He meticulously worked around the problems and it looks like a perfect custom design. Pricing was fair, workmanship was excellent and the finished product is top quality. “Xavier and his crew installed a custom built breakfast nook, an entertainment center and full bar. Both with mirror backs, glass shelves and mood lighting. We had originally hired an interior decorator to put our ideas on paper. I ended that relationship as she had no idea how to sketch our thoughts. In my following extensive and detailed search; I found Ninzan Studio. As a professional engineer, with an eye for detail and accuracy, I feel that I have a very good perspective of the quality provided by Ninzan Studio. The quality is second to none. Xavier and David's (finish carpenter/foreman) attention to detail was picture perfect in every way which included a white glove cleaning of all rooms that may have inadvertently seen any dust (though this was kept to an extreme minimum). Clean up was conducted daily. Xavier creates a complete project schedule and maintains project progress through it. Another nice thing is that this company really listens to what you are looking for. Graham Custer designed a small office area for me, a full desk complete with storage and shelves for my husband's "treasures", an incredible built in for our family room, and a small outdoor kitchen perfect for our limited space. My favorite is a beautiful cabinet attached to iron barn door fittings that, when closed, conceal a wall mounted tv in our eating area. We could not be more pleased with Graham's creativity and attention to detail. His work is truly beautiful and created based on all of our requests.
