Rick Tokarski and Co. Has been instrumental in many different circumstances to myself, my businesses and my clients. Always courteous, professional and showing attention to detail while being mindful and meeting what may have seemed to be unattainable deadlines or time constraints. In the area of renovation contracting, he has helped clients with planning and provided necessary and accurate drawings for major renovations; such as changing floor plans to include knocking down walls and properly redistributing structure loads to change a home to more functional and attractive space. The firm has also helped clients by performing on site evaluations and engineers reports to assist in decision making in regards to property affected by 'sandy'. Rick has provided me with valuable consultation, when as a home inspector I've had areas of concern and was able to draw upon his knowledge and experience to help clients make informed decisions on their property investments. While renovating my own home, he provided site evaluations and drawings to satisfy needs of the local building department and keep the project moving forward. We asked Ric T to design our New home in Brick NJ. We found the office team to be responsive and accommodating. Ric provided the complete set of plans in less than 2 months and so far have had no issues with communications between his office and our builder.
