“Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms. Thanks OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. and all the Yelpers helping me find this gem! Also, they do free in-home estimates so call them! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“Ours was a major redesign, replacing wall-to-wall grass with an environmentally-friendly Spanish garden look in both front and back yards. Brad and Jenn came highly recommended by a friend and were amazing to work with, full of great ideas, flexible, and had a top-notch crew. We wanted to add to the look of the house while minimizing water waste. The duo suggested an array of great-looking draught-tolerant plants, and Brad set up highly customized irrigation system that allows for independent watering of thirsty and water-sipping plants. Between the intricate CAD drawings and reference photos they provided we felt like we knew what we were in for, but it turned out even better. The ultimate compliment comes in the form of neighbors snapping cell phone shots and telling us how much they’re enjoying our new front yard. Thumbs-up for Eco!”

“We gutted a four unit apartment building. Lauri redesigned the entire building. front to back and top to bottom. All the interior details were amazing: crown, base boards, doors, windows, shelves, fire place, bathrooms, etc She was very responsive and had great ideas which we implemented. She worked well with the city, the contractor, the engineer,and the inspector as needed. She coordinated everything we needed and acted as our advocate. “We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”
