Oakenshield Kitchens was an absolute delight to work with on my kitchen renovation. I had a massive kitchen flood that required my full cabinets, floor, and appliances to be changed. Thorin (owner) came and measured out the areas, spoke to me and my wife about what would be best for our space and designed a kitchen for us. Not only did he not try to upsell or coerce me to going out of my budget, but he did work to find the right color, price, style, and aesthetic we were seeking. I am so in love with our kitchen that Thorin designed for our new home. I asked to be pushed out of my comfort zone and the end result is perfect! Thorin was responsive and followed through on every detail. He came to the site several times to make sure everything was ready before ordering and before installation. He took care of any issues and I am thrilled with the end result!

Oakenshield Kitchens did a great job with our counter tops and cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen. After using these spaces for a few months, we are very pleased. Thorin gave us professional guidance sifting through the many choices of materials, coming in the end to what works well for us, at a price point suited to our project. Take it from me and save yourself the hassle of running around -- I was previously working with an interior designer and then visited and spoke with many different home design centers and cabinet sales people. Thorin at Oakenshield is bar none the best in the region. He brings together deep kitchen layout expertise with a sharp design eye, and has offerings across all styles and price points. He talked me out of what I came realize was a very ill-conceived layout that came from a previous designer (so cramped!!) and which 4 other cabinet companies I spoke with didn't question because they were just focused on making the sale. In contrast, Thorin took the time to examine the space and think carefully and creatively about what was possible. I appreciated that he could see beyond what I was saying that I wanted to actually deliver a kitchen that was far better than what I could have imagined. Because of his skillful support, my kitchen feels airy, spacious and modern, and with a ton of useful storage space. All of this at a fair price and with very high quality. I couldn't recommend Oakenshield Kitchens more highly!

Thorin at Oakenshield Kitchens was amazing to work with. He's super knowledgeable and really took the time to work with us on our kitchen renovation. He was always available for questions, very communicative and delivered on everything we requested. We wanted to pack a lot into a small space and Thorin did a fantastic job working and reworking the layout to get us everything we wanted. We were so impressed with the layout he landed on, and couldn't be happier with the results. We also loved that Oakenshield was a one stop shop for everything we needed. We got all cabinetry, flooring, countertops and hardware through them and are so happy with the quality and more importantly the price. 10/10 recommend!

I was recommended to Oakenshield kitchen by another contractor that was doing work on my house. My plan was to completely remodel my kitchen. I got a quote from another local kitchen designer to remodel my kitchen. Oakenshield came in slightly under the competitor in terms of price and gave me much nicer cabinets than the competitors offering. I gave Thorin a call and he came down to my house and measured everything. He asked us basic questions on the general layout of how we wanted the kitchen. A few days later we setup an appointment to visit his showroom. During this appointment we were able to pick out the cabinets, flooring, counter top and hardware. He was in constant communication with us and kept us up to date with any deliveries. After another contractor came in to install the cabinets he setup an appointment for the counter top guys to come out and make a template. A few days later they came back to install the counters. During the whole process, I had two minor issues neither of which was Oakenshields fault. It was actually the manufacturer fault. Thorin addressed both issues with the manufacturer and made sure we were happy. All in all, I got a gorgeous kitchen for a fair price from a guy who was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Oakenshield kitchen for any of your kitchen remodeling needs.
