Manager Vik was diligent, friendly always cleaned up at the end of each day. They were attentive to all of our concerns as well. It was a pleasure to be with them each day that they were working. The project went smoothly and was on time and on budget. Our condo turned out great. It was our happy place until we decided to buy a single family home since we decided to become full time residents of Florida. So it was with great confidence that we hired Royal Remodeling & Design to renovate our new home. We recently moved into our beautifully renovated home after going through the same experience as with our condo and we couldn’t be happier. Benton Family

We chose Royal Remodeling and Design to redesign and remodel our kitchen and laundry room. We are very happy with the end result and when the time comes we will use them again to remodel our bathrooms. As new residents to the SRQ area we spent a lot of time researching local remodeling companies. We wanted to work with a company that was full service, honest, professional, responsive, friendly and fair priced. We asked friends and neighbors for recommendations and searched the internet and social media for positive reviews. The excellent reviews for Stan and Vik at Royal Remodeling and Design on social media and Houzz landed them high on our list of candidates. The first thing that impressed us with Royal Remodeling and Design was Stan’s sincere and personal approach right from the start. Stan returned our call within the same day and listened to our wants and concerns as well as reasoning behind our project budget. He gave us information regarding past jobs, the makeup of the company and their values. Soon after that we had our first in-person appointment at our home. Stan treated us like our job was his project already. He toured our space and gave us a few ideas, options and suggestions based upon our style, space and budget as well as general project timelines and estimates. As part of our initial meeting, Stan took measurements to draft a plan based on our discussions. We set a followup appointment in their downtown Sarasota showroom to review the plans the next week. The RRD showroom is well stocked with semi custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and colors as well as tile and flooring options, cabinet hardware and countertop samples. Stan had taken our ideas and prepared a plan which also included basic pricing. We did have a few changes but Stan handled them. By the second meeting we were confident in the direction the project was heading and we confirmed we would be using RRD. Stan and his sister Lili helped us finalize our plan to make the remaining design selections including our beautiful Cambria Quartz countertops. Once set, Stan came back to our home to review plans and the technical aspects with his business partner Vik, who is in charge bringing the project to life. Once the project started the RRD team kept us informed all the way. A project group text kept us up to date on what was going on and to ask questions. We were able to live in our home during the process. The entire team was neat, on time and very knowledgable. They finished the project on time and we are thrilled with every aspect. The transformation is more beautiful than we could have imagined. Looking back on the process, I am reminded of the analogy Vik shared with us at some point in the project stating that he and Stan are like the two wings on on a plane and we agree. As a result: Royal Remodeling and Design took our kitchen and laundry room from dated to dazzling! The Jones Family

We were so happy with the first remodeling that Royal Remodeling and Design did for us we asked them back for a guest bathroom remodel. Working with this company was such a pleasure. Constant messages and calls updating us every step of the way, great communication. We had to stay in our unit while the remodel was being done and the workers were clean professional and became part of our family. This company is very professional and wants you the client to be happy. Believe me we are. Having had work done by other contractors this company is head and shoulders above all of them. Thank you Stan, Victor and all of the other very talented members of your team.

New cabinets, new counter tops, remove or rework some walls sounds like a typical kitchen remodel. It is until you start looking for a contractor you believe in and trust. We found that contractor in Royal Remodeling & Design located in Sarasota. From the first meeting in our home with Stan, which happened as promised, we felt good vibes. He went through with us what we wanted and he made a couple of good suggestions. Stan did his layout and design right then. He gave us a quote and time to think about it. We went to the Sarasota showroom the next day, picked out the 42” cabinets and quartz counter tops and signed the contract. He gave us a timeline based on confirmed cabinet delivery of construction time of about two weeks. The kitchen remodeling would start in about four weeks. The crew started demo a day early in the time frame given. The work crew headed by Viktor was very friendly and efficient. Viktor came to our home everyday to make sure everyone was on the same page! The Royal crew did their work as promised on the days it was promised. The electrician the plumber, cabinet installer did their work professionally and when promised. The worksite was cleaned up every evening and we stayed in our house during the whole process. We thought the big delay would be waiting for the quartz countertops. Again, Stan delivered on time as promised with an excellent install. The entire job was finished in approximately three weeks. No extras were ever asked for and the bid was complete. It is without any reservations that we recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. We love our new kitchen in Venice!!

