Jeremy and his team were professional and easy to work with. Our main floor remodel included raising the sunken living room floor, reconfiguring the kitchen and laundry room, and updating our staircase. Paint, tile, new cabinetry, electrical and plumbing work were all necessary improvements. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs and offered options that fit our budget and design needs. When the inevitable setbacks occur, Jeremy and his crew had solutions and the fix was made. His communication style is low-key and projects get done. The group of subcontractors that work with Jeremy are courteous and professional. We are very happy with our remodel and are pleased that we chose Velocity Built, LLC, for our remodeling needs.

We had a great experience with Velocity Built! They completely remodeled our aging condo, including the kitchen and all three bathrooms, plus new flooring, paint and lighting throughout. We now have a warm, modern and much more functional space to call home. The quality of the work was excellent from start to finish. Because this was a condo remodel, we were concerned about possible HOA or neighbor complaints, but the crew was extremely considerate—and in fact, we received compliments from other residents on how respectful and careful they were. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Jeremy and his team helped us create a space in our basement that matched the finish and feel of the rest of our home. We had a general outline and sense of how we wanted the basement to reflect the rest of the house; Jeremy provided valuable insights and suggestions, as well as recommended professionals for certain of the sub-projects (e.g., installation of gas fireplace), that greatly enhanced the overall remodel and our satisfaction of the completed project. In our experience, he will work with a homeowner's ideas, whether specific or general, but also contribute other ideas and options to better-achieve the result desired by the homeowner. Jeremy is easy to work with: personable and professional, responsive and flexible, with a team of skilled craftsmen in specific trades. Jeremy's right-hand men, Kyler and Javier, are responsible and detail-oriented. The crew arrives when they say and cleans up the project site at the end of each day. There is such vulnerability when choosing a contractor as you are looking for so many important qualities. First and foremost... integrity. Then expertise. Will we be compatible? Will he/she listen to our concerns? What about changes? New ideas that come up during the build. Will they be incorporated easily with collaboration . Lastly, will your contractor offer more than just the boards and nails... will he be creative in the ongoing design? Will he have his own ideas and will we respect his judgment enough to listen? We did indeed. We have even more respect for Jeremy Seibert at the end of our remodel as we did at the beginning. With all the moving parts, supply chain issues and little hiccups that come with a remodel it is incredible that everything went so smoothly. We credit that squarely to Jeremy ... his eye for excellence and the great crew he has working with him... namely Javier and Kyler. This project has ended and now we are ready to start another with Jeremy. So you better get in the queue since his calendar gets filled with return customers like ourselves!.

We have many good things to say about Jeremy and his crew. He has done work on three of our homes now. This year he completed a garage addition with a remodel of the existing garage into livable space. The results are fantastic and better then we imagined. This also included a new covered deck on the back side of the garage to give us three season use. One of the many things we appreciate about Jeremy and his crew and the subcontractors (electrician, excavator, tile) he uses is how meticulous they all are. We started our project during the covid shut down This added a new level of staying on time and on budget. With the other properties he has worked on for us, the work was completed as expected. As far as staying on budget, he was on budget with the items that I didn’t change along the way. The few times that it was clear that there would be an increase in cost from the estimate, he addressed it as soon as he knew there was a cost change. Most times the changes were based on the labor for the finish materials I selected. For this project I didn’t select the finish materials until after the project started, specifically the type of tile for the new interior space and the decorative tile for the exterior of the new garage. In these cases we were happy to pay the increase in labor costs. There were also cost changes to building materials, which was part of the supply chain issues with material shortages. Jeremy and his crew were most respectful of the fact that we continued to live in our home during construction and the covid quarantine. We had three adults working from home and communication was great to let us know when any of the subcontractors needed to get into our living and working space and how much time they would need. We can enthusiastically recommend Jeremy without reservation.

