IT WAS MEANT TO BE- I met Scot and his family watching Hockey playoffs in Chicago. We hit it off so well even though we were rooting for different teams. When my wife and I discovered that he was from San Diego, and he owned 3 Blind Mice, we knew we were destined to have him and his company help us with window coverings in our home. Right from the start we were blown away. Scot sent O'D McKewan to our house for our initial consult. O'D knew EVERYTHING about blinds, motors, awnings, shutters, draperies…everything. There was no product they did not carry. We started off doing just the side of the house that faced the sun, but we were so impressed with O'D, and his knowledge of the products that we did the whole house and two sun shades on our patio cover. These are all motorized shades, and O'D is a master of I.T. and networking. He came out 2 or 3 times to make sure the measurements and colors were just what we wanted, and he did the install personally. David Alexander, the Project Manager made the scheduling quick and easy. We can now control any blind or shade from our smart phone from anywhere in the world! Yeah, its Rad… I have worked with many contractors in my life, and I would give 3 Blind Mice a 6 Star rating. We recently had all the window treatments in our new home updated from 1990s vertical blinds to horizontal blinds. Additionally, I added a cornice in my home office. Going into the consultation with Jenny Tucker, I was uncertain about what options we had and what would work best for the look we wanted as well as our budget (we had 22 windows to update). Jenny made the process INCREDIBLY easy and pleasant. In a matter of minutes Jenny guided me through my options (blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, cornices, etc.) Her understanding of the products and price points is excellent, and we were able to narrow my selection to blinds nearly immediately. A few short minutes after that we had confirmed color, corded vs cordless, wand side, and wand length. I asked a lot of questions which Jenny addressed with confidence and professionalism. It was clear to me she was not just in it for the sale--she wanted us to be delighted with our purchase. Mario completed the measuring and installation process, and I was very happy with his acumen and friendly demeanor. The mess was limited and very short-term, and the result is absolutely fantastic. This was the fastest and easiest decorating decision made for our home, and we could not be more pleased! And did I mention the customer service crew and Jenny worked hard to get my initial consultation scheduled right away? I can not recommend 3 Blind Mice and Jenny Tucker highly enough!
