She handled all the windows in my home as well as my summer home. With each home having its own distinct decorating style, Nancy was able to deliver beautiful blinds and window treatments in each that fit each homes unique style perfectly!! I am never disappointed in their work. The professionalism of the company is top notch. “Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”