This summer I was very fortunate to find a condo in a prime location of Sarasota. I was given a reference from a friend to call Stan at Royal Remodeling & Design. He was able to take my call right away and was very pleasant to speak to. He came out to my condo, discussed options with me and scheduled a time to visit his showroom in Sarasota. After the initial visit I felt really excited about remodeling my condo and felt I was in good hands. I was blown away visiting the showroom where I had the opportunity to look at quality samples, go over design and review cost. They used software to show your options and you really feel like you’re on an HGTV show! The process was a lot of fun as I watched my Pinterest dreams come to life. During our meeting we discussed a clear timeline and next steps. Once the project got under way The Royal Remodeling team found mold and other issues that my home inspection missed. Their team had so much knowledge and expertise that I didn’t have to worry. They truly managed the issues start to finish and I felt they cared for my home as if it were theirs. Throughout the remodel process of my kitchen, floors and bathroom, the Royal Remodeling team always kept my condo clean so I was able to still live in my home during the process. I was blown away at the level of care, attention to detail and professionalism by Stan (the Designer/Owner), Vik (the Project Manager/Owner) along with the Royal team. I would hands down recommend Royal Remodeling & Design.

Royal Remodeling and Design is a 5 star company. We recently contracted with Royal for a complete kitchen and Master Bathroom remodel. From demolition to project completion we were told every day just what to expect who would be coming and when they would be arriving. The project team always showed up as scheduled, were very conscientious and had an extreme attention to detail. The tile work in the Master Bathroom was perfection. The design plan with Stan Sainchuk was a collaborative process and when the design concept was finished we all had a feeling of excitement. As the project moved on the attention to detail was just fantastic and any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. If you are looking for a company that treats your remodeling job as if were their own home you need to contact Royal Remodeling and Design.

I hired Royal Remodeling & Design (A Sarasota Contractor) to remodel my entire home in Venice, and I can say 100% that it was the right decision. From the start, we met with Stan at the property and walked around so he can take some measurements and photos. A few days later we met with him at his showroom in Downtown Sarasota to go over everything. Stan designed the new kitchen and bathrooms on his computer, so it was easy to visualize the finished product. We then we went over our preferences/locations with him, then on to picking our choices. Stan stocks samples of the most popular styles/colors of cabinets, Cambria quartz, countertops and tile in his showroom, so there was no overwhelming feeling of too many choices like when you go into the warehouses. Once we went over all the fine print and were under contract, we waited for the county permits to be approved. In about three weeks, the property was a bee-hive of activity Monday-Friday with all the work being done. At the end of the work day, the property was left always left clean and organized. Vik was there making sure everything got done according to our preferences. If there were any questions, he sent us a text/video and even used Facetime to make sure everything was clear and we were happy. The finished project is amazing, a night/day transition. Everything was completed on time and there were no delays, even though the area was damaged by Hurricane Ian, that alone speaks volumes regarding their work ethic. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design, I wish you all continued success!

The first time we met Stan, he impressed us with his grasp of our project. He immediately sat down with us and designed a plan on his computer. He was intuitive and recommended helpful design ideas and by the end of his visit, we had a great start to our project. The Royal Remodeling showroom had beautiful products to choose from. From cupboards, to countertops, to flooring, and Stan was there to guide us with our design decisions. Stan not only had the patience of a saint, but was kind, and extremely helpful during the design phase of the project. We live in Michigan and once the demo and renovation started, Victor was on the job! He was in contact with us during the construction phase either by text or Facetime. He responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. Victor was trustworthy, organized, and always reliable. He was an amazing project manager with an attention to detail. Like Stan, he was also patient and kind and super easy to work with. We had our big reveal of the condo a couple of weeks ago. WOW! It exceeded our expectations – simply gorgeous, stylish, and high-end. Any small changes we asked for were immediately taken care of within a couple of days. We are extremely happy with the final result. We want to give a HUGE thank you to Royal Remodeling, Stan, and Victor for an amazing, stress-free experience and a job well done!

