Abeer was not only timely and expert in her execution and presentation of documents; she went the extra mile and became first the liaison and then ambassador for the project. Synthesis is currently redoing 2 of my bathrooms, including a master bath, and an addition of a laundry room/pantry at my house. The entire team at Synthesis is an absolute pleasure to work with. From concept to design to construction bidding, their communication and understanding of my needs and desires has been consummately professional and timely. It has been my experience that Synthesis projects require the detail and finish that are both challenging and rewarding to everyone involved when completed. From conception to completion Jeff and Abeer are readily available (weekends included) to answer project related questions and are receptive to input from the various trades. Abby is detail oriented and strives for perfection, her final "Punch List" will usually rival the projects initial construction schedule. Synthesis, Inc. was a pleasure to work with! They understand and anticipate the questions. This was a complete Home restoration, and renovation taken down to the studs. The front was completely changed from entry and elevator while the back kitchen-great room were moved out to the west and south. We now have a modern, up to date, home with an indoor and outdoor feel.

I purchased a home in Los Angeles without knowing who or how to renovate my rather complicated project. I interviewed several design build firms and I found Sysnthesis to be the most competent and assured in their presentation versus the competition. They have continued to impress me with their abaility to listen to my desires, while also preventing me from making some silly choices for myself in the design. I feel that I could not have made a better choice.

Abeer, Jeff and their team did an amazing job expanding and renovating our mid-century modern architectural home. The design process was a true partnership--Abeer listened to our needs and incorporated our preferences, while executing an incredible architectural vision for our home. I can not say enough about how enjoyable working with Synthesis was for me and my family. This was the fourth major home remodel I have done with three different architect/contractors at two different houses, so I definitely had a basis for comparison and this was easily the most positive experience of all. Working with Abeer, Jeff and the rest of their team was a joy from beginning to end. They were creative, practical, responsive and thoroughly professional at all stages from planning to completion and follow-up. My children and I lived in the house while it was being completely remodeled (the kitchen and all three baths were completely redone and most of the rest of the house was demolished to the studs) and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I know we must have been underfoot but no one on the job ever made us feel like we were in the way. I highly recommend this company and these people without reservation.
