Pat, Rick, Jason, and Ryan were an amazing team to collaborate with and made the entire process a truly enjoyable experience. From the initial design consultation to the final construction stages, they went above and beyond to ensure my vision was brought to life. We've worked with three pool contractors over the course of several years and would have saved ourselves a lot of grief if we had found Hacienda sooner. Verbal communication was great, on the order of minutes to respond to texts over the course of the entire project (i.e. several months and not just until the ink on the contract dries). Unlike most contractors, let alone pool contractors, the contract was exceptionally clear and detailed on what was being done, costs, and TBD items. No surprises or misunderstandings. On time, on budget: obviously, they have multiple projects going on simultaneously, but they are well organized and we never had an issue. On a project of any meaningful size, things happen, but Hacienda actively identifies and addresses them. For example, they noted our booster pump could be lowered to be less conspicuous and fixed it. Side note: they did a really nice job with the pool equipment. PVC was painted to match the manila folder color of the rest of the equipment and it was all well laid out. We've recommended Hacienda several of our neighbors, at least one of whom is now building a pool with them.

Hacienda is a world-class company and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool. Rick, Ryan, Jason, Patrick and Alison guided us through the entire process and demonstrated a level of customer service and experience that was highly differentiated. Rick and his team's attention to detail, honesty, follow up, and communication throughout was exceptional. I could not be happier with our pool.

Amazing company!!! The quality and service was beyond our expectations. Rick and his team all communicated with us multiple times per week to let us know how things were going and what to expect. They also worked with the landscaper ( Greens Landscaping (which we were very happy with)) to coordinate the work in parallel. The whole process took just over 3 months and we could not be happier. I wish all companies took pride in the quality of their work like Rick and his team does. We are super happy we choose them.

If I could give them TEN stars, I would. Rick and his team at Hacienda Pools built us the highest quality pool I can imagine. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Our pool is an infinity edge pool, perched at the top of a steep hillside. It was a challenge to build, to say the least, but it was all in a day’s work for them. They kept me apprised throughout every step of the process, made adjustments when we asked for them, and bent over backwards to make us raving fans of their company. The pool is exceptionally well built, and they built in features like extra skimmers, deep heats to keep the water temperature consistent no matter how deep you swim. In the built-in spa, they added a whole bunch of features I had no idea I even wanted, like high and low seating, jets that pulsate or spin, jets that hit you in different parts of your back and in your feet and lower legs, and a deep end where you can stand up in chest high hot bubbly water. People marvel at the innovative ideas in the spa. You can tell a company’s true colors by how they treat you after they’ve been fully paid. After our pool was finished, whenever we had a question or a small issue with the high-tech controls they installed, they instantly responded—even on a Sunday afternoon! You’d think it would cost an arm and a leg for a pool built with this level of thought and quality, but it was a tremendous value. I wouldn’t consider hiring another firm to build my pool. Hacienda Pools and their owner Rick have created raving fans out of us!

Five star ratings are reserved for the best. I absolutely salute Hacienda Pools for a job well done! I have put in three pools in the past, so we are not rookies at this. From the day we met with Hacienda Pools to discuss our desires for this large project, their design and expertise rose above all others. They built the pool WE wanted and addressed every detail. When you enter into a contract with them, you receive a very detailed itemization of the pool build. This is extremely helpful and there is no small print. Each item details specific work, and when that is accomplished, your bill reflects those item numbers. We did not have weather on our side this winter, yet HP went above and beyond to complete our project timely. We WERE NEVER put on the back burner. Our pool was just as important as any other one. Each person, Rick, Patrick, Ryan and Jason were present during every step. We had access to them 24/7. They always responded promptly to any questions and scheduling items. Absolutely the most professional people I have ever dealt with. It is without any hesitation that I recommend HACIENDA POOLS! If there were more stars available, they earned them. Thank you

Hacienda Pools did a wonderful job on our new pool. They were one of the best contractors we ever worked with. There whole team was professional, clean and very helpful. There attention to detail was impeccable from the start with the design to the completion of our pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

We were introduced to Hacienda through Kerri Landscaping when we finally put the pool into our house of 22 years. My wife wanted to pool to be the jewel of the backyard, and as it turns out, it can even be emerald green on demand. The quality of craftsmanship is impeccable. Rick took us around to a few different pools showing us examples of the various surface option we were considering which was extremely helpful. The entire Hacienda staff provides great service and Rick is always just a phone call away. We highly recommend them.

Hacienda pools is a fantastic pool company. My pool was a mess. It leaked, it was ugly and it had massive cracking all around. Rick, one of the owners, came out, assessed the damage and honestly told me what it was going to take to fix the pool up. He told me, Hacienda Pools typically does not do pool remodels because they like to focus on new pool installations, but he and his team were willing to take on this remodel challenge and I really appreciated it. The remodel went smooth and quick. Rick had his teams out working rain or shine every day, and if there was ever a day when workers were not going to be out there, Rick called me to explain why. This was great because, unlike most contractors we have hired, Rick didn’t get me in trouble with my wife. Hacienda Pools is a great company to work with, they pay close attention to detail and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing pool.