Royal Remodeling Review Having a major remodel done in Florida while located in Michigan is a challenge. From the very start, we had a good feeling about Royal Remodeling & Design and their attention to detail. Stan had great ideas to maximize our space – there was no need for an expensive designer. He defined the project deliverables in great detail and offered high-quality choices for cabinets, counter-tops, knobs and pulls. We were extending our tile floor from Portugal, and he was able to acquire the needed tile, making sure we were aware of the minor differences in the tile, which was from a new lot! Communication was outstanding throughout the project via cell phone, Facetime, and email. Our questions were always answered within a few hours or less. We had a couple of minor problems that were resolved in a prompt, very professional manner. Our condo manager was impressed with their work and how they cleaned up at the end of each day. Royal Remodeling & Design, Stan and Viktor get a 5-star rating from us – we would recommend them to anyone, especially friends and family!

We can't say enough good things about Royal Remodeling & Design! From the moment we met with Stan, we knew we found the right contractor for our whole house remodeling job. Stan listened carefully as we walked through our ideas, and recommended a design for the kitchen that we hadn't even thought of. He presented it that day on his computer and we loved it! We then met with him in his downtown Sarasota showroom to review the final design and detailed proposal, and start the process of picking out cabinets, countertops and flooring. Stan was again helpful in guiding us through our design decisions and understood exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a wood look tile floor for the majority of the house and went with his recommendation. It is absolutely gorgeous and we truly appreciate his patience while we came to this decision! We were particularly impressed with the project manager, Vik, and the subcontractors they use. They are reliable, polite, and hardworking individuals, and each brings a unique skill set that complements the others. We lived an hour away and were not onsite. Vik kept in touch with us via Facetime or Text, and responded promptly to any questions or comments we had. He has an amazing eye for detail and was wonderful to work with. We are so very pleased with our gorgeous home. Our sincere thanks goes out to Stan, Vik and the entire Royal Remodeling & Design team for transforming our new home into something more than we could have hoped for!! We highly recommend them for all of your remodeling needs!

From start to finish I couldn’t be more satisfied. It started with an on-site visit and walk thru to obtain an understanding of what I wanted which essentially boiled down to gutting the house and starting all over again. Next was a visit to the showroom. Ready for me was floor plans depicting how each room would look. A wide variety of countertops, tiles, flooring, etc was available for me to choose. I was given a start date and a completion date and the project went as planned. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and fireplace installation built in to a beautiful stone wall. All the workers were excellent and professional. Each worker, at completion of each day, cleaned up before they left. They were polite, understanding and a pleasure to work with. When the job was completed the house looked just as I wanted it to look. I changed my mind a few times and they were more than accommodating. When the job was done I was sad to say goodbye. They felt like family to me I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Price was reasonable and lower than other contractors I met with. Stan and Viktor are very helpful and knowledgeable.

As new residents to Sarasota we were at a loss as to who to engage for the renovation of our 1979 condo. Based on the extent of online positive feedback for Royal Remodeling & Design we gave them a call. Every step of the process, from initial consultation to final touch-ups, was handled with professionalism, courtesy and a smile-even after we had requested several design changes along the way. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Our thanks to Stan, Vic, Rus and Andrey for their roles in our home improvements! Initially our plan was to spend a little more than half the year in Florida, but the first phase of the renovation, involving the kitchen, laundry room and door upgrades, has transformed our condo to such an extent that we have decided to remain in the Sunshine State for most of the year. I cannot think of a higher compliment to pay this company than to say it has truly made this the home we have dreamed about, and we look forward to what will be done for the rest of our place! Lewis and Sandi R

