Many will tell you that looking for a builder online is the quickest way to get burned. We are happy to report that after finding David on Houzz, that was not true in our case. In fact - we feel that we found the BEST builder here on Houzz and would rate him 10 out 10 if that was an option. He was with us in every step of the way, from meeting with us to find land, to picking out door knobs - he never let us feel overwhelmed and was always there to answers our questions. David is someone who will listen to you and will help you achieve your vision. We built during a time of high costs and scarce materials. Yet we never dealt with major delays on things that would hold up the schedule and he did his best to keep our costs down as much as he could. He promised that we would be in by Christmas, and held true to his word - We moved in with time to spare and get a few decorations up. Building a home is one of the most stressful things that you can go through, and we can honestly say having David with New Rosslyn Construction guiding us through this process, was the best we could have asked for. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to build a home. Thank you for building our forever dream home,

We worked with David and his team for a kitchen, garage conversion to breakfast/laundry room/office along with a butler's pantry. Since David has been a builder himself, he had a great perspective on how all aspects work together. His subs respect him and like him so the rhythm of the project is very transparent and communicative. I highly recommend him. He also speaks Spanish - and that helps.

David Sinclair did a large scale remodeling on our house which is on acreage. We added a vaulted master suite, half bath and gutted most of the existing house. We enjoyed working with him due to the fact that he tracked the costs, had very good subcontractors, and understood our visions for the remodel.
