Structures completed our home in June 2018. We finished on time and within our agreed budget. We were living out of town during the build but the daily/weekly communications and pictures kept us well informed and up to date. Our design team added great style and experience to our vision. Everyone who visits our home comments on the clean lines and impressive trim work. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Most of all, we now consider the Structures team as friends forever.

Since the day I decided to partner with Structures, (the day I first sat down with the staff heads, in fact), I knew this was the company I wanted to oversee and coordinate my building project. My team literally took the reins on the entire project from site evaluation, hiring subs, keeping work crews on schedule, making sure I was never taken advantage of to calming me when I panicked and helping me make the tough decisions. Katherine Elliott has been my patient, trustworthy, and talented finish designer helping me make even the tiniest choice in a world of options. With her keen eye and focus, she led this reluctant decision maker in creating a beautiful design. Michael Hayes has gone above and beyond his duties overseeing every aspect of the construction process. Thanks to his experience and insistence on top-notch workmanship, I know I have a well built home that will be passed down for generations. I can't thank the entire Structures family including Steve, Chris, Deb, and Sara enough for what they have done for me. In the end, they've created a place for me to finally call home.

We are very happy with our beautiful new home. SBC worked closely with us to address all our needs and wishes. From positioning the house on the site to maximize our views, modifying the plans to meet our desires, to helping with all our interior and exterior design choices, the SBC team was great to work with from start to finish. They really listened to what we wanted. I am a perfectionist regarding fit and trim, and so is SBC. All choices and costs were clearly stated at the beginning of the project.
