TradeWinds Kitchen & Bath

We were casually thinking of doing a renovation of our master and guest bathrooms and possibly doing a light renovation in the kitchen. We stopped in Tradewinds Kitchen and Bath just to see what they offered. Needless to say, we ended up first doing the countertops and backsplash in the kitchen to see the quality of their work and then proceeded to an entire renovation of the master bathroom and the guest bathroom in the following two years. We are extremely happy with everything and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to renovate. From Lois, who was our decorator to Josh, the owner and their entire staff, they made the projects easy. They handled everything for us and followed up with anything we asked. They were a pleasure to work with and the projects came out even better than we expected.

We highly recommend TradeWinds. We are extremely happy with our complete kitchen renovation. The project started and finished on time. The design, the demolition, the installation of cabinetry, flooring, cabinets etc. was all done professionally and cleanly. Communication throughout was excellent. Every member of the team was a pleasure to deal with.

Rarely can I say that a product or service EXCEEDS my expectations. TradeWinds however, did just that. From my very first encounter to the last, everything was done to perfection. I loved the way everything was done “ in house” so there were no lags in obtaining sub contractors. When I had specific requests they were addressed immediately and necessary adjustments were made. I’ve gone from having what I consider a mediocre kitchen, to a stunning masterpiece.

Do you want a hassle free rehab for your home? Tradewinds is the place to go. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Leon arrived exactly on time to measure the vanity for my master bath. He was so pleasant, I immediately got a good feeling about the company. Mike, the project manager was easy to work with and kept everything on schedule. Alberto performed all the demo and installation. He always arrived with a cheerful hello. He was very neat and cleaned up the space every time. Robin was always pleasant and helpful on the phone as well. Their cost was also quite reasonable. I was so impressed, I would definitely have them back to do another rehab for me. They are the best.

I would highly recommend Tradewinds. All that were involved in our master bathroom remodel were professional and their work ethic was superb. Rachael and her Team of experts are the BEST. We would definitely contact Rachael for future projects.

We are very pleased with the remodeling of our kitchen by TradeWinds Kitchen and Bath. From the time we in late January 2021 we visited their showroom and design center, then signed a contract with them in early February to the completion of our kitchen in late June, we have been impressed with Josh, the owner, Lois, the designer, Rachel, the Office Manager and all of the workers who worked on removing our wood floors in the family room and kitchen (Alberto); Carlos who laid the tile floor in the family room and kitchen; Joe, who assembled and installed our kitchen cabinets; and Anthony who measured and helped install our quartz counter top in the kitchen and laundry room. The plumber, Robert, that installed the kitchen and laundry room sink, disposal and dishwasher was very professional. If we had a change that we wanted to make, Josh and Lois were always available to advise us on the change we wanted and how to make it happen. They kept us advised on when cabinets would arrive and when the demolition of the 'old' kitchen would begin and when each thing would happen. The workers always cleaned up before they left for the day and were very professional in the work that they did.

Rachael was so pleasant and accommodating and our backsplash couldn't be any better!! Brightened up our kitchen with just the right finishing touch! Work was completed within the promised time frame (something we have had issues with with other projects) and everything was cleaned up when the team was done. Will definitely use again should we have a need.

Rachael was a dream to work with -- from start to finish -- on our guest bathroom update, a very small project. I always felt that my project was a priority to Rachael, and her professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding! It was such a pleasure working with Rachael, Joe W. and her subcontractors. We worked with Tradewinds Kitchen and Bath to complete two projects in our home this year. They remodeled our laundry room and added storage to our bathroom. Working with Rachael was so easy. She walked me through the process, listened to my desires for the space and made my dream a reality. I love coming home and walking through the door after work into a beautiful space.

Josh and crew did my master vanity area. They provided me with excellent quote and good materials. Crew arrived on time and were very professional yet friendly. Josh was available at any time and answered all my questions quickly. Only negative crew had to return to fix a few things. However, they came quickly and efficiently resolved issues.

My bathroom renovation turned out better than I dreamed. Josh and his contractors went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. I am beyond thrilled with my new bathroom.
