We absolutely love our new kitchen! From start to finish Sutcliffe exceeded expectations by providing top-class service and an amazing product. Miranda designed a perfect kitchen for the space we wanted to use. After speaking with us and measuring the old house, Miranda connected with our vision for a new kitchen and made it even better. Kevin and his team of installers came with a smile and used all their skill and workmanship to fit everything with the un-even walls and floor. We highly recommend Sutcliffe.

All I can say is WOW! Our kitchen is gorgeous, modern and functional! Sutcliffe Kitchens did a fabulous job. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good quality state-of-the-art kitchen in their home!

We recently had a complete kitchen renovation done by Sutcliffe Kitchens and the experience was positive from beginning to end. Everyone was who was a part of the process was professional, highly skilled and pleasant. Kevin and Lisa were available if we had questions or needed input with decisions. Kevin kept us in the loop with regard to when jobs would be done and by whom. Sean was exacting in installing the cabinets, jake, Tim, Derek and many more were all great. We love the finished space it is beautiful and functional. We would gladly work with this group of professionals again...and in fact plan to!

We had our quartz countertops put in. It was a hard kitchen to do with a butlers pantry and the way the size of the sink but they made it work! Great finished product !

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with the Sutcliffe team. Our designer, Kim Larion Little was absolutely brilliant in her ability to take an awkward space and make it both beautiful and functional. Through-out the design and build process we always felt in the loop and our wishes well translated into function. The process was smooth and problems were managed quickly and resolved to our complete satisfaction. There will always be problems in a project of this magnitude but it is a measure of how well the professionals work as to how they are resolved. Kevin and his crew are top notch. After downsizing from a custom built home with a large modern kitchen we were faced with a very dated small kitchen that did not work Kim was able to come up with a great design for us dramatically increasing our storage and counter top space. Kevin and his crew did a great job in removing the old kitchen along with appliances and installed our new kitchen and appliances - the work was on schedule and handled very professionally -we would have no hesitation in recommending Sutcliffe Kitchens for similar projects

We were very pleased with the final kitchen design, product quality and excellent installation we received with Sutcliffe. After many meetings and discussions with Kim, we finalized our design and selected our cabinets and finishes all of which resulted in a kitchen that we are very happy with and one that has received many accolades from family, friends and neighbours. We were on budget and within the time frame established. This was our third kitchen reno over several years and definitely the smoothest. We have had no problem recommending Sutcliffe to many others and would definitely use them again.

We were looking to add cabinets and counter space to our small kitchen and since a complete renovation was not in our budget we opted to add to our existing cabinets. We called different places for quotes and either were told because they did not do our existing cabinets they would not provide a quote or we just did not receive a call back; however, Kevin from Sutcliffe Kitchens called us back the same day and we set up an appointment that was accommodating to our schedule (after 5pm). He was on time and professional throughout the appointment. We told him our ideas and what we were looking for and he came up with a fantastic design for the spacing of our cabinets. He was even able to come up with a design that fit in our microwave so it would no longer have to sit on the countertop. He made us feel as if we came first and that no matter the job size, it was important to the company. As we decided not only to have the kitchen cabinets done by Sutcliffe Kitchens but our bathroom as well, he took the time to explain options and gave us his thoughts as to what may look best in the space. Kevin took the time to get to know us throughout the process and if we had any questions we would just call or email and we would receive a prompt reply. When the cabinets were installed, Kevin was on time and efficient. It only took him a day to install all the cabinets and the craftsmanship of the cabinets is excellent. You cannot tell that the kitchen cabinets were installed at two different times that is how close Kevin was able to match the new to our existing. We are both extremely happy with how the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinet turned out and we would definitely recommend Kevin and Sutcliffe Kitchens to our friends and family.