I am so happy with the results of my remodel!! From the start, Jeremy and his team were professional, super responsive and were clear about cost and schedule. I came to them with an idea for my basement bathroom remodel and they patiently worked with me to make it a reality. I knew going in that due to COVID parts and labor who be challenging to obtain. Jeremy anticipated these things ahead of rime and the project ran smoothly and quicker than anticipated. I was so appreciative of the importance they placed the on attention to detail. Jeremy provided excellent direction for subcontractors who demonstrated superior skills and timelines. This was important to me, and Jeremy’s rapport with subcontractors really helped the job go smoothly. I was so impressed with the precautions that were taken due to COVID for not only me and m family but for their staff. I recommend Velocity Built without hesitation and will use them from here in out for all futures projects!

Jeremy did an exceptional job completing our full house remodel. Having prior experience with remodeling and new construction, we can say Jeremy stands out among the top professionals in his field. We appreciated his attention to detail, open communication and superior craftsmanship. He always went the extra mile. He’s very innovative and readily made adjustments to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. Some examples: he built our beautiful new fireplace made of stone with wood cubbies on one side and floating shelves on the other. He came up with the idea to house the HVAC that couldn’t be moved to a beautiful shiplap hood with stained wood trim that he constructed. Our master bath is stunning. He added features such as a linear wall drain crafted from our accent tile. Jeremy and his crew are trustworthy, kind and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely hire him for future projects.

Jeremy and his team conducted a large scale remodel of our home over nine months during 2019-2020. The scope of the work was considerable: demolition, plumbing, tile, substantial electrical, drywall, paint, windows, doors, and more. When all was said and done the project landed in the high six figures, all-in. Jeremy and Velocity Built are hands down the best builders I've ever met, period, send tweet. I've remodeled other homes and I've never come across a person who is as calm, honest, quality-oriented, and fairly priced as Jeremy. Whether there are two or twenty people on the site, Jeremy is relaxed and wholly present. He has the mind of an engineer and he can respond to the inevitable challenges with solutions and work-arounds in real-time. He clearly cares about his people - all of them have a long and deep experience working with each other - and they clearly care about him. You really get the sense that everybody on site appreciates the unique environment Jeremy has been able to create and they routinely go the extra mile because they take pride in what they're able to accomplish together. I would be happy to talk with anyone with specific questions about my experience, but the advice will inevitably come down to this: Hire this man. You will not be sorry. In an industry littered with corner-cutters, over-chargers, and excuse makers, Jeremy is a standout example of true excellence.

We hired Jeremy and Velocity Built LLC for an extensive whole house interior remodel, and we are so glad we did! Not only does Jeremy do high quality craftsmanship, he is kind, generous with his time, conscientious, and our project ended up being right on budget. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond during our recent home remodel. We began the conversation with Jeremy in May, closed on a South Boulder home in June, began the remodel, and had a completion deadline set for the day before we were scheduled to move into the house in late October. Before securing Velocity Built as our contractor, I dreaded doing a remodel since I had only heard horror stories and we had a budget we needed to follow. We had zero stress throughout the four month remodel working with Velocity Built, even with COVID hurdles outside of anyone's control (permit times, etc.) and they still completed on schedule and on budget. Jeremy's professionalism, communication, transparency, ability to overcome hurdles, openness to working with our budget ideas, and overall positivity far surpassed our expectations. We cannot recommend them enough and would hire them again in a second if we have future remodeling needs. We're living in our dream home thanks to them!

Jeremy Seibert provided expert planning and executiion for our project. He created a detailed estimate and plan and his billings explained all costs. He and his crew did excellent work and offered creative solutions for both routine and unexpected challenges and problems. Jeremy and his crew and subcontractors were easy to work with and attentive to our questions and concerns. We are very happy with the finished product and will again use Velocity Built for future home improvement projects!

Jeremy and his crew remodeled our dream master bath in addition to our laundry room which included a custom-built dog washing statio). They also resurfaced two dated fireplaces in our living room and bedroom. All this with the help of designer Helly Duncan of Design Matters Home. The crew was professional from day one. They took great care to minimize the dust and debris by hanging plastic over furniture, using a dust mitigation system and cleaning up daily after each work day. The results were amazing and quite honestly, above our expectations. Jeremy checked in with us often to make sure all expectations were being met with both the work and the crew. We highly recommend using them for your next remodeling project.