We highly recommend Royal Remodeling and Design! We trusted Royal Remodeling with the complete renovation of our Siesta Key condominium and they did not disappoint. Stan and Victor are an amazing team and they are by far the best contractors we have ever worked with. The first time we met Stan, he impressed us with his grasp of our project. He immediately sat down with us and designed a plan on his computer. He was intuitive and recommended helpful design ideas and by the end of his visit, we had a great start to our project. Over the past few years we have been wanting to renovate our outdated 1970’s bathrooms and add a laundry area to our Lido Beach condo. We were at a loss on where to begin and how to find an excellent contractor that can help us remodel it. Upon talking to our neighbors having a complete renovation done to their condo by Royal Remodeling & Design, we heard rave reviews of their work. So, we had decided to check them out for our work to be done. One of the best decisions we have ever made! We met with Stan from Royal Remodeling & Design at their downtown Sarasota office/showroom on Main St. to discuss our project. He walked us through with 3D design, products, detailed proposal and construction phase, including timelines. Since Royal Remodeling & Design has their own display room of cabinetry, flooring, countertops and much more, a lot of time was saved from visiting various private standalone home remodeling vendors. When project started we were unable to be onsite during the construction phase, but we allowed Royal Remodeling & Design to start work on our condo, with project manager Vik to do all work unattended by us. Constant communication with Stan and Vik was done by phone calls, texting and FaceTime. All worked out very well. Whenever Vik had a construction question or preference we wanted, he contacted us immediately. When we came back we experienced the grand reveal, much like an HGTV reality home renovation show. The results from renovations on our condo on Lido Beach were beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with the outcome, everything is perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design for any home remodeling projects

We bought a condo on Lido Beach which needed a complete renovation. I contacted several Sarasota contractors, one of them was Stan from Royal Remolding & Design. Stan had giving me the names of two recent renovations that they had completed. I had contacted them and they highly recommended Royal Remolding & Design. I decided to go with Royal Remolding & Design because they are very professional and we loved their ideas, design and detailed proposal. It was a great experience from start to finish. We live up North and communication was a key and it was the first contractor that I worked with that responded via text immediately. The condo came out like a dream come true. I couldn’t recommend them more highly to do any remodel that you need.

I found Royal Remodeling and Design through Yelp, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the end result, the management team and installers. Stan communicated throughout the process, even offered suggestions for other aspects of my remodel. End result, I have a gorgeous kitchen. Highly recommend Royal Remodeling and Design!

After looking through reviews and checking contractors with the BBB, I contacted Royal Remodeling & Design to look at my whole house renovation project. Stan who is one of the owners, impressed me on day one. He arrived at the house with pencil pad and tape measure. He was upfront about the lack of immediate appointments. That didn’t surprise us because we knew that his company is in high demand. I really needed the place to be gutted. We needed new cabinets, porcelain tile floors, and totally remodeled the kitchen and bath. I was nervous about such a huge undertaking. Stan walked me through the process, assured us that they provide a dustless demolition, and that he and Vik (other owner) would take care of all of the details, keeping me in loop every step of the way. Everything was done in steps and was completely organized. We met with Stan at their showroom downtown Sarasota. That’s where we put the whole design together. Installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and I. This is now the forever home that we wanted. We would highly recommend Royal Remodeling and Design for all your remodeling needs.

My husband and I wanted to update our master bathroom and replace our wood floors with porcelain tile wood planks for some time and began searching online for a reputable remodeling firm. One group stood out over and over again - Royal Remodeling & Design. At our first appointment, we enjoyed meeting Stan at their downtown Sarasota showroom location where we were able to see for ourselves the many styles of tiles, flooring and cabinetry we could expect to see in our own remodel. After selecting our top choices, Stan invited us back for a second appointment where he presented us with a 3D design of our project. After seeing how our home would look with Stan’s designs, we were eager to get started. From start to finish, Stan and Vik communicated with us daily and kept us informed on the timeline and what to expect. We really didn’t have any major surprises along the way aside from minor delays caused by COVID related shortages. We were also so pleased with the many subcontractors we met throughout the project. Our tile “genius” Andre was such a perfectionist. Our new floors and our master bathroom shower and floors are truly a work of art. The demolition team, painters, drywall repair team, plumbers, electricians were all top notch, pleasant and courteous. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design for all your remodeling needs.

We are very happy with the work done by Royal Remodeling & Design. They touched every surface of our dated 40+ year old 2 bed 2 bath condo. Stan and Victor were easy to work with and offered countless ideas on design and installation. The materials and workmanship were top notch. We were mostly back north during the process and received daily updates with photos and FaceTime consultations. Despite issues with permitting and access to or building do to COVID, the job was completed in a timely manner and on budget. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling and have already done so with friends and family.

