Great Deck "Facelift"!! I didn't want to rebuild my deck--just wanted it sanded, stained and refinished but nobody was remotely interested in what they perceived as a "small job", except the guys from Superior Finish who could easily have dismissed me also. Instead, they seemed to understand my predicament and agreed to come out and inspect the deck. While I was relieved at this, I was cognizant of the fact that they may turn me down and was prepared. However, they were totally honest with me about what they could do, the limitations and uncertainty of when they could do it and then sent a reasonable estimate. They didn't have to keep communicating with me while waiting on the weather to be amenable, but they did and that made a huge difference. That early relationship between client & contractor is vital and their transparency and honesty cemented what I hope will be a continuous relationship. They did a fantastic job, even suggested putting up a gate which looks awesome. Thank you, guys!

TOP NOTCH! Terry, Tony and their crew exceeded our expectations with timeline, value and quality! We had four rooms and a basement fully repainted along with a few minor repairs in the kitchen & bath. The team completed the project in record time with superior quality, attention to detail and tidied up at the end of every day, causing no disruptions to the household. Terry and Tony did unbelievable work in our house. They did an amazing job painting and fixing things throughout our house. They cleaned up every night and you wouldnt even know they were there. I will use their services again and recommend you do as well!

If I could sum up my family's experience with Superior Finish Contracting, it will be "High Standards all the way through!". Tony & Terry are the dream team. These are lovely gentlemen who knows their trades and are very professional. They listen to what we need/want and they give us options. Let me just share a few things that impressed us, really- DETAILS matter! 1. Electrical- they made sure that we pass inspection and that we hold a certificate(we have our own electrical panel in the basement). 2.Vents-Tony made sure that the vents' positions are maximized (he made sure when walls & ceilings are built, that the vents are still optimized and not covered). 3.Windows- Terry made sure that they will look absolutely beautiful that we took time to make adjustments before he painted them. 4.Doors-they made sure that the doors open to optimize space and create a better flow/transition. 5.Baseboards used are above the standard heights (compared to what we currently have)- these made my walls "pop". 6.Shiplap(Fireplace)-the installation is absolutely stunning that it enhanced the ambience of our basement. 7.Bathroom- Tile/grout are elegant and the fixtures are perfectly positioned and installed. 8.CO2/fire detectors- they replaced my old ones with new ones. 9.Shows up on time and sticks to the schedule. They clean up. 10.They communicate very well and you know what to expect. Overall, my basement looks like it's from a magazine! Looking forward to another project with them!

Another awesome Reno completed by Superior Finish Contracting. Apartment bathroom completely replaced. Tub removed and new shower installed, new toilet, vanity. Always a pleasure to work with Terry and Tony. They also sealed our driveway and did a fantastic job.

I recently had a shed built in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the project. Throughout the construction process, the job site was kept impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. Working with Terry was a fantastic experience. He made revisions to our original design that significantly improved both the look and functionality of the shed. His suggestions were spot-on and showcased his expertise and commitment to delivering the best possible outcome. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The team was responsive, professional, and consistently kept me informed of the progress. Their workmanship is truly top-notch, and I highly recommend them for any construction project.

I recently added a sunroom to the back of my home. The interior had to be finished, so I hired Terry and Tony . They painted the brick wall, laid luxury vinyl plank flooring, hung a large shelf and installed an old mantle. They do impeccable work, always on time and never vary from the original estimate-- no last minute surprises! They are always willing to explain any questions I had and finished everything to perfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a home project. It will certainly be done right!

We hired Superior Finish Contracting to finish our basement (finish basement flooring and washroom, paint basement, finish fireplace, install baseboards, trim and doors). We really appreciated their professionalism and work ethic. Tony and Terry care about the work they do and they ensure that it is of the highest quality. In addition, they worked alongside us as a team and kept us informed about current styles and trends of home renovation. Overall, they did an excellent job and my family has truly enjoyed spending time in our new space. Tony and Terry at Superior Finish Contracting are class acts all the way. If you want your home done on-time, on-budget, with open and honest communication every step of the way then you need to go with them. We had our entire main floor renovated with them as well as the whole basement done. When I tell you the level of craftsmanship and professionalism they brought to the table is unmatched I mean it. The entire process started on January 1st and I had my stunning new home back to normal working order by mid March. They were so efficient, had the best team, and I always knew at the end of the day what had been done and what they would be working on the next day. These guys are honest, hardworking, family men who know how to keep a lady like me feel at ease during a major major life project. Not only did they have the best skills and eye for detail, they truly care about what you want, make sure that the purpose and function of things aligns with what you are after, and go above and beyond to fix little things they don’t have to (like a stiff door, or off level door frame) without even mentioning it or charging. We lived in the house through the renovation so the cleanliness of the site was so appreciated - they cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of every night ensuring no one would get hurt and minimal dust. Their team felt like it became part of our family, they loved to see our kiddo when he got home at the end of the day, they loved our dog and always made sure to greet, play with and share a treat (sometimes even a lunch with him lol!) I worked from home during the entire renovation and they were so accommodating and courteous at every encounter. These are the guys you want to do a renovation with. In my opinion, there are no other options. Just as I said, a class act all the way through. Smart, on time, efficient, honest, just really really good humans that do great work. If I ever decide to have anything done again, they will be my only phone call.

Extremely pleased with our experience using this company. The job was completed ahead of time and on budget. The trades people they used were extremely skilled resulting in excellent results. The communication provided by Tony and his team was outstanding. The finished project was well above our expectations, I would highly recommend this company.

It's hard to describe how good a team is but here I go. We were looking for quotes to do our renovation and the only one that came, look at the house and gave real recommendations, a fast estimate and a down to earth price was Terry, a lot of other people just sent us quotes over the phone and a few even said that anything less than 120k was not worth their time. Terry and his crew came every day at the time they said they'll come, their attention to detail, experience and speed are unmatched, it is very easy to find horror stories about contractors but I don't have a single bad thing to say about them, we have the house we wanted and we'll be forever grateful (we even loved the music they played, I need that playlist ). We had our floors done, removed a wall connecting the kitchen and living room, painted, renovated the bathroom, changed the stairs, changed the electrical panel, installed pot lights and light on every room and they did all of that in less than the time they promised, can't recommend them enough, so many people and they all worked like one.