Jeremy Seibert and Velocity Built did a great job for us - we are very happy with the results! Jeremy has a low-key, work-with-the-client approach which made everything low stress and enjoyable. The quality of the work was high, and the price was reasonable. We had to work out some details around the fireplace and finishes as we went along, and Jeremy was the right mix of accommodating and encouraging - he worked with us and took the time to make sure we were satisfied with each decision. We had some change orders as we went along, and Jeremy adapted and charged us fairly for the alterations. His bills were always accurate, which was a welcome improvement over our last contractor. Jeremy started on time, kept up steady progress, and finished when he said he would. Happy to recommend his work - good person to work with!

I worked with Jeremy and his team at Velocity Built last year to do a significant remodel of my main floor and update of my basement, including taking down several walls, renovating a kitchen and bathroom, replacing all floors, doors, windows, lighting, furnace, front siding, etc. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the experience! As a single woman doing this job on a budget and without a designer, I had lots of daunting decisions to make on my own. Jeremy was always there with wise counsel, and I appreciated that he would start with more affordable suggestions and then accommodate higher end solutions I was interested in, rather than the other way around!! His team, including subcontractors, was kind, polite, and clean and fun to be around. I felt like there was always work being done on the project, which provided peace of mind on forward progress. Jeremy is also a great communicator who provided regular updates, sought my input on detail decisions that I may not have even thought about, and was very straight forward about invoicing and expectations for payment. The job was ultimately completed on time and on budget (excepting my aforementioned choices!) and I could not be happier. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone, and I hope to use him again in the future.

Description of work: Jeremy and his crew did a whole-house remodel for my wife and I. They fully updated every room except the garage. They tackled extensive plumbing work, electrical work, and structural work. Walls were taken down, others were put up. A new kitchen was installed, a new window-well was dug out, a new deck was built, etc. etc. The house is now completely different and much improved! The process took approximately 3.5 months. They finished the work on time and on budget, ultimately converting the home from a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath to a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Quality of work: Outstanding. Jeremy gave me one of the most competitive quotes, so I wasn't expecting the Ritz... but he delivered in a big way. The house looks great and the details are there; precise tiling work, perfectly aligned wallpaper, great paint and an overall aesthetic that really works (modern but comfortable). Relationship: Jeremy is a clear and frequent communicator. I always new what was going on and never felt out of the loop. Most importantly, while I was presented with every design decision, if I left the choice to Jeremy he had enough sense of our aesthetic style and design purpose to make a call that worked well. He also happens to be a good guy, as are the people who work under him. Summary: I would absolutely recommend Jeremy for any project. In fact, I'm planning to use him again for a facelift to a rental property. This being Boulder County, when soliciting quotes I received some ridiculously high estimates from snobby, "we don't need your business"-type contractors. Jeremy, on the other hand, was honest, straightforward, and his quote was reasonable. We are back in our house, we love it, and we feel great about how it happened.

