This classic 30s ranch house was partially restored while the remainder was demolished and extended by new construction, tripling the square footage to 3550 square feet. It has a vintage look from the outside and opens into a huge, modern loft like space for the great room with 22-foot glass sliders leading to a pool and large backyard. The aesthetic of marrying old school with modern was carried throughout the house using reclaimed wood and anodized bronze – creating a warm and chic look.
