The composition roofing that came with my house package lasted less than 10 years. I spent months trying to get this company to honor their warranty and got nothing. Bob Hammell, Vice President of their Vancouver office, gave me the run around for months and then refused to take anymore of my calls. So I would caution anyone about dealing with a company that sells sub par materials.

As a design professional, I believe Viceroy has lots to offer that maany others don't. I truly enjoy working with them and recommend to anybody.

Have only "rave" reviews for my relationship with Viceroy. They were great from start to finish of my project .Their fixed cost was a real help to my total budget.

I selected Viceroy Houses because of their unique high quality materials and designs. Viceroy allowed customization of their designs to meet our custom requirements. The contractor that assembled this Viceroy house (third generation builder) confirmed that "Viceroy has the highest quality materials I have worked with in my 35 year career". My Viceroy house is now ten (10) years old and has maintained the absolute highest quality I have ever observed. Viceroy's extreme attention to detail in both the design and materials make Viceroy pre-fab homes the most incredible value in the industry. I would highly recommend Viceroy Houses as the highest quality organization in the housing industry.

In 1998 I had a viceroy house built on our property on Prineville Reservoir I had a great time working on it so when it was finished, I built a second one. I would build a third one if the opportunity came up again. My parents and my sister are now looking at Viceroy for them each a new house. The quality of the lumber was amazing! Even the building inspector wanted the catalog of houses to chose from. I had randy Fielder assemble the framing and the foundation, and I finished the rest. Andy McQueen was an excellent source to purchase from also. I did not include a picture since it looks just like the catalog Invermere Mark III. SK Miyazaki

We submitted our own home design, incorporating some of Viceroy's designs, especially from the Winslow. Viceroy took our non-professional drawings/blueprints and turned them into a professional set of blueprints. It was very exciting! We started the project in December of 2009, our house delivered to us on four fully packed semi trucks. The construction process was completed in early May, 2010. There were several glitches that occurred, but none that required us to go back to Viceroy. Almost all were easily field remedied. The end product is amazing! We constantly get raves about it. If we ever build another home, we will not hesitate to go with Viceroy again!.

We did considerable research when we started our home building process. We considered a few different companies that build prefab type panelized homes. After talking with Andy McQueen we decided to go with Viceroy. Viceroy had the best price, the best home package and a time line that totally worked with our schedule. We took our plans for our custom home to Andy. He helped us make a few decisions we weren't sure about and Viceroy engineered our plans to comply with Oregon building codes. On delivery of the House package to our property, which arrived on time, Andy and Sandy both were on site to make sure we received everything on the build list. The quality of the building materials is outstanding. Building a house is a huge undertaking. It was very nice to deal with people that understand this and work with you through the whole process, not just until you sign on the dotted line. We love our house and the way it turned out. We still, after almost 7 yrs, have a hard time believing we live in such a beautiful home.

I can't say enough positive things about Viceroy Homes. They truly made our home-building experience a great experience. The accuracy of their building components and their panel process were quite remarkable, enough so that we are planning another home with them. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the wood product they shipped. It was so much better than I expected, We had the opportunity to visit the factory and see their computer assisted assembly process in action. It was an incredible experience, and I can certainly see why they are ranked so high. Purchasing a Viceroy home may be the best investment you can make. I know our house is valued at a premium because of the quality of the workmanship and materials. I also loved the metal serial number plaque that I could apply to the front door jamb.

In 1997 we purchased a Viceroy package to build our waterfront home on an island in Puget Sound. From the beginning, through the entire construction process, the Viceroy team was very helpful, attentive and accommodating. We requested numerous design changes to the original plans, which Viceroy accommodated without complications. All of the materials provided in our package were of 1st rate quality, and the general contractor we hired to build our house was very impressed with the quality. Our 17 year old house, which is 3 stories high, on a sloping lot, has weathered 2 significant earthquakes with no structural damage. We've enjoyed many compliments on our house over the years, and are very pleased that we chose to purchase a Viceroy house for our retirement home. After building our house, upon our recommendation, 6 additional Viceroy homes have been built on our island, including the business office for the island's country club. My husband was President of the island's country club, and worked with the Viceroy team to convert residential plans into a commercial structure to provide a new business office and clubhouse. Subsequently, several more Viceroy houses have been built on our island.

We used Viceroy homes to build our custom home 9 years ago, and were very pleased with the quality of the materials that the company provided and the competitive price for these materials. The wood they use is top quality and they have exceptionally nice windows. They also provide Hardi siding with the building package, and will provide all the materials needed to complete the shell of the home. They do have some excellent designs for a variety of homes, but will do custom home designs. However, if you do a custom design, make sure that everyone understands the plans completely, as there could be some kinks to work out before the home goes into construction. Their customer service was excellent. We have been in our current home 8 years, and have been very pleased with how things have lasted. In fact, due to our positive experience, we are again using them to build another custom home, and once again the customer service has been excellent, and the price for the quality of materials is very competitive. Thus far, the only major challenge we have had is finding framers in our new area who are familiar with the panelized construction that Viceroy offers. Viceroy has offered to be helpful in explaining the process to potential framers, which is greatly appreciated.
