Vani helped us design our old house and turned it into a very unique place which we love and cherish every day. She was very patient with us and incorporated all the minute details we suggested as needed over multiple iterations of the design. She is very artistic and has an inherent ability to capture our requirements which is in our heads and put it on paper. She really brought all our ideas together and added her own ideas to those within the constraints of the structural requirements and made our house remodel a reality. We would definitely work with her again.

We've been working with Vani on our home renovation and extension project since last year, and she's been nothing short of amazing. She stood out from all the other architects we talked to because she responded quickly and paid attention to every detail. Right from our first phone call, Vani was all about understanding what we wanted. She took all our ideas and worked them into practical designs that looked great. Moreover, she was always open to tweaking the designs based on our suggestions. We were impressed with how well she worked with everyone involved in the renovation. She handled conversations with city planners and reviewers like a pro. She even spoke up at public hearings to address any issues, which helped get our planning and building permits. We're still working with Vani, as she's helping us during the construction phase. She's been an enormous help all throughout this project. Plus, we've become really good friends along the way. Vani helped us realize our longtime dream of a home expansion by completing a 750+ sqft remodel. Besides designing our beautiful new addition, she was able to help us procure the services of the best contractors available. Her amazing rapport with everyone she worked with-- engineers, contractors and city officials, along with her experience, expertise and attention to detail in regards to the timing and sequence of events required during each phase of the project, made an otherwise formidable process appear seamless. What we truly appreciated was that the design of our house was not only aesthetically pleasing, but functionally practical as well. Vani’s personable demeanor and sincerity made communication very easy the entire time, and she was able to produce PHENOMENAL results given our requirements and budget. We found Vani after visiting a neighbor's newly remodeled home that she had designed. We loved many of the design elements that Vani brought to his project, so we made an appointment to discuss our ideas for our remodel with her. Vani listened to all our needs and wants for our dream home remodel and she proceeded to bring them to life on paper. She gave us a beautiful transitional/craftsman home. By adding just under 500 sq.ft. we now have a wonderful grand room for entertaining, a new master suite with two walk-in closets, indoor laundry room, den (craft room) and dedicated office space. Plus, needed attic space! When we hired the contractor Vani agreed to attend our weekly walkthroughs and consult with us on design questions during the project. A full house remodel is a stressful and exciting process. Vani helped get us through the stressful times so we could enjoy the process and get to the exciting end. We are forever grateful to Vani for her talents, patience, and help in designing the home and spaces we always dreamed of having. Vani has posted pictures on Houzz.

Vani recently helped us with our 800+ sqft remodel. She patiently listened to us over multiple appointments and understood our requirements very well. She came up with very good design. Vani brought a lot of design experience related to artistic as well as modern styles. She completed most of her tasks on time and responded to all our queries during a very lengthy permit process. We have recently begun the construction and looking forward to work with her over the next six months of the project.

Vani recently architected a 500sq ft remodel + addition project on our house. When we started, we had a very rough idea of the project. Not dismissing any of our inputs, Vani expertly encapsulated them with her own and came up with an impressive design. In just a few meetings, we had the final design ready. A stickler for perfection that she is, her drawings were very clear and detailed and have received compliments from almost every contractor we sent them to. What really drew us to her is her work-ethics. She promptly attends and returns calls and requires zero follow-up. She keeps you well-updated on the progress at every stage. She goes beyond doing just her homework, works closely with other engineers and ensures there are no delays and permit is pulled right on time. She has also worked with multiple contractors and has a good understanding of the industry and has given us expert advice every time we were in need of it. In short, she went beyond and above our expectations and our relationship has only strengthened with time. One can totally entrust her with their dream project(s). Very highly recommend!
