Our work is guided by our commitment and passion for site-responsive design. Our projects are developed through careful consideration of place and practice that relies on Lindal’s 7 decades of prefab experience, unmatched materials, and our dedication to sustainable passive design principles. We believe that better, faster, sustainable, and financially predictable projects are possible. With Sakshi's help, we are now living in an incredibly beautiful unique Puget Sound waterfront home. This project presented with numerous challenges related to restrictions imposed in permitting, limitations of the existing structure, site access and probably most of all, my expectations. Sakshi always took time to listen and understand my vision for the project and at the same time was very good in helping me manage my ideas. With any project, there are changes and frustrations in the course of construction that at times seem overwhelming but Sakshi was on top of it, attending on site, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, keeping the project moving forward. Even more than her skills as an architect and project manager, it was Sakshi's designer eye and sense that gave us the home I was dreaming of. Thank You Sakshi.

From the onset my concerns were reducing the size of an existing design to accommodate the footprint of my location the results were both timely and exceeded my expectations her constant oversight of the project continually reflected her professionalism and knowledge knowledge I had little awareness of but certainly learned to appreciate and completely rely I would unequivocally recommend her to spearhead an analogous project to any and all use my name at will I couldn’t be more pleased with her efforts on my behalf

Sakshi was such a find! She helped up do a major renovation to our home in Miami, Florida. Her knowledge and passion for work were present during every interaction. I had a much better experience than I had expected majorly as she always kept up in constant loop and positively motivated!. She always had some solution to any issues that popped up. And if you have built a home before, you know that happens. Our communication was always very good, and we had detailed discussion of pros and cons before any decision we made. Her attention to detail was crucial in finishing my house; not only was she able to organize and coordinate with everyone's schedules, but she had the foresight to anticipate what would come up next. Sakshi cares so much about the quality of her work, I can't imagine having a better experience with anyone else.

The decision to remodel also came with a whirlwind of stress. There was so much I wanted to incorporate and with the sea of choices for everything, I had a million whims I wanted to fulfil. Sakshi was the best person I could have found to help me with each step. Not only is she great at what she does, she has the patience to listen to exactly what you want (including x number of times you suddenly change your mind about something you wanted dearly a day ago) and the foresight to work with the information you give her and her excellent knowledge of design and architecture. I am so happy with the way everything has turned out, especially the windows and flooring for which I had an almost two hour long conversation with Sakshi. I would also like to mention the continuous support that she provided once the contractors stepped in. Regular checks and visits to ensure everything was done right and on time were a plus.

Sakshi designed our family home in the hills of the Himachal, India. This was a challenging project for many reasons, restricted-steep access to the Building Site, many people involved in the process( this is a home for a family of 8)Seismic concerns,heavy snow and the intention to make the most of the views of the mountains. Through out the entire process, Sakshi was accommodating to our needs, knowledgeable about best material choices that will work for specifically for our family,encouraging and sharing her expertise in the most collaborative way. Her constant communication with us, especially explaining why behind the various design and engineering decisions kept us at peace. 14 months of work later we moved into our home and are beyond happy, it was every thing we hoped for, great views, great flow of people and planned based on principles of Vastu ( Also very important to us) We will definitely recommend her to any one who is looking for custom home design!

My Lindal home is more than I expected. They helped me modify the plans for my lifestyle and then delivered all the materials to build the house. It was quality wood and more than enough to do the job. I was then able to act as the contractor to have it assembled. That saved me a lot of money. I've been happy with the construction for 25 years. If you want a quality cedar home you can't go wrong with Lindal.

Sakshi was great to work with. She arrived early to meetings, coordinated everyone's schedules, and even though this was a relatively small project keep it on track and under budget. She brings a lot to the table with her creativity and knowledge of the building industry. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking at building anything from a small renovation to new construction. Great job Sakshi!!!