Jeremy and his Velocity Built team did an excellent job in updating our home, a project that included renovating the kitchen, three bathrooms, and laundry room. This was our first experience with remodel work and we could not have picked a better contractor to work with than Jeremy! He was always available to answer any questions we had, stayed amazingly well-humored and expertly addressed any hurdles and changes encountered, and provided unbelievably detailed and beautifully done work. He kept the several months long project on-budget and on schedule, maintained an immaculate work site throughout its duration, and he, his crew, and his excellent subcontractors always showed up on time and as promised. My family of five resided in the home during the entire project, and day in and day out, we all found Jeremy and every one of his crew members to be consistently friendly, trust-worthy, courteous, and actually a lot of fun to have around! The entire renovation process was so enjoyable and the work provided so excellent that we're actually looking forward to having Jeremy and his crew back for our basement remodel in the near future! Jeremy and his team at Velocity are awesome. They completed an entire first floor remodel including taking down a few walls and having to reroute HVAC and plumbing. Jeremy is easy to work with, has great communication throughout the project and is the first to bring up any concerns. We were very close to both estimated timeline and budget. Working with Jeremy and Velocity has been a pleasure and they have exceeded our expectations. Velocity is an excellence home remodeling company that works very hard for their clients. They did a fantastic job on our initial project, a master bathroom remodel at our old home, as we prepared it for sale. The master bathroom remodel was the last touch needed for us to put the house on the market. The home went under contract within 24hrs of being listed. When we set out searching for a new home, and we came across properties that had potential, Jeremy took the time to visit a few of the homes we were considering to help us brainstorm their possibilities. Once we found and purchased our new home, Jeremy and Velocity took on our 6 month large scale remodeling project in North Boulder, and they were able to bring to life our vision and design of an industrial / chic loft style home. Jeremy was very committed to our project and he take a person interest and cares for every aspect of the job. Jeremy has a unique ability to creatively solve challenges inherent to the property in a way that didn't sacrifice our aesthetic and vision. His work with his crew was very tight and there was no problem or issue was left unresolved. Our large scale remodeling included a kitchen expansion, loft style family/dining room, new steel wrapped stairs and rails, media room with the addition of custom made industrial barn doors, office remodel with new linear fireplace and glass garage door, sun room with new custom metal stairs risers and railings with espresso bar and utility sink, as well as multiple bathrooms including the master bathroom with a concrete radiant floor and sauna installation. The family room needed the most redesigned work and Jeremy and his team executed on our vision to open up the space, install a 360 degree gas fireplace with 11ft flu, wrapped stairs beams and posts in raw steel creating areas of separate loft style spaces without large walls that showed the separation. Jeremy is easy to work with, communicates well (both on budget and timeline), and sets proper and realistic expectations. Jeremy and I worked closely together as I sourced much of the materials, fixtures, appliances, and unique items, while he and his team executed our vision. Velocity produces a high quality of work and they take great pride is his workmanship. We are very happy with the results of the work and we want to thank Jeremy and Velocity here in this review. We hired Jeremy and crew to do our kitchen remodel earlier this year. It was major job. We were particularly concerned because we were expecting our first baby so there was little margin for error in terms of project delays. Jeremy made our entire remodel a pleasant experience. He was considerate of our schedule, ran a clean job site and remained personally involved every step of the way. He is a true craftsman, building the tub stand himself from 200 year old reclaimed American Chestnut wood. We hired Velocity Built for a partial kitchen remodel and subsequently for a complete remodel of a master bathroom. On both projects Jeremy and his crew did an amazing job. Their attention to detail was almost fanatical and as a result the finishes were excellent. Jeremy was flexible and prepared to accommodate us sourcing appliances, marble, tile and items for the bathroom. Both projects were completed on time work and to the agreed budget. We are currently planning a third project with Velocity!

Velocity Built (Jeremy and his partner) transformed my patio in a day and a half, within a week of my first consultation. He is extremely creative--giving excellent guidance in aesthetics and functionality. He went above and beyond my expectations, while being exceptionally reasonable in price! I am hiring VB to continue projects around my house because of the thoroughly positive experience.

Galvanized Composite Deck Where do I start, Jeremy Seiber owner of Velocity Enterprises not only did our outdoor decks in light gauge galvanized steel framing with TimberTech decking to our complete satisfaction but also did our kitchen cabinet installs and tile work. His firm is multi-talented. The Deck: this was Velocity’s first “Steel” deck and they out did themselves remarkable quality and craftsmen ship and engineering. They were instrumental in co-ordinating the design improvements for the upper deck, a replacement of a 40 year old wooden deck. The lower deck was a new addition to the house. The lower deck looks like it was part of the original architecture. We did not hire an architect, Jeremy did employ an engineer. Nothing but accolades from the neighbors on the esthetics. We had cost overruns but they were modest and anticipated on a project of this scale. A little about me, my dad was a general contractor in NY and I grew up in this business. I have always remained “hands on” and know when someone knows what they are doing and when they are “winging it”. Its easier to build from new construction vs. “altering” exist construction. Jeremy handles this expertly. The proof and quality isn't just in the “finish work “ its in the integrity of the whole job no corners were cut anywhere. He is honest and his whole team hardworking not to mention skilled. How comfortable am I? Well I just voted with my wallet again he’s got the bathroom “remodels” (3) didn’t even call anyone else.

