RS Homes worked with us to do a complete do-over of the front exterior facade as well as 2 large extensions and a complete makeover of the interior of our home. We are very pleased with how the overall vision and aesthetic has turned out, working within the constraints of our home's existing structure and layout. Working with the RS team has been a pleasant experience and we were treated with the personal attention and courtesy one could only expect from a family run business. Because of the decision to add a large extension after the project had already been started, the renovation did run much farther over budget and time constraints than we were expecting so it is difficult to speak to that. As well, this being our first time (and hopefully only) time we have ever done a major renovation on our home, we were a little more hands-on throughout the project than we thought we would be. We are still working out some last-minute kinks but overall, we feel that our practically brand-new house is solidly and beautifully built. Thanks so much, RS Homes!

Worst builder ever to deal with . Screwed up the whole project and don’t return money . Beware and talk to me before you deal with them . I will show you what they did to our house . Started demolition without permit and screwed up the whole house . His framers are handy man and used screws to do farming . Deliberately demolished and destroyed wiring , plumbing and insulation to make more money for them . I am taking them to court . Not only unprofessional but rude and arrogant as well . Will load pictures for their work . Will never finish your work and have the worst team actually he has no team and collects people from here and there .

I bought an old house in the summer of 2018 with the intention of gutting it and having it rebuilt. I started looking for a company that I could entrust with the extensive renovation requirements back in June 2018. I meet with a large number of companies but ultimately decided on RS Homes upon meeting with Ramtin Sotoadeh (owner). He genuinely seemed to care about putting my best interest at heart. His company had also done a large number of homes around my area and I felt comforted knowing they were experienced with the zoning requirements in my area. Ramsin Sotoadeh (brother of the owner), the project manager on my house, also went out of his way to provide additional information to my bankers in order to get my financing approved. I love how this is a family run business and how the owners take pride in the jobs they work on. Everyone that I have dealt with at RS Homes has been highly professional, prompt in responding to my queries and highly competent. Although, the renovations are still underway and is not expected to be completed for another 8 months I have been very happy with the service provided to date and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done on their home. I will be adding additional reviews and comments as the project progresses.

Making the decision to build your first home can be scary. After extensive research we chose RS Homes for their flexibility and they were within our budget. RS Homes worked very closely with us to customize our home to meet our needs.They were available at all times to answer our questions or deal with our concerns promptly. Great experience with very knowledgeable company. Did a wonderful job updating the exterior of our 1980's home to reflect current architectural style of today's homes.
