Todd was hired to help us with the design and definition of a complete remodeling project. It was a pleasure to work with him and in particular we enjoyed the brain-storming sessions which really moved things forward and helped us solved several issues. Todd was quick and responsive to all our inquiries, he converted all our discussions into plans, provided several alternatives and was always willing to explain his reasoning and reasons for his suggestions. Todd remained within schedule and budget.

I have worked with Todd for over three decades as a Consulting Structural engineer. Todd is extremely conscientious and competent in his field. He is very up to date and knowledgeable about the building codes. It has been a pleasure to have known and worked with Todd for all these years.

Todd and I worked together for over five years on a painstaking historic restoration and renovation of my 1842 row house in Greenwich Village (NYC). I have nothing but the highest regard for him and would recommend him to anyone, whether they are doing a project similar to mine or completely different. Todd is smart, knowledgeable, conscientious, and a great collaborator. His breadth of knowledge is huge, spanning everything from architectural styles and periods to the technical aspects of mechanical systems, roofing, etc. He worked well with all of my contractors and mechanics and came up with beautiful design ideas that reflected what I was trying to achieve. His fees were reasonable and he always met deadlines. If I had another project to do, I would definitely hire him again.
