Our remodel project was significant with a full kitchen remodel and all of the downstairs hardwood floors were refinished. Exterior work with repairs to chimney due to wood rot from errors from original builder that was not in the original plan when the project started, but they took it on when we asked him to look at it during the project. All work was well executed with above average quality of communication and the detailed project schedule was kept up to date. The kitchen looks beautiful and they are very detail oriented when reviewing the quality all of the work.

Cornerstone Builders has been on my radar for years, and I finally got to work with them. Wow, they did not disappoint. I had a scheduling conflict due to my travel schedule, but they did my roof all in a weekend, a holiday weekend no less! When I got home the roof was completed and all the mess was gone, it was like it never happened but I got a beautiful roof out of the deal! Thank you, Cornerstone! I can't recommend you enough!!

We absolutely loved working with Cornerstone. After our initial interview, we immediately felt more aligned with their vision for our new home compared to other companies we had met with. Allen designed our kitchen in a way that not only maximized every inch of space, but also felt unique and grand—unlike any other ideas we had seen. Our kitchen remodel was executed flawlessly and incorporated all of my particular wants and needs. Our shower repair/restoration resulted in a beautiful, updated space that incorporated aging in place features that not only provide safety but look good as well. Allen always provides interesting and well thought out product recommendations and Bre is so responsive and organized. Cornerstone built our dream house and went way BEYOND our expectations. They were so communicative and open about all of our wants and needs and always kept a professional business relationship. Although, after working so closely with them they have become family. Every detail was built to perfection and if anything ever came up, it was handled without question. I had some specific and perhaps outlandish ideas and they listened, smiled and then executed exactly what I had envisioned. The subs they hired were also incredible. Their craftsmanship, communication and attention to detail were unmatched. They work with the best in the business. It was such a great experience that I wake up every day full of gratitude for them and for what they helped us build. I am so glad it's finished, but sometimes I wish we were still working on it because it was such a joy picking out all of the beautiful elements and watching them come to life in the space. Guests are blown away, and everyone loves being at our home. It is elegantly designed and can fit lots of friends and family, but is cozy and welcoming at the same time. It is exactly what we wanted to achieve and we couldn't be happier or more grateful for Allen and Bre!

We knew it was going to be large project—full kitchen renovation and four bathrooms, adding flooring to two levels and a smaller downstairs kitchen—so we interviewed several contractors. We were so happy to work with Cornerstone and continue to daily enjoy the excellent workmanship in our home. Allen and team were not only professional, but easy to work with as they went above and beyond. He would clearly present us options as the work progressed and was always available to answer questions. He did a masterful, and timely, job managing all the people that are necessary for a large project. We never worried about our project and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the work. It was such a joy to work with Cornerstone Builders Inc. on my interior home remodel. I am thrilled and satisfied everyday I walk back into my new kitchen and living spaces. Throughout the process, I felt that Cornerstone Builders gave me the greatest choices for materials with quality options, and style expertise. They flawlessly executed a very clean, and modern design that features beautiful materials and expression. It has stood a test of 3 years since completion... Everything is still experienced as completely brand new, as it was the first day I moved back into my kitchen and main rooms. I have nothing but praise for such a wonderful construction journey, and I give Cornerstone Builders my highest recommendation for design excellence and execution, with expression!

In March, 2025 I signed a contract with Cornerstone Builders to replace all the water pipes in my home plus install updated lighting in two bathrooms and 7 closets. My initial approach to getting this expensive, complicated work done was interviewing individual plumbing and electrician companies. What I soon realized is that these single purpose companies would be daunting to negotiate with if their work was not done correctly or on time. Repiping a home or replacing major lighting is likely done only once in life and these tradespeople are unlikely to suffer from lack of work, so seeing the same plumber or electrician again is unlikely. In other words my opinion and needs would not impose adequate obligation. Hiring Cornerstone to select and manage these subcontractors equalized my standing. Because they might hire them again Allen and Bre could make sure their subcontractors charged a fair price, showed up regularly until the work was completed and corrected the inevitable mistakes that come with projects like this. (These adverse elements have to be expected with any extensive home improvement project. There are too many unknowns and the workers are human.) There was also a qualitative difference in communicating with Allen and Bre. They listen intently and provide well thought out advice drawing from their deep project management experience in remodeling and home construction. What I have described are features that are most valued when a project is underway and reversing course is problematic. Would I hire Cornerstone again for another home project? Absolutely!

This is the second time we have worked with Cornerstone, and once again, they exceeded our expectations! They are professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. Our kitchen was long overdue for an update, and they transformed it from a dated 1990s space into a stunning mid-century-inspired kitchen. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to bring our vision to life were outstanding. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly throughout the project, and made the entire process seamless.

We did a massive remodel of our entry way, kitchen, family room and downstairs bathroom. Cornerstone did the entire remodel and did an excellent job. They were super knowledgable about cost, materials, and timeline. It was a pleasure to work with their entire team of professionals. Cornerstone Builders produces excellent results and is great to work with! I would welcome them back without hesitation for any future remodeling projects. Provided with a detailed project plan, that accounted for the delivery times of our selected materials, we were well prepared for what to expect each week. In addition, the project manager Bre proactively reached out with reminders and only a few weather driven adjustments to the schedule. Frequent site visits from both Allen (owner) and Bre to check the quality of work completed, cleanliness of the space, and overall progress met expectations. They were both easy to work with and answered every question or concern we had. By the end of the project they felt like good friends.
