Chris Powell , designer and owner of Studio One 133, is a talented professional. We had a wonderful experience in building our home. Chris was involved from the inception with the architect in helping to design the details of the interior spaces. He was timely in his interior drawings and always pleasant and available to work with. He readily consulted on any concerns or problems during the building process. Chris played a vital part in choosing finishes of the wood work and paint colors. He provided opportunity for me to exercise my personal tastes in furniture, fabrics, and window coverings. Then, at my request, put them all together in a beautiful, original, and creative end product. The result is a home that is gorgeous, inviting , and very comfortable. The totally process with Chris and his team was stress free and enjoyable.

Studio 133 is great to work with. From design to completion, Chris has a high level of attention to detail and understands the construction process very well. This is key to addressing construction issues in the field. It is also key to have clear communication throughout the project team and Chris does just that. He has an eye for great design and a wide range of ideas and solutions to fit any budget.

Chris was totally involved in starting and finishing this high end new home in Aspen. His decisions and choices were completely involved in all facets of this project. Without him it never would have happened. He worked with our architects, design team, and construction people to achieve the finished product. This home sold for over 15M. Chris has worked on 4 other projects in Aspen with us since 2000. He led the team on design on all but the first one in 2000.
