ADU Contractors Near Kitchener

“We completed a full kitchen renovation with Havenridge Build in November and December 2025, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial planning stages through to project completion, their team exceeded our expectations in workmanship, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our renovation was extensive, including removing a load-bearing wall, installing a structural beam, and taking the kitchen right back to the studs. Because our home was built in 1914, we knew there would likely be surprises along the way. Havenridge was exceptional at adapting to the unique challenges of an older home, working collaboratively with us to find practical solutions while ensuring everything was done properly and to a high standard. From the start, they provided a detailed quote and project timeline, and we were incredibly impressed by how closely they stayed on schedule. On the rare occasions that something shifted, they communicated proactively, kept us informed, and adjusted other aspects of the project to ensure the overall completion date remained on track. One of the things that impressed us most was the quality of the subcontractors they brought into the project. Every trade was professional, respectful, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. It was clear that Havenridge has built strong relationships with trusted partners who share the same commitment to quality workmanship and customer service. Having confidence in every person who entered our home made a significant difference throughout the renovation process. What truly set Havenridge Build apart was the genuine care they brought to the project. They took pride in their work, built strong relationships with us throughout the renovation, and consistently treated our home as if it were their own. We would highly recommend Havenridge Build and their team to anyone looking for a reliable local contractor who values craftsmanship, communication, and customer relationships. The quality of work was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire process was far less stressful than we ever expected. We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen and are grateful to the entire Havenridge Build team and their trade partners for bringing our vision to life.”

“I recently had work done by RBD Contracting for a basement renovation after a flood, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. Their team was incredibly punctual, efficient, tidy, and professional, but what really stood out was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project — they were always available to chat, quick to respond, and proactive in keeping me updated. They also took the lead in coordinating with other contractors, which kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. On top of their professionalism, they were genuinely friendly and easy to work with, which made a stressful situation feel manageable. The finished work looks fantastic, and I’m thrilled with the results. I highly recommend RBD Contracting to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality work. I’m already planning to hire them again for future projects!”
