Trochatos Design

When we were ready to renovate our kitchen the first person we called was Litsa from Trochatos Design. We had seen what she had done with our friend’s house and how happy they were with her and her beautiful designs that there was no one else we even considered for the job. We were not disappointed. We first hired Trochatos Design to renovate our kitchen. The result blew us away. Even though we didn’t add any additional square footage to the kitchen it seams twice the size. We have so much more storage and working area that we feel we’ve enlarged our house without doing an addition. We then called her for a bathroom overhaul. Again her professionalism, hard work and beautiful designs made working with her a pleasure. We are now enjoying our fabulous new bathroom and can’t wait to do another project with her.

Litsa of Trochatos Design was referred to me by general contractor. I was very impressed with work and, above all else, her attention to detail. Bottom line is she is a perfectionist and she will go out of her way to get the design and the actual work done right. She is also very good at incorporating a look or a style/design period that suits the rest of the house. I am very happy with the kitchen she designed and I hope I can work with her again in the future.

We hired Trochatos Design to renovate our 2-storey + basement home in the GTA. Trochatos Design took on the renovation from project concept and design through to project management. Their approach was extremely consultative. They worked hard to understand our vision, budget and timeframes. The renovation was truly transformative, particularly the kitchen where a wall was removed to open up the space, the addition of wall to ceiling cupboards and the creation of a breakfast bar at counter height. We have had great comments about the renovation many years after its completion. We have also re-hired Trochatos Design for other projects and referred many other people who have also been extremely happy with the projects that Trochatos Design has undertaken.