We had been researching and looking for a Sarasota Kitchen Remodeling contractor for what felt like many years. Contractor after contractor came in and gave us quotes from all over the map, but none of them felt right. I was referred to Royal Remodeling and Design by a friend and I knew from the first call with Stan that we were going to have a wonderful experience. Our initial phone conversation was a very successful phone call wherein I addressed all of my issues I have had with previous contractors, he listened to my thoughts and was able to give me his opinions and thoughts based on his experience. It was important for me to see the actual design and with his 3-D rendering software that made it so easy to see what the kitchen remodel would look like. Stan made it easy to select our cabinet color as well as our Cambria Quartz countertops. Stan and Vik were the most professional contractors we have ever done business with. They were always on time and easy to get a hold off and it was genuinely the most positive experience we have ever had. We would absolutely recommend Royal Remodeling and Design for any future project, big or small, and we look forward to working with them on future remodeling we may have. Call them for your next remodeling project, you will not be disappointed.

We found Royal Remodeling & Design, a Sarasota contracting company, searching online. They were extraordinarily professional, responsive, friendly, trustworthy and very clean. In fact, the job site was left clean every evening. The best experience we’ve had with remodelers to date, and this is our 7th remodeling project. We can’t say enough about both the owners who were always either on the jobsite or quick to respond via email and text. We highly recommend this remodeling company.

After seeing the work done in Bonni and Richard's condo(neighbors) in Venice, Florida, we were confident that all would go well with Royal Remodeling and Design with Stan and Victor leading the charge. We left for New York in May and had no worries that our new, refurbished bathroom wouldn't be up to expectations. Stan took us every step of the way, either by phone or by FaceTime. When we finally met Stan, my wife was convinced that she had met him in person before because of the close contact and costumer service he provided this summer. The finished product, particularly the larger and brighter shower with a glass, spotless door told me I had finally entered the 21st century. Sure don't miss that sticking shower curtain. On a final note, I would like to mention that they were both quick to come over and iron out a few minor glitches that needed to be taken care of. Many contractors leave you hanging. These men are not satisfied until you are. Elayne & Roger

We found Royal Remodeling & Design by looking at reviews online. We narrowed our search to three companies and interviewed all three. We asked two to provide designs for what was essentially a whole house remodel that included kitchen and baths. We chose Royal Remodeling & Design due to their excellent design and fair price. Stan and Vic kept us informed throughout the project via FaceTime and Messaging with videos and photos, as well as consultation calls. They have very high standards and their thoughtful input made the outcome better than we first imagined. Now whenever my husband and I buy something we always ask, “Is it Royal?” We highly recommend them. 5 stars!

We are very happy with our new global chic guest bathroom. Royal Remodeling & Design collaborated with our vision to creat a space that reflected our travels around the world. They were very professional and they where a pleasure to work with. Also they were mindful that we had a deadline to meet. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design from Sarasota for all remodeling projects. Rachel W.

ROYAL REMODELING & DESIGN I had put off having a first floor shower installed in my small downtown villa for years as I dreaded the mess and disruption. However I finally had to bite the bullet, and decided to hire Royal Remodeling and Design to do the work after an in depth consultation at their Sarasota showroom and then at my home. The remodel involved knocking down the wall between my powder room and a tiny laundry room in order to squeeze in a shower without losing any of the other facilities. It was not an easy task, but Stan and Vik worked tirelessly with the measurements on their computer simulations until we all agreed that it was the best solution. They helped me with all decisions and discussed their reasons for suggesting anything with me before committing to any action, and were really great to work with. All their specialist contractors were first rate: pleasant, hardworking and totally professional and at the end of each day the area was immaculately cleaned up – which made the whole thing bearable for me! I am beyond delighted with the result, and am having a party to show the neighbors and thank the Royal Remodeling & Design team for a wonderful job! I highly recommend them.

