Reza is a rare gem - Equal parts creative, practical and reliable. Having bought a delapidated 3 bed craftsmens in Echo Park in need of a complete remode, I set about the intimidating task of finding the right contractor to nudge the vague design ideas from my subconsious into a working and achieveable plan of action. I met and rejected a dozen until finally Reza rocked up at my door with a smile and a vision. He got to work and a few months later everything he promised he delivered on time and budget. I couldn't be happier with the final design and execution. Modern design and appliances yet still retaining the spirit and soul of the original craftsmen. Reza was fantatic to work with and always had an idea to fit the budget and a solution to any issues that enevitably arose. I sincerly and wholeheartedly reccomend Reza to anybody in need of a remodel. He'll give what you want, maybe even a little more and he'll deliver it with style and grace (and on-time and budget).

At every step of my home remodel, Reza has presented creative ideas and solutions with an acute awareness for the practicalities of executing them, and with great respect to the project as a whole, emphasizing positive lifestyle and design elements to consider. He helped me work through architectural challenges and practical issues with patience, great communication and a refined understanding of design concepts, use of space and quality of materials. My husband and I found Reza from Texture Living through renting a home for him. We loved the decor and construction of the home, but had no idea that he was responsible for the architecture, and building it from the ground up. We were so impressed that we decided to hire him to upgrade our home. He is very creative, and has an incredible eye for design. His communication during the the time he was working with us was outstanding. He always kept us in the loop and offered his expert opinion when asked. Ultimately the reason we used him though was because we trusted him. It's important to us that the people who are responsible for designing our home, not only be knowledgeable and amazing at their jobs, but we need to like the person. He is a genuinely kind guy. He also helped us out with some much needed repair work, and we could not have asked for more. He is highly, highly recommended. We will definitely be using him again soon in the near future!

Reza and his team did a remarkable job on an ambitious project to build a 4700 sq ft modern home from the ground up and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From concept to completion Reza was engaged every single day and kept his commitment to ensuring that the project was completed on time and on budget, stepping in countless times to solve seemingly intractable problems with grace and good humor. The quality of the design thinking really stood out and led to several significant changes and improvements in the way we thought about the use of space and materials without sacrificing the livability and warmth of the home. The contractors Reza brought to the job were all professional and of high quality, and I fully trusted him to make most of the everyday decisions that arose but also to quickly escalate the bigger issues. The end result is a spectacular home that is truly a work of art and I look forward to the day I can engage Texture Living on a new project!
