Oasis Renovation & New Construction

I needed a hands on expert with exceptional communication skills and superb project management and contacts. I looked through hundreds of reviews to find Oasis/Tom. Not only did he and his team meet my high expectations but they exceeded them. They met deadlines and discussed potential issues in advance to ensure we were on the same page. And the end result is stunning … makes me actually want to take on another project sooner rather than later which is rare and unusual after completing a big one. The project was a beach rental that suffered major water damage and had to be rebuilt/walls/ceiling/kitchen. Never fun, but the end product is superb thanks to Oasis/Tom.

Tom at Oasis Renovation & New Construction is hands-down one of the best contractors we've ever worked with. After interviewing seven other contractors, Tom stood out for both my wife and me with his exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and humble demeanor. From the get-go, Tom was transparent, responsive, and proactive in addressing our questions and concerns. He took the time to understand our vision and needs, and his expertise shone through in his thoughtful suggestions and solutions. His ability to communicate effectively with both me and my wife was a huge plus, ensuring we were always on the same page. Tom's attention to detail is impressive, and it shows in the final product – our two bathroom remodels look absolutely stunning! But what really sets Tom apart is his flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond. When unexpected issues arose during the project, Tom worked with us to find creative solutions that met our needs and budget. His crew is top-notch, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. They were respectful of our home, efficient, and skilled in their work. Tom's pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high level of quality and service he provided. What struck us most about Tom was his humility and helpful nature. He's not just a contractor – he's a partner in bringing your vision to life. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Oasis Renovation & New Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused contractor.

We commissioned Oasis Renovation And New Construction to update our 2 primary bathrooms. A wide array of materials were presented for us to select from. Tom and his team are courteous, professional, dealt with issues in a timely fashion and were a joy to work with. They succeeded in creating the bathrooms of our dreams!

Oasis Renovation & New Construction gave us a new master bath by taking our old shower down to the raw studs, replacing all materials and finishing out with a beautiful finish and safe new shower and vanity. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and they worked consistently to get this job done! We are very pleased with the job they did, and their follow up with us. Choose Oasis Renovation to do your bath—they do not disappoint!

I LOVE my new master bathroom. Oasis, Tom and my designer Kelly are the reason for that. From the first moment, Tom referred me to the right showrooms so we can use his contractor discounts. Turned this stressful and long preparation process to such a wonderful experience. Happy camper!

Oasis Renovation has great workmanship and very skilled team. From demolition crew - plumbers - electricians - tile setters and painters. They all been great, always arrived on time, cleaned every day, and most important - communicated really well with me throughout the project. We had very positive and pleasant experience with Oasis

Words can’t describe how much I would go out of my way to recommend Tomas and his crew at Oasis Renovation! Coming from working at one of the top interior architecture and design firms in Miami, Florida, I was looking for a contractor to renovate my main bathroom. From the very beginning, Tomas made me feel comfortable and someone that I can trust in not only completing the work but also show true dedication in all aspects of the work. I interviewed many contractors (some highly expensive, others a fraction of his estimate), but in the end, I went with Oasis as the energy between us felt synergetic. Kenny (my project manager) and Tomas were always available at any time of the day with any concerns I had. The crew was always on time and respectful to all areas of my home. They were clean, fast, highly efficient, but never cutting corners and showing a true dedication to their trade and craftsmanship. This was a full-gut bathroom renovation utilizing the highest quality European materials and fixtures (Duravit, Keuco, Axor, Grohe, etc.), and they were able to accomplish all my requirements to bring this contemporary bathroom to fruition and up to code. Working in this industry and having worked on some of the most beautiful projects in Miami, I know what to expect from a general contractor. I will forever be grateful for having them work on this project and excited to continue renovating the rest of my home with Oasis Renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any upgrades to their home!

My condo remodel project was completed a week ago and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Although I interviewed a number of contractors (including some who had lower bids), I was most impressed with Tomas and felt he best understood my vision for the project. His professionalism, knowledge and detailed information on the scope of the work and estimated costs to remodel our bathrooms and install tile in the bedrooms made the decision to go with Oasis Renovation an easy one for me. Once the work started, Tomas and his project manager Keinan provided me with daily updates and opportunities to discuss the progress, expected next steps and design options. They were very quick to respond to my texts and emails and were just a delight to work with throughout the renovation process. Everyone working on the project (electrician, tile workers, plumbers, etc…) was top-notch and kept me in the loop on all decisions and issues during installations. The crews always showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning up after finishing their work. (I absolutely agree with other reviewers who have noted that Oasis has cultivated excellent working relationships with highly skilled subcontractors.) Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Oasis Renovation, and our old bathrooms and bedrooms look absolutely fabulous now! We would happily recommend them to our family and friends.

We interviewed about 10 contractors for our renovation project and Tom at Oasis was our favorite. His bid was not the cheapest, but we felt it was fair and well thought out. The initial bid was for a second kitchen and a second laundry room. However, we quickly caught the renovation bug and ended up hiring Oasis to renovate the entire house which is a true testament to how much we trusted and appreciated working with Oasis. Tom only hired the best subcontractors. Everyone was a specialist in their own field which meant that everything was done with expert precision. Most notably, there was rarely a day when we didn't see Tom himself at our home. He really cares about the quality of workmanship, and he never hesitated to ask a subcontractor to redo something if he thought it could have been done a little bit better. We really appreciated knowing that we would see him everyday to discuss the progress, and if any issues did come up, we knew it was nothing to worry about, Tom would take care of everything. Communication with Tom was very easy. In the end, we have a gorgeous renovated house that we absolutely love! Overall, we really felt Tom was a genuinely good person. We trusted him and we trusted his team. Working with Tom was relatively stress free (for us) and we enjoyed the process of watching our home transform from an outdated house to our own personal oasis. We have already recommended Tom to our neighbors and friends, we 100% recommend to you too!

I had Oasis do my kitchen and bath. Tom was attentive and they did a great high end kitchen. They were on schedule but did not rush when it came into a precise work with tiles and backsplash.

We recently bought an off market house in Point Loma, and we planned on a large renovation to the place since it was in a bad shape. Oasis renovation was hired to remodel the complete house that included large kitchen and 3.5 bathroom. Tomas helped us to make the right design decisions by having a 3D designer on board and the whole process was very refreshing and overall great. We received updates and photos on a daily basis since we wanted to practice social distancing under the COVID situation - it was very helpful and thoughtful. the project finished under the same timeline that was promised. We finally moved it and we extremely happy from the work that Oasis’s team preformed in our new home. Tomas’s team deliver Excellent service and great attention to details, highly recommend (especially for high end work).

Oasis is the best in town. Tom is professional, communicative and easy to work with. We are thrilled with our remodeled master bathroom and highly recommend Tom and his team. We will be using them again for future remodels!
