Our firm worked with Timothy Summers Bailey of Solebury Design on a large single family custom home on a 61 acre parcel. Tim was responsible for the initial concept of the entire home and prepared the schematic design, which was exceedingly well detailed. Tim also created several 3d models for the clients to get a firm understanding of what the home would ultimately look like. We engaged an architectural and engineering firm to provide full construction documents - these efforts were well coordinated by Tim. Then Tim continued on the detailing of the project by providing full interior elevations, and worked closely with the client to make all selections needed to complete the project. We give Tim the highest rating possible, as he truly stayed on top of the selection schedule and had answers for us on all these items allowing the project to stay on schedule, something few designers are able to do. Tim worked very hard to keep his client happy and was also attentive to budgetary concerns as needed. The end result was a museum quality home, that still feels comfortable for a family with 2 young children. We were also excited to work with Tim as many of his designs were novel approaches to the the traditional home. It is always refreshing when a designer is able to "surprise" and please the client at the same time. We have also recently worked with Tim on the conception of a proposed home for an estate lot we have acquired and will soon be rolling out the marketing package. Initial reviews of Tim's design work, by my associates and real estate professionals, prove that that is will be one of the best and most interesting homes we have built.

We worked with Solebury Design very closely to conceive and design a spectacular space for a client needing a more open feel in their newly purchased home. The home had been largely neglected in recent years and was in much need of a complete overhaul. Tim was able to grasp the needs of not only the homeowners but the needs of the actual home as well. I purchased a 1970's farmhouse that was in bad need of renovation. The rooms were cut off, the finishes were drab and it needed an overhaul. Tim redesigned the house from the inside and out. His 1970's glam-inspired design added polish, while staying true to the character of the original home. My tastes are pretty bold, and he was able to choose pieces and finishes which matched what I like. And he stayed within my budget. He was a true professional throughout the process.
