The Home Improvement Team of Richmond did an outstanding job transforming my old and outdated master bathroom. I LOVE IT! The attention to detail is impressive. Everyone on the team is professional and courteous. I can't say enough great things about the project manager Will. He kept me informed and I could count on him to review all of the work done. I have hired many contractors in my 17 years in this house, but this was the BEST experience to date. Thank you Ken and team!

The home improvement team did a lot of work for us, including repainting the entire house, retailing the fire place surround and laundry room floor, replacing a few doors, and making various repairs. Everything was done very well, and we are very pleased with the results. We’d definitely recommend the team based on our experience!

My wife and I recently bought a home in the area and on our first day from arriving out of state, we had a huge leak from the 2nd floor laundry room which caused a lot of damage to our 1st floor ceiling, it was awful! We called the HIT crew and had a fantastic experience with their expertise and workmanship. They fixed the damage right away and communicated with us through the process. We definitely recommend HIT and will always be using them on future home repairs.

I had a great experience with the Home Improvement Team of Richmond. The process was seamless - from the very first phone call to project completion everyone was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The project scope was clearly identified, fairly priced and the project execution went off without a hitch. The project manager was easy to get in touch with and he had creative ideas to resolve small issues that popped up along the way. The end result was fantastic and the entire project was completed on time. I will definitely call them again, should the need arise. Thank you, HIT!

The Home Improvement Team of Richmond did an outstanding job on our attic to living space conversion. They were great with communication and always followed up when they said they would. Their team was friendly, professional and had great attention to detail. I cannot say though great things about the team. We are so happy with the finished product. I highly recommend HIT!
