I can't tell you how much Bill and I love living in the perfect house that you designed. The size, the light, the function and the fact that we have two patios to follow or not follow the sun throughout the year ! It is just a joy to come home. We actually find it difficult to think of paying money to go anywhere else. Thank you Tammy.

We entered into our relationship with Frog Rock Design with a hazy, but very particular picture of what we wanted our new home to be. In addition to being energy efficient, using passive solar and green building practices, we had some very specific design ideas, but no way to translate any of it into a final plan. After interviewing several different architects, we could very easily see that the talent at Frog Rock Design spoke our language. They listened to us, understood our lifestyle, and created a remarkably unique home that exhibits creative beauty. We live in every inch of our home and don't find ourselves wishing for more space, different space, or any changes whatsoever. The passive solar design gives us a warm, bright house all winter, and the proper orientation and design allows for a cool house in the summer as well. The design was also completed within our budget, which was a big plus. Frog Rock Design created something that is not just a place to come home to for eating and sleeping at night. I find myself admiring the design every time I drive in our driveway, and I truly find pleasure in spending time in and around this home.

I am a residential contractor with a small construction company based in Bozeman, Montana. We recently completed a 4,000 sq ft house designed by Frog Rock. Frog Rock involved us in the project planning and design early in the process, and was excellent at accepting input on structural details and other construction detailing right from the start. The architect for this project, Tammy Minge, was always willing to have a conversation with both the client and the builder well before construction starts to work out the exact details of a project. As a professional it is refreshing to work with an Architect who works hard to make sure that a design incorporates client feedback and needs as opposed to simply over riding any sort of constructive suggestions. Frog Rock has a varied portfolio of past projects, and excels at taking each client's particular aesthetic and creating a workable design which expresses it. As a building construction and energy professional, I hired Frog Rock Design to design a zero net energy home for our company. I also contracted with her to modify some of our firm's existing designs. Tammy Minge provided a top notch design with careful attention to details. The design of this getaway cabin encompassed green building principles, a wonderful use of the site and a division of the house so that two families could share the space without getting in each other's way. The details in the property are magnificent, from the way natural light is manipulated, to the inlaid stripes in all of the handmade cabinet doors. An impressive piece of work!

We have worked with Tammy for several months on a family cabin replacement in Island Park, Idaho. She is a great listener, she understands what we want, and she has wonderful ideas. Although we are in the middle of the design process, we are confident that the final product will be exactly what we need.
