Just finished a major repair and renovation following a leak from upstairs. I waited for Bill to be available to do the work because I was so satisfied with the kitchen renovation he had done three years earlier. Excellent team, on time and on budget.

They do excellent very high quality work, and provide strong design assistance and advice. They work at high intensity, sometimes we had several crews working at the same time.

When I first met Beth, she said we're expensive but we're really good. She was right on both counts. We are truly delighted with the final result of our renovation. The issues that stand out for me are communication, collaboration and execution. Even during the "rough spots", we were able to speak to each other clearly and respectfully. I found that when there were design questions, they frequently came up with really good ideas. I look around at the final product and say to myself, thanks guys, good ideas. Also, the craftsmanship with which the work was done was consistently excellent. I have done several renovations and this was the best. HIGHLY recommended.

They are very experienced and reliable. This is a high quality establishment with an owner who has a broad knowledge and history of construction.

Beth at Atmosphere Kitchen was a real pro, figuring out how were could do our remodel in the most efficient and inexpensive way. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

My wife and I worked with Beth Forer (designer extraordinaire!) of Atmosphere Kitchen and Bath to design our kitchen and living room recently. My wife and I are nice people (I hope), but had a very particular vision for the kitchen, care deeply about details, and are slow decision makers - in other words, we are not easy clients. Beth was simply fabulous. She is incredibly generative - she gave us idea after idea to consider. She's creative, fun, easy to work with, and has great taste. She has been patient with us - which I know is not easy - and always came to our design sessions with new, creative ideas. She's very knowledgeable about what works and what doesn't, has a good eye for pricing. This project could have gone sideways numerous times, and Beth kept us on track. We are incredibly grateful for her patience, good cheer, diligent effort, creative mind, and good taste. Thank you, Beth! Once things settle down, we want you to come for dinner!

We had a great experience with Atmosphere. What project could be more difficult than replacing an existing contractor who already completed the job, although not well done. Always a difficult spot. The pros at Atmosphere stepped into that hot-seat and exceeded our expectations, not just compared to the original contractor, but compared to any contractor we have ever worked with. Beth Forer was the first pro we met with and she immediately understood the task requirements. She guided us through the floor selection process and the anticipated removal and installation steps. We received good guidance and reasonable alternatives including reliable price quotes that remained that way throughout the project. Bill Cook did an incredible job with the hands on replacement work bringing in experts in the necessary skills; floor removal, solid installation, cabinetry engineering (always expect some of that), and even the cleanup and final short, very short, punch list. What I really liked was the presence of supervisors who reviewed the work before the step was completed. Not only was the final work product excellent, but done the way promised, in the time promised and at the cost promised. Highly recommend this team. Would definitely work with them again in any of those product areas described.

Beth Forer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the best options for track lighting in my very dark kitchen. Samples were beautifully displayed in Atmosphere's elegant and spacious showroom. She was a pro in coordinating with the stringent regulations of my coop for installation. When a glitch occurred, she tirelessly and promptly attended to finding a solution, always patient and as invested in getting things right as I was. This was especially remarkable, since there was no further financial reward to be gained (I had already paid in full),

I hired Atmosphere Kitchen and Bath to do a full renovation of my kitchen. My designer and project manager, Beth Forer, is a terrific designer and an excellent project manager. She was exceptional to work with – very collaborative and generous with her time, great ideas and guidance every step of the way. The Atmosphere construction team, headed by Jeff Bakshi, one of the co-owners, was also excellent. Our building manager praised them on several occasions for so carefully protecting the hallways and common areas, for abiding all Co-op rules, and for the high quality construction work. Home renovations can be disruptive but I thoroughly enjoyed co-creating my kitchen with Beth Forer and the whole Atmosphere K&B team. A year later, I’m still thoroughly enjoying the great design and the beauty of the space. Overall, I found Atmosphere K&B to be very professional, trustworthy and great to work with. Can’t recommend them more highly.

I was very pleased with my bathroom renovation…. The level of detail that Atmosphere provided impressed me….. not only are they informed on every level of the project, from door hinges to tile installation to cabinet functionality…. they were always amenable to changes if necessary. It is rare to work with a company that respects the client and absolutely knows what they are doing! As an interior decorator, I am hard to please; Atmosphere saw my vision and implemented it. I will use them again for any project in the future!

I worked with Atmosphere kitchen and baths construction company in the total renovation of a 6000 sq foot apartment. The project was difficult in that it had to be done in two stages so that the client could live in one half at a time. The experience I had was very professional, great craftsmanship, reliability, prompt replys to emails and phone calls and altogether a wonderful working relationship. I would not hesitate to recommend Atmosphere NY to any of my clients. I recently completed a large complex kitchen in Westhampton Beach as well with them. Same great experience. They get the job done!!!

Bill Cook and the team at Atmosphere Kitchen & Bath are amazing. The vision and finished project exceeded our expectations. They worked within our budget, made sensible suggestions for the kitchen and bathrooms and handled the co-op board questions flawlessly. Highly recommend them for any renovation project.
