1. HOME PREVIEW
We send one of our skilled Designers to meet you onsite at a time convenient for you. Home Previews take around 1 hour. We will tour your home and obtain any necessary photos and/or measurements.
2. STAGING PROPOSAL
After we've toured your home, we'll be prepared to send a comprehensive staging proposal. Our proposals Include: Professional Design, Staging Installation, a 4-Week Furniture Rental, & Staging Removal.
3. RESERVING STAGING DATE
We reserve the Staging Date with a signed contract and deposit.
We can typically send a Staging Proposal within 48hours after your Home Preview.
To obtain your ideal Staging date it's best to reserve as soon as possible!
4. STAGING DAY
Staging Installation takes 1-2 days depending on the size of your home.
For best results we ask that the home is clean and vacant prior to our arrival.
After our team of Professional Movers and Designers complete the Installation,
your home will be ready for marketing photos!