Velocity Built, LLC completed our 2 bedroom and Master Bath addition on time and on budget, but that doesn't give the full picture of our experience with them. The care given to detail (especially the work in the bathroom where it matters most) and the responsiveness given to a few last minute change requests was top notch. I can't recommend Velocity any higher.

Jeremy and his team replaced two rotten decks last winter. Yes, I mean winter. He is a popular guy and we have south facing decks, so it worked just fine. We needed to upgrade to fire-resistant lumber and composite decking materials so we knew it was going to be expensive. His bid was right in the middle of three, but we chose Velocity because of his professional and easy-going attitude. Then he was able to cut some costs by shopping around and getting bids from different suppliers. Considering the unpredictable weather last winter (we had a ton of snow) and our request to not have construction going on before 9:00 AM and after 4:00 PM, they demolished the old decks, rebuilt two composite decks, and cleaned up within the time frame we were hoping for. We wanted a waterproof upper deck to provide overhead shelter for part of the lower deck and we covered it with composite pavers. Jeremy had no experience with that type of project, but it turned out better than we both had hoped. He even engineered a perfect drainage system to tie in to the existing gutters. The team was exceptionally respectful of our home (they had to access the decks through the house each day). They were very trustworthy and the only indication that they had been there each day was progress on the project. Bottom line: great team, fair price, and great work.

I highly recommend Jeremy and Velocity Built, LLC. When we first started looking at homes in Boulder we reached out to Jeremy and he was willing to meet us at multiple listings and give us his insight into whether what we wanted to do was possible (and within our budget). After we found a home Jeremy's assisted us with obtaining permits and planning out the entire remodel process. There were so many things that we did not think about (or had no idea about). Throughout the entire process Jeremy was very communicative and would offer advice on what items we should do and what we could skip to save $$. The subcontractors that he works with are all excellent and very trustworthy. We went for almost 3 months straight with one or more people in our home and were never worried about anything. In the end the project came out better than expectations. It is really great having a contractor that we trust in Boulder. We'll be using Jeremy again for future projects and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Velocity built us a fabulous deck in our backyard. They were professional and listened to our feedback to make sure we got the deck we wanted.

We had two great experiences with Jeremy at Velocity. He built a bedroom addition in our basement. Very nice work, done according to Boulder City code and done on time. He was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. Two years later, I wanted to convert a half-bath and laundry room into a full bath. I went to Jeremy again. I couldn't be happier. A much different job. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the tile work and he was again flexible and easy to work with. I highly recommend Jeremy.

In working with Jeremy and the crew at Velocity Enterprises we found them to be prompt, responsive, flexible and professional. They actually came in below the cost of the project and have given very realistic and reasonable estimates that they are able to stick to. The attention to detail and competence were highly reassuring when trusting our home to Velocity after a flood in 2013. We had to refinish both our bathrooms (only have two) and our kitchen all at the same time, so you can imagine that time was of the essence. The project finished on schedule! We are now having them do a 500 sq ft addition and are feeling at ease about it because we know their work. We highly recommend Velocity to all our friends and highly suggest you at minimum include them in your set of bids.

I took 'before and after' photos for a full-home remodel Velocity Enterprises, and more specifically Jeremy Siebert, completed over Summer 2014. Upon first glance during the 'before' photo shoot, the home looked like any undergoing heavy construction. I remember noting specifically how well the debris and erroneous equipment was maintained both within the home and in the disposal container in the front of the house. Jeremy and his team worked quietly and swiftly through their duties and communicated in a way that demonstrated their cohesive abilities. When I came back to the home in what seemed like only a few weeks, I was plain shocked. The pretty-standard South Boulder house had been completely transformed into a masterfully-constructed, incredibly state-of-the-art home. I was really drawn to the clean lines and super inviting feel Jeremy and his team had created. The open kitchen and beautiful cooking island opened the room up as a welcoming and comfortable gathering space. The light feel and well-utilized space, combined with sleek appliances and excellent decorating made me want to move in, rather than merely take photos. The home-owners loved Jeremy and his work. They sang his praises and interacted with him in a manner that exceeded a professional relationship and fell more along the lines of dealing with a trusted friend. Totally impressed all around. Won't go any place else for my building needs. Highly recommend. Period.

