Charles Ross Homes are excellent. We gutted our master bathroom and they did a phenomenal job. From the first meeting at our home Tim and Keith came with a very professional proposal for our project. They gave great advice along the way. When we uncovered issues along the way they addressed them without increasing the cost. Even with weather delays they kept the project moving. Our bathroom is gorgeous and worth every penny.

Addition of large - 3 car - garage and workshop, large family room adjoining kitchen. The project was excellently designed, coordinated and managed. All workers and contractors did a very good job, were courteous and considerate and kept all work areas clean and neat.

Charles Ross Homes not only delivered the quality we expected and more, but did so within the time originally specified in our construction contract. We moved in two weeks ahead of the contract completion date, with a very minimal punch list. And best of all, there was not one single charge order to increase our original contract price, other than those changes we initiated.

Superb workmanship. Delivered on time and within budget. Work included tearing down existing deck and replacing with a screen porch. 5+ years later we are still getting compliments. Following this major project, hired contractor to do major siding and structural repairs. Again all work was completed on time an within budget and the workmanship was first rate. We are considering a major remodeling project and will hire no one other than this contractor to do there work. They charge fair prices and you get what you pay for.

Our home is 2,450 sq. ft. - smaller, I gather, than many of their jobs, but they treated us as if we were million-dollar clients and gave us a custom home that, after three years, delights us every single day. They were sensitive to the environmental issues of our wooded lot, and knew exactly how to bring the project in on budget, while giving us things we weren't sure we could afford: oak floors throughout, granite counters, generous chair rail and custom finish work, beautiful hardware and fixtures, a superb sound system, large deck, etc., working with and through their loyal on-site crew and hand-picked trade partners. They counseled and guided us, were patient with our questions, always conferred with us when there were decisions to be made, and were very clear about dates, deliveries and the project timetable. We always knew what stage the project was in, and what was next on the schedule because they always included us. We can't imagine a better experience or better relationship with a builder. Their design and execution of the job was on schedule and cost, and completely carefree for us. It is seldom nowadays to deal with a well integrated team where every member knows what to do and how to do it well. All along, the entire staff behaved towards us as if we were building a mansion rather than doing a modest remodeling. My husband and I chose Charles Ross to build our new home based on the firm's reputation for quality and our meetings with sales staff. They did a terrific job and we just love the new house.