We are extremely satisfied with the remolding job on our condo kitchen done by our contractor Royal Remodeling & Design. They were very easy to work with and we were impressed with our first visit to their showroom in downtown Sarasota. They helped us design the kitchen and their suggestions worked out fabulous. They were very flexible and creative while completing the design. They were very timely with the job completion and they completed the job while we were up North and saved us from the inconvenience. When everything was comleted we had an extreme WOW factor. Our neighbors visit regularly to get a glimpse of our spotlight kitchen. Stan and Vik went the extra mile on everything. We highly recommend Royal if you need any type of remodeling and/or design to your home or condo. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was professional, hard working and very pleasant to deal with. The workers were here when they were supposed to be, the project manager was always on site to make sure the work was going smoothly, and the workers were also very polite and clean. This was by far the best remodel we have experienced from beginning to end. They included us in every step of the process and were very helpful with the design aspect. We highly recommend using Royal Remodeling & Design. We will be using them for all out future projects.

Royal Remodeling & Design I chose Royal Remodeling & Design after meeting them at the Sarasota, Florida Home Show. I was looking to do a full kitchen remodel and replace all the flooring in my house. In our first encounter, I learned a lot about their techniques and experience including use of dustless demolition. Royal was one of three companies I received bids from for the work I needed done. When I received their bid as compared to others, a few things about them stood out: They listened to us. Their design included everything we had asked for. During the planning process for the bid, Royal made recommendations to meet my needs. They did not blindly give me what I asked for, but rather used their professional expertise to give options that would meet the need but provide more functionality or better performance. It was a good working relationship from the start. I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. Communication was excellent. While Royal was not the lowest bid, I had confidence that they had included everything and their design met our needs. I felt they would take me to my dream kitchen and house. During demolition and construction, they met our high expectations: They were there every day from start of project to end, including the project manager and most days, the designer. My family was living in the house through the whole remodel, including a 3-year old. Royal strove to make it livable for us. Everything was kept clean, the planning gave everyone a comfortable place to sleep. The work was meticulous. Personnel were true professionals and craftspeople. Royal met the schedule set up prior to start of work. Overall, I would highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Their communications skills, planning, expertise and integrity resulted in my dream kitchen and floors. Very happy with their work and plan to use in future for bathroom remodeling.

I have been selling real estate for 15 years in the area and I have seen a lot of work from different companies and Royal Remodeling & Design does top notch work for a very reasonable price, I just used them on a rental property and will be using them on future projects. Also they finished early and were ahead of schedule which never happens. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment we met with Stan and Vik, we trusted them to deliver a quality product! We trusted them so much we left the state while they did the work! Our new kitchen and flooring remodel looks gorgeous and the results exceed our expectations. The design process was a collaborative process. They utilized quality products and were always courteous and responsive to our questions. We are now contemplating a new master bath and we will not hesitate to utilize Royal Remodeling and Design. We would definitely recommend them!

When my husband and I met with Stan and Vik from Royal Remodeling & Design, we were initially very impressed with their expertise and work ethic. We hired Royal Remodeling & Design to do a complete remodel of our condo in Venice, Florida. Their creativity, thoroughness and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Their promises to stay with our project until completion where kept. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. They handled all unexpected complications with professionalism. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design.

FIVE BIG STARS to Royal Remodeling & Design. They did a FANTASTIC job on our complete condo remodel. They were helpful in design ideas, very responsive, their products are quality and their workmanship is top notch, they are super clean, finished on time & budget and best of all they were a absolute pleasure to work with. Since they completed our project while we were out of town, they kept us informed and sent text photos of progress along the way. We highly recommend Stan, Vic and the entire Royal Remodeling & Design Team!

Royal Remodel & Design was great to work with. I completely redid my master bathroom. The before and after pictures are amazing. Since I did all my own design work, I just needed someone to execute my design. Royal Remodel & Design was easy to work with and understood what I wanted to accomplish. Their tradesmen (especially Andre, their tile guy), were the best in the business. They even did extra work,(no charge), like replacing my front door knob and changing out the light fixtures into other bathrooms.) there are a few delays, but that is to be expected in a large job such as this. Anything that delayed the project was, in the end, worth waiting for. I would highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design for your next project. Marcia Voorhees

For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!
