Castle Bespoke Flooring

Castle Bespoke is all about creating one-of-a-kind heirloom quality wide plank floors that will last for generations to come. We start plank construction with a hefty 11 ply birch plywood core for the greatest level of dimensional and structural, stability. Next, we overlay with a solid 6 mm layer of European French cut white oak. Planks are 8" wide and are random length, and 50% 10' long (with no board less than 2' long). Clients can choose from either Estate Grade, or Chateau Grade. All knots are pre-filled, and planks come precision pre-sanded. Next the planks can either be installed and custom finished on-site by a hardwood floor craftsperson, or we also offer custom hand oiling/waxing, and fuming, smoke effect, etc in our carpentry shop in Portland, OR.
