Scot Buccina is a 30-year Master Sculptor, specializing in stone sculpture, including Onyx, Calcite, various Marbles, Alabaster, and mixed media (stone-wood, stone-glass) for home, office, yacht, gallery, and other installations. Active, available collections may be found on my website, and I design and commission sculpture to meet the particular needs and desires of clients (including working through interior designers). I have a large, 30 year dolphin collection in my home and rarely see something new across the country. Scot Buccina's onyx piece immediately caught my attention at the 2017 Amelia island show. The color and texture are extraordinary. He has somehow managed to merge the dolphin's natural joyful expression with a master-of-the-sea confidence that fits the pedestal wave perfectly. Scot was completely professional in our conversation. Highly recommend!

We met Scot at the Boca Raton Art Festival last week and were very impressed with his work. He creates beautiful sculptures out of stone and makes them even more desirable by explaining the process he has developed. We purchased a large butterfly sculpture and a smaller fish and he was very kind in bringing it to our home and setting it up for us. They are beautiful additions to our collection. We look forward to seeing Scot at future events as he is both a gifted artist and a very nice person.

Besides being a really nice fellow, Scot is a great artist. I have seen many of his pieces over the years and have several favorites, including some adorning my own home. He is truly the quintessential sculptor whacking away at huge blocks of raw stone with a hammer and chisel until a fine piece of art emerges. No skipping steps or cutting corners.