Jeremy and team were absolutely amazing. We are first time home-owners and rookie renovators. We did a complete remodel in South Boulder and couldn't be happier with the results. Our dated 60's home is now a gorgeous, modern gem. We even held our wedding ceremony here a month after move-in! They were responsive, professional, talented, and helpful, getting us in our house the day they promised, which is unheard of with big reno jobs! None of the reno nightmares you hear about were true in this instance, and we are even tempted to do it again at some point. But only if we get the same team! Jeremy and his team renovated my master bedroom closet and painted 2 rooms in my house. They were respectful, fair in price, did a great job cleaning up after completing the work and were on time. I highly recommend Velocity Enterprises. Next, I will be using their Aeroseal service to seal the ducts in my house and make it more energy efficient. Jeremy is creative in is ideas and has a great work ethic.

Jeremy of Velocity Enterprises was great to work with. He has an eye for design, pays attention to detail and did a great job of problem solving. Velocity built and designed new front steps and remodeled a bathroom for us and both projects turned out exactly as discussed.

We used Velocity Enterprises for building a new composite front deck, as well as some additional wood work around our house. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We had a few tight deadlines with our wedding coming up and Jeremy made sure to work his schedule around so that he could fit all our work in on time. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and will be using Jeremy for our next home improvement project.

I was completely satisfied with Jeremy's excellent work ethic. First when I asked for an estimate he itemized each item so I understood what the costs would be, something the other estimates didn't have. The biggest asset I would say is that he was on the job everyday which was very important. He helped me pick out things that made sense that weren't always on the architects drawings and we sometimes shopped together to pick out the most economical yet good quality items. His experience and knowledge of everything was amazing, he just knew so much and had such good ideas. The quality of his work was excellent and exactly what I was hoping for, no cutting corners at all. When the basement was complete he did some extra work for us above and beyond what he had to do. He even drove out to look at a house we were thinking of buying to see how it was built and didn't charge me for this time, though he should have. He is quiet yet firm with his people and knows what I expected. We talked a lot about my vision and gave excellent ideas. He deserves to be recognized for his expertise and most importantly his work ethic which was excellent. I trust him completely and will use him again when I need to.

Jeremy has completed three remodel projects on out townhouse, this deck being the latest. His work is of the highest quality, well planned and completed on time and within our budget. We ask his advice on design and trust his suggestions implicitly. An honest, knowledgable and responsible contractor.

This Summer I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Siebert of Velocity Enterprises. He completely remodeled my kitchen and both bathrooms, as well as tiling and replacing all of the interior doors and trim. He cut away part of the carpet, finished the edges, and tiled, giving me a kitchen twice the size as the original. His knowledge and workmanship was excellent. On a scale of 1- 10 I would give Jeremy a 100. He made sure everything was perfect before he was satisfied. When I would ask for something, if it wasn't possible, he would explain why, and make suggestions to help me get what I wanted. In addition he is completely honest about everything, even persuading me not to do certain upgrades that wouldn't add value to the property. He worked with the plumber, electrician, granite installer, etc... to see that everything was done, not just assume it would be. It's hard to find excellent workmanship and integrity, but Jeremy has both, plus an excellent staff that works with him. Mine was not a small remodel, and Velocity exceeded my expectations by drawing up plans, submitting them, applying for permits, following up, etc.... I would highly recommend Velocity Enterprises for any job. They handled everything in my remodel very professionally and efficiently.

It is rare to find a contractor with an eye for design, consideration for energy efficiency and environmental impact, and the skills to bring your drawings and ideas to life. My experience with Jeremy and Velocity Enterprises is that my vision was not only realized, but with the inclusion of great expertise, consideration for my future electrical and energy costs, and finishing design touches that took my idea to the next level.
